To Note that no one has ever been here being unloaded. If someone is waiting ahead of it it’ll take some 30min to 1hr tops.

Angela Morley: Not super happy. We just got our beautiful rack in the mail, and set it up, and discovered they mismatched the locks provided. I thought no worries, we'll give their support a phone call and get a replacement part out! Well, their support and business phone numbers have a message that plays "Fridays are for family fun, we'll be back soon" and hangs up. Are they closed on Fridays? We tried calling multiple times over several hours. Anyway, we were hoping to use this beautiful bike rack this weekend, and are disappointed that we won't be able to and have to chase down this company for support. Not a great first impression, has me concerned whether the $800 product we purchased is going to hold up.

Mike Sproul: I love my Kuat NV 2.0 bike rack. I favor racks where the bikes ride on their wheels and dont hang from some part of the bike. This rack is super bomber and simple to use.I have the 4 tray but I often use it as a 2 tray as well. Easy to convert back anf forth. I had an issue with the rack and I orderd the replacement parts to fix it myself. Brad from Kuat noticed my order called me to inform me that it was covered under the Kuat Warrany and that the cost of the parts would be fefunded to my CC. That is a amzing customer service ! Top qulaity product backed by top qulaity people !

Gary Sims: I'm a trucker and I make occasional deliveries to them and they are the nicest customers I have had to interact with. I had mentioned to them they should create a rack that could fit on the front of my rig because it would be awesome to be able to bring my bike with me out on the road and I could use it on my down time to get some exercise. As an over the road driver we don't really have access to be able to get to a gym and to be able to bring a bike with us would be awesome. I have seen other drivers try to but the only place we can put it right now is on the back of our trucks but it's not really good because the bike could get caught on our airlines or the trailer can hit the bike as we turn and the corner of the trailer can end up damaging the bike pretty badly so a rack in the front would be the best way for us to carry a bike.

We called the company for replacement pieces trying to save money instead of buying the whole thing again- katarina totally hooked us up and saved us SO much money. This company came through 100 for us and turned our frowns upside down- can’t thank you enough for the generosity during such a turbulent time. But I called customer Service today and spoke with Malachi and he had all the parts picked out and an arrival date within 10 minutes to expand it to 4 bikes! Kristen Fischer: If there were more stars, they would earn them all. Best company EVER! and they are local. My bike rack is designed for 2 bikes. Last summer, I bent the arm to the front bike slot. Kuat helped me order the correct arm, gave me a discount, and today, re-attached the entire rack to my car. In addition to that, they cleaned the rack, gave me a new bolt, updated additional pieces b/c the old parts needed to match the new parts. Wow. Just wow. Best. Company. Ever!

Christine Kelley: It isn't a dollar everything anymore. It's now 1.25 and up to at least 5 bucks that I saw but it's still worth going to. I found gloves and stocking caps for $1.25 each for my kids where I'd have spent $5 min on a pair of gloves somewhere else. There lots of decent stuff there and they have almost anything you could want. Kitchen stuff, toys, art supplies, decorations, etc. It's a good store if you're ok with off brand items.

There are two particular ladies who've worked there for a while, and who I love being able to say hello to, whenever I'm there.The store typically seems to have things in stock, and organized in a nice way.I overall would have given this store 5 stars, however, the cleanliness of it...is what prompted me to decide to give it 4 stars. It is unfortunately very dirty and trashy looking (like the floors, and especially the bathrooms). The bathrooms are so unkept, that usually, if I had my kids with me (who often randomly have to use the bathroom like most young kids...) I'll just opt to go into an entirely differently location of Dollar Tree.Please improve the condition of your public restroom, and overall cleanliness of your floors...and I'd be willing to give you 5 stars, Dollar Tree. ☺️

Just because you say excuse me doesn’t give you the right to push in between 2 people to put something on the shelf or whatever she was doing.

One of my favorite stores! 😁 Their inventory is often quickly changing and varies from store to store - but that is what kind of makes it fun, because various stores have various items, and you may find something you haven't been able to find at any other, at the next one.I love the variety, and what you can get your hands on there for $1.25.I can't say that I love that prices have increased from $1 to $1.25, but I am really not sure what to say about the $3 and $5 items. It's all so new, and I really liked the idea of "everything being $1" before prices went up.Overall - I love this store and have fun going shopping there whenever I have a chance.
