STLMindful.com: what do users think?
Ron Knirs: We had an amazing stay. MARVELOUS was very clean, easy to get to and within walking distance of many different activities. We will definitely stay here again.
Jake Shoemaker: Rented a room for a big group and it was awesome! Super clean and had more than enough space and activities for everyone. The owners were very helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely will stay again next year!
Clint Grey: This is a great place to stay that is within walking distance to everything. The host is super responsive and ensures your stay is meeting your expectations. This place has plenty of space and they have thought of everything! Will definitely book again in the future!
Alanah Chelf: Exceptional place to stay in downtown St. Louis. Perfect location, large and spacious, suitable for a large group. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful to all of our needs. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
Andrew Lehman: Fun place for a big group of people! Great location!
Brilliancy Movement: Excellent host. Plenty of room for our entire team. Would stay again!!!
Kathy Stitt: We as a group of 27 really enjoyed staying at the Hogwarts Dorm! The decor was great and beds were comfortable (except pull outs).
Sarah Meyers: The harry potter house was amazing for a group of 25 women! We had to use the convention center for most of our events and it was an easy walk for all of us. We use the grocery store around the corner and walk to the baseball game as well at the cardinal stadium. We also used the washer and dryer and filled up the fridges along with the dishwasher. Every room was spacious in the beds were extremely comfortable! It was perfect for a big group event and we also needed the spaces to gather in both back room in the front room. Some of the outlets needed to be checked and if they were more mirrors for the large group of women that would be great. Thank you so much for the location in space! Some of the guests were out of their mind drunk, but the air b n b security took care of them. Plus there are security cameras!
Chris Nielsen: Great experience! Location is perfect for events at Busch Stadium. Owners were very helpful!
Tyler Devlin: The place was exactly as advertised. Perfect location and plenty of space for our large group. Checking in was easy and convenient and the owners do a great job communicating with you. Would definitely recommend this place if you have a large group in St. Louis.
Jamie Rhoades: Sonny was a wonderful host! He was very accommodating. The place was exactly how we expected it to be! It was very spacious and in a central location.
Fn Ln: Our group had a great time at TopGolf loft. We rented for a bachelor party and it was perfect base for sleeping and having some fun before going out. The simulator worked good. We brought a couple air mattresses so guys didn’t have to double up but it has 4 beds and 3 pull out couches so a lot of space. Sonny was a great host making sure we got in without issue and checking in to see if we needed anything. There is a good burger place on corner, a grocery store across way and several bars in walking distance. We parked on a surface lot 2 blocks north at 11th&Pine for $16/day. 5 stars for sure.
Alexis Blakemore: Great space for events/Parties! Loved it & super responsive host! Thank Sonny!
Jake Price: Sonny was incredibly accomodating, letting us extend our stay (for a fee) with last-minute notice. The place is awesome. Definitely recommend any groups stay here!
lorieann615: Charged 200.00 for getting a prescription refill, at the end, got NOTHING !!! QUITE the scam. ... be careful wh as the you go downtown for !!!!!!

Mark Maxwell: Very welcoming staff. Beautiful rural-like environment near the suburbs. Clean, well maintained facilities.
Susie Q Quilting: Very hospitable
Cardamom Bruh: not good. not good at all. swimming pool bad. basketball court bad. bed uncomfy. found fences in the pews at mass.
Andrew Totsch: Retreat Center is amazing and staff is extremely accommodating to the needs of guests. We had numerous dietary restrictions and they catered to each one from gluten-free to vegan. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. A lot of ground to walk around. They have an indoor basketball court and swimming pool. Rooms do not have televisions which makes them a good place to unplug and find your inner peace. My organization uses this location for our spiritual retreats.
Rachel de Almeida Oliveira: We had an absolutely wonderful time on our Kairos retreat. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The facilities were exactly what we needed, and the food was delicious! Our retreatants enjoyed the beautiful chapel and outdoor areas. I am very pleased with our experience and plan to be back!

La Salle Retreat Center: what do users think?
Jeni Voss: I was here for a day retreat. Everything about La Salle was perfect! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The spaces were just right for my group. Lunch was outstanding! I am looking forward to coming back.
Andrew Hergenrother: Its a very nice and historical place enjoy playing basketball there when i was younger
LEO JEWELER: I have been involved with this very very special facility for 15 years. I have volunteered almost every Friday maintaining the grounds, buildings and equipment. I would also consider myself as a consistent benefactor as well. The changes for the better has been an absolute incredible process. The facility has and continues to upgrade where they can. It has evolved from what it was originally designed for to be utilized for so much more today. The staff is always open to listen to any and all to improve the utilization of this special place.
Dave Luecking: La Salle is Holy Ground, such a cool place with a history more than 150 years old. Walking the halls, you're following in the footsteps of students who were educated and formed by the Christian Brothers. Staying in the West Wing dorms, you experience the Spartan lifestyle of young men further along in formation. It's refreshing to escape the noise of today and grow spiritually to boot; such a simple and peaceful life. And slowly but surely, La Salle has been updating and improving its historic venue, with work ongoing and adding to the grounds beauty.
Tina Tlapek: La Salle is HOLY ground for me. I have attended no less than 12 ACTS retreats and twice as many days of reflections. The grounds were clean and very easily walkable. If needed, a golf cart was available to ride up to a grotto. The quiet and peaceable environment was just what I needed for that time of prayerful reflection. The physical structures are constantly being upgraded. Vast improvements in the dorm side in last 6-7 years and are ongoing to this day.The staff from the front office to the awesome cooks to the housekeeping to the outstanding volunteers are simply AMAZING.Can not say enough of the wonderful experiences had out there.
Ron R: I have been part of the growth at LaSalle for the past eleven (11) years. It has seen in the past two (2) years tremendous growth with the administrative changes made. You would not even recognize the facilities if you haven't been there for a while. Because most of the improvements are through volunteer time and talent and contributions, this administration has completely turned this campus around. It takes time, but I am very confident that before all is finished, even the gymnasium that needs a lot of TLC, these grounds will be restored to the days gone by. Good luck, God Bless, and "Thanks" for giving new life to LaSalle Retreat Center.
John Schroeder: LaSalle is “holy ground” to me...and to thousands of others...who’ve made retreats there over the past 20 years. Although the buildings are venerable, they have been spruced up remarkably in recent years — offering bright, comfortable surroundings for retreats (and other activities). The food service is wonderful too, with hearty meals that delight the taste buds. Highly recommended!
Jack Lindenschmidt: Great experiences here on several retreats - beautiful!
Mariann Wedel: I have been to LaSalle many times over the last 14 years.I find the people, the grounds and buildings more than adequate. They are constantly upgrading the facilities and are always welcoming and helpful to our needs when we are there. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The food is beyond compare. They have many ways you can spend time there, retreats, individual and small group retreats, dinners, star gazing just to name a few. You can also just go and walk the grounds for peace and solitude. It is holy ground and I always find peace there.
Jin Zou (阿瑾): A beautiful place!
John Behan: Excellent place for a retreat, rooms are a little dated, but grounds and especially the food made all the difference.
Carlos lima: Excellent place beautiful

Joy Of Yoga: what do users think?
Marissa Word: I’m new to this studio and have felt very welcome. Joy of Yoga offers a variety of classes that have helped me on my journey to self discovery and healing. Previously I was only taking hot yoga classes and classes for exercise but the classes offered here are helping me practice mindfulness as I learn to listen to my body. The restorative type classes have helped me manage my stress levels as a busy working mother.
Lisa Schneider: Joy of Yoga is my sanctuary from the outside world, and truly my "third place." There is nowhere else that I can walk in the door and almost immediately begin to feel grounded, with my mind and body settling, remembering who I am and all that really matters.
Brittney Carr: The owner Joy is absolutely lovely and so wise, I always learn something new from her in her classes, and also in our brief conversations. I have also enjoyed a Cocoa ceremony, a sage workshop, and breathwork workshop with Ashley Moret that was FANTASTIC. Joy has a great variety of classes and events, always something interesting going on!
Angela Chostner: This yoga studio has a excellent variety of classes to choose from, welcoming to all levels of yoga practitioners from beginners to more advanced. The community of people you will meet here will make it feel like home.
Jennifer Boyer: Wonderful yoga studio! It’s a relaxed, welcoming space for all skill levels that supports the whole person health journey.
Sandi Fischer: Joy of Yoga has something for everyone.Very welcoming
Teresa Brown: Love ❤️ Joy of Yoga and all the teachers! Very warm and welcoming place with great atmosphere. You can tell that Joy (owner) puts a lot of effort into every aspect of the practice/sessions and the studio overall. I had not felt comfortable going to yoga studios in the past and was hesitant, but she put me at ease and I never felt intimidated again!
Margaret Lubus: It was my first time and Emily was wonderful. She is engaging and full of spirit. Yoga is new to me and I really like her instruction approach to be able to follow.
Elizabeth Button: I was drawn to this studio because of the very reasonable new student special- 29$ for 2 weeks of any classes you want to try. I was slightly nervous as this is a new studio for me but everyone there was so kind, supportive, and welcoming. I took a Yoga Nidra class and it was so wonderfully relaxing. Alicia was the teacher and was so welcoming and made sure that everyone was comfortable in their practice offering a plethora of supports, modifications and reassurance to practice in a way that feels right for the individual. The website is very easy to access and the owner is so responsive to feedback and questions about the studio or classes. I cannot emphasis enough this was the best experience I could have EVER hoped for.
Kelly Sim: MBSR with Jeanne Kloeckner has already changed my life and we are only 5 weeks in! I cannot recommend it enough. I had a vague understanding of Mindfulness prior to the class and now I am using both formal and informal practices on a daily basis. These practices do more than relieve stress in my life--they have positively impacted my relationships, my capacity for empathy and understanding, and my relationship with myself, to name a few. Jeanne is absolutely wonderful and a source of patience, love, and kindness. This class can change your life.
Amanda Irwin: Joy of Yoga is a wonderful place and everyone is so inviting. The classes offered are so diverse and have been so helpful to me in my journey. I wish Joy and her team nothing but continued success and growth as they truly deserve it. ❤️
s gordon: A welcoming studio with fair pricing and excellent instructors. And a smorgasboard of options for every penchant.
Peace Vibes: Such a safe and sacred space, beautiful community! I highly recommend this place! Joy, the owner, is such a kindhearted and wonderful person! I enjoy the yoga classes, with a variety of different teachers, all knowledgeable and caring. I also recommend for any Reiki Healers! I received my reiki attunement with Joy, and it was the most transformative experience! I also love Charity! Everyone here is so welcoming, it truly is such a magical place, I love it.
Kristen Kruse: Wonderful studio with absolutely amazing teachers. I always leave feeling so peaceful. Check em out!
Lisa Kientzel: Love this yoga studio; the teachers, the space and the variety of classes offered!
Alyssa Scanlon: Joy of Yoga is a dream! So many offerings. So many opportunities to explore the beauty of life. I really enjoy restorative yoga and Joy of Yoga is the only studio I can find that offers consistent restorative classes. Alicia and Rachel’s classes are great. I also love the varied offerings. Always something new. Always something that is right in time for what I’m needing in life. Oh and did I mention the studio is so beautiful! Grateful to be a part of this community and that this space exists in STL. 3
carlagraphs photography: Finally found a place that does yoga the way I like - with intention, thought, and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you!
Ken: This is an excellent Yoga Studio. Top Notch. The Instructors are well trained, great teachers, and the facility is clean, inviting, with lots of natural light. I particularly enjoy Yoga Basics with Matt on Sundays.
Chris Roemer: From the first time I walked into Joy of Yoga I knew it would be my Yoga Studio. During the pandemic the staff has done whatever possible to keep the studio running. I’ve taken many classes and workshops there. The staff is wonderful and the classes are always evolving to satisfy the needs of the community.
Fara Heumann: I am so grateful to have found Joy of Yoga. It is such a wonderful place. It’s a safe space for you to be yourself and learn and grow. All the staff are amazing. Couldn’t recommend more
Noel Flynn: Joy of Yoga offers many classes with a variety of teachers so there is something for everyone!

St. Louis Wellness Center: what do users think?
Miles Parker: The Sauna and The WBV (whole body Vibration)First, let me say if you have back pain the WBV is a great way to loosen the muscles. I did 20/20. 20 sauna 20 wbv and loved them both. You are in a single room with both the sauna and the vibration machine, it makes it comfortable and private. Please do be aware of the time as they are usually booked and you need to get dressed and out pretty quickly for them to stay on scheduleThe sauna was so comfortable, it had a lounging back piece that no other sauna I have been to has had.I can't wait to go back.Highly recommend.
Sarah S: St. Louis Wellness Center offers a great variety of services. I really enjoy a good sweat in the infrared sauna. I like how you get to choose the type of lighting you want in the sauna for color therapy. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Emily Sarmiento: I came to St. Louis Wellness Center looking to use the infrared sauna to support my body through detoxing, inflammation, and with my autoimmune disorder. The sauna is new, clean, and offers an array of healing light therapy to pair with your session. The environment is clean and inviting and I look forward to my session every week! It has helped my body and my health so much already and I can’t recommend it enough. The staff is also very knowledgeable if you have questions, always a plus! Give it a try and don’t forget to bring water! :)
Bertha Williams: The Infrared sauna at the center is wonderful. It doesn’t over power you like a dry or steam sauna. The rates are very reasonable and periodically they have great specials. I highly recommend you try it. You will not be disappointed.
Kevin Zeldin: The Wellness Center offers so many wonderful and unique services to help with growth for your mind, body and spirit. So far ... I 've been amazed with the past-life regression with Michelle Rubin. It was fascinating and challenged my thinking in ways I didn't expect. I also appreciate the sauna with the chromotherapy experience. I liked it so much I bought a 10-pack. There are still other services I am eager to try.
Emily W: I was looking for a sauna in St. Louis area and found this place as one of top saunas places. Also they recently got brand new sauna, it’s super clean and has different Infrared lights depending on your mood. Best of all, they are the cheapest, good for your bucks!
Brad Johnson: A friend referred me to St. Louis Wellness Center for their sauna services, and it did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly and the facility is clean and comfortable. Before I left after my first visit I set up several more sessions and I continue to be pleased with the service.
Julie Johnson: St. Louis Wellness Center is a local gem for anyone wanting to invest in a healthier self! You’ll find a friendly, knowledgeable staff and a plethora of evidence based healing modalities to explore. I have particularly enjoyed their new far infared sauna. It is a wonderful way to detox, boost the immune system, and get some much needed alone time! I also had my first acupuncture treatment tonight and it was phenomenal. Five stars for everything I’ve tried at St. Louis Wellness Center.
Jamie Adams: Renee is amazing. Help at an emergency tmj/ jaw/ muscle issue. She said she can help me clear my 10+ year tmj pains.
Eric S: This place has the most friendliest staff I have ever seen. It is very clean and fresh but most importantly. They offer the best of the best services I have ever had. I even had a life changing experience with Michelle Rubin during our past life regression session. I feel so free and confident in my life after that session. Thank you so much for the experience and I would recommend any treatment from this place. 10/10 :)
Patti Cobian: Michelle Rubin really helped me reconnect with myself; love what this center is about, would recommend to anyone interested in taking steps to deepen and invest in their well-being.
Mona H: I found the St Louis Wellness Center many years ago. They have changed my life for the better in so many ways. The classes they offer and the counseling they provide. I have also attended the weekend information sessions with Valerie Wells. They address all issues with kindness and compassion. I feel very blessed to have found them. Mona
Bill Lail: Not a good sauna experience. I used the infrared sauna. Wasn't not worth my time. At the end of the 20 minutes session, I barely was sweating. The policy is to allow only ONE session per day. Waste of time.
Jordan Riehn: Professional and relaxing atmosphere with a variety of different services.
Zach Riehn Aka HOGEkage: I think the St. Louis Wellness Center is Great! I attend therapy there and so far it was been a life changing experience. I will continue to go and see through to try and fix the problems at hand. I am also doing Neurofeedback Therapy. It has only been a couple sessions so I have yet to find any measurable changes, but it is definitely a unique and interesting experience. I love the fact that my neuro therapist can bascially scan my brain and get a biofeedback of it to see what sorts of problems I have and then display them on a graph and explain what things means and so forth. You should definitely give this a try!
KWRH Radio: I recently discovered The St. Louis Wellness Center and have been wonderfully amazed at the level of services offered through this facility. The practitioners are highly skilled and work together to create a full range of modalities under one roof. The facility exudes peacefulness, warmth and love. The products that are used are of the highest quality. This high level of professionalism starts at the top with Dr. Gwen Stewart. Congratulations to Dr. Stewart on creating an exceptional health and wellness collaborative. Our community is blessed to have The St. Louis Wellness Center in our neighborhood.
Margaret Mertens: I’ve been going to St. Louis Wellness Center for two years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the services I’ve received. Never a problem.
William Duffin: Willow is incredible.
Brian M: The person I saw was overpriced, 15 min late for the appointment, and refused to provide a receipt for weeks after the appt. Very unresponsive over email, and calling just led to her voicemail.
Susan Gerhard: Atmosphere. Friendliness. Experience.
