Annalise Ansley: It was pretty good, and I'm glad Springfield has an acai bowl place. However, I've lived in California most of my life and had lots of bowls and this was by far the smallest and most expensive which makes no sense because we are in the Midwest. The small is what I would consider a snack size. It's bad when you can go to Hawaii and get A LOT more for your money lol. If this place would up the portion size, I would definitely give it 5 stars!

Not only that, but when I checked out, she did her best to find coupons that would help me save money. She was successful, and I was delighted. Diana Lee: The ladies working here are extremely condescending, and right out rude. Please make better use of your cameras, instead of assuming that I am there to steal. I have spent a lot of $ in this store, and have never given any reason to think I am there to steal, yet I am given the dirty looks, and the attitude as if I were a thief. I guess because they are hard of hearing due to their age, and speak louder than they think, they don't realize that I have heard the things they have said about me. This is very disturbing to me as a consumer, and a financial loss to your business, since I will not be subjected to this treatment, and while I love the 20% days, I will not return.

Stortz Wellness Intentional Living: We ordered 4 smoothies and service was so slow. Waited over 15 minutes for two of the smoothies. Finally had all 4 after 25 minutes of waiting. Seemed like there were plenty of employees just no one moving very fast. Cup wasn’t quite full either. Been to other locations that were much faster. We can see the stack of orders on the screen growing longer and not even one smoothie made in the last 5 minutes. They were focused on the free ones they were giving out instead of paying customers. We also watched people walk out without flip flops on with the free one but would not give us the free one without flip flops. The whole experience was ridiculous. Time stamp on cup 3:56pm and it’s now 4:22pm and have all we ordered.

Sumer Fletcher: I understand y’all are short staffed and I don’t mind to wait, but it’s very frustrating when I’m waiting and waiting only to find that my mobile order has been sitting behind the counter all the while that I waited for someone to acknowledge me amidst the seeming chaos in the kitchen. Shout the orders out when they’re ready or put them where we can just come grab them please. Or at least move the pickup area to the counter closest to the door so it’s separate from the area where people order in store.
Kayla Burgess: My sandwich had frozen chicken in it and my daughters sandwich was wrong. Not a big deal but I did take it back up to the counter because no one wants to eat frozen chicken when you pay 8.00 for a wrap. When they remade it they burnt the chicken so bad it was crunchy and added so much sauce the whole wrap was slimy. No apology or anything and the whole time they were complaining loud enough saying “well I microwaved it twice”. Ok, no one was blaming you I just wanted a wrap that I paid for. We used to eat there multiple times a week but will not be going back. Customer service sucks big time!
James Blankenship: First experience here, stopped to grab a smoothie for a friend and when I went inside it wasn't very busy. 1 person waiting for an order, 1 person in front of me in line. The person working the register said hi, but then when they finished taking that order they turned and walked a few feet away and started laughing with a coworker until someone told them they needed to take my order. It was only a few minutes, but I mean really, poor service. I ordered a peanut butter cup and went to wait. The person who was waiting when I got there was still waiting and when their order came up all they had was a single smoothie, I know they'd been waiting longer than the five minutes I'd been there.At this point I watched as the staff making smoothies only used 2 mixing cups over and over. Instead of using the several clean cups by the sink they used 2 and then washed them and then used them again and kept repeating this process which meant they weren't using all of their mixers at the same time. I also watched as they made smoothies for people who came in after I ordered because apparently the peanut smoothie gets made in an orange mixing cup instead of clear and they were only using the clear ones until mine was the only smoothie left to make. 3 people came in after me and got their smoothies before me. On the plus side once I got my smoothie my friend said it was really good. So at least they were happy. Service left a lot to be desired though.

The app that you can earn and redeem rewards doesn’t actually work. I was told it was a “corporate problem” and they’d get in trouble if they redeemed it anyway. When I told him he should take that up with his higher ups, he told me he was the higher ups, so I’m not sure who he’d get in trouble with. He made it for me, but it wasn’t worth the hassle anyway.

Sunset smoothie, all mango, Bahamas mama, all pineapple. It’s not even busy when I go in. I go to the one on sunshine and it is consistently delicious but this one always does me wrong. Jennifer Hunt: This is the worst Tropical Smoothie location when it comes to food quality and customer service. I avoid ordering here at all costs if I can because my order is NEVER correct. I always have to ask them for items they’ve missed (edible straws, sides, sauces…) and they always roll their eyes because I have to ask them for something.Customer service at this location is atrocious and they don’t pay attention to food orders. Here’s a perfect example: I ordered a three cheese chicken quesadilla without chicken but extra cheese and this is their version of “extra” cheese. Other locations extra cheese is coming out the sides; it’s actually cheesy! I enjoy Tropical Smoothie itself, but go to a different location if you can.
Bradley Wilkinson: Last few trips there have been horrible. Went on Saturday 10/22/22 , filthy floors and tables. Realized they are Understaffed, but the staff they had were not prepared or trained. Waited 20 minutes. Several Shakes were piling up on counter , no lids , not being passed out. Several of us customers finally went up and had to figure out who’s shakes were who’s. The staff making them I window “really wasn’t sure which ones which.” Will be going to healthy edge or smoothie king from now on.

Alex Rodriguez: This is my 3rd visit here. The product they sell is good, Ice cream is good, my kids love it. Their MAIN and only problem they have, is the girl with the red hair. She would be a sweetheart to a customer and then she would get someone that is not from around here, and she will completely change her demeanor. She becomes angry, impatient, and just overall nasty towards customers. I went in with my family, and her attitude towards a family member was completely unacceptable. Unfortunately for her, I was right next to him, and I had to step in. By the way she spoke to me, I can tell you that she is racist. I don't use that term lightly, but I call it like I see it. I didn't call her names (although I wanted to) nor I was disrespectful, but when she felt called out, she literally threw the cup she had in her hand and stormed off to the back, IF it if would have not been by the amazing guy that works there, who apologized to no end, we would have walked out. If you read all the reviews, a lot of people complain about her and speak highly of the gentleman that works there, apparently she does this in a daily basis.

Lee Guinn: When we when In the store the worker was having a very nice conversation with some customers but when I when to order she was very mean and yelled at me for looking at the tip cup then when I get my drink the ice was all the way melted and my drink was watered down . I was very disappointed at the service this was not the first time I had gotten drinks from here and last time I came every thing was amazing this time the service was poor and so were the drinks

Derek Lyons: Great smoothies, the Daily Warrior being my favorite. I really like using the app to order, they usually send you $2 off rewards. The staff are great, if you don’t like it, they will make you one till your happy. Excellent customer service! They also have a good selection of healthy work out snacks.

Chris Bloomfield: Staff was friendly, but we didn't care for the smoothies. Ordered two different flavors and they weren't a hit with our family. Both tasted almost identical and mostly like dairy whey.
