Anzela Smith: First of all, they talk to you like you are dumb. The snow storm caused ALL of there drivers to call off!! Everybody else got to work except the delivery drivers 😒🙄. They have been telling me for 3 days now, my meds should be delivered tomorrow. Then tomorrow comes and I HAVE TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT OOPS DELIVERY DRIVERS DIDN'T SHOW UP AGAIN. PAUVEL(?) He said call him Paul...SAID HE WAS THE OWNER. HE ASKED ME DO I HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS AS TO HOW I COULD GET MY MEDS. HOW IS IR MY PROBLEM TO FIGURE OUT HOW YOUR COMPANY CAN MAKE DELIVERIES?!? Brendan Williams: The staff is always super helpful. One of my medications requires extra attention to manage and can be extremely expensive when not billed correctly– they always take time and care to process everything thoroughly and have been extremely helpful when I've needed assistance working though my insurance and co-pay programs.

Fifty Amp: I was told the RX would cost me 160.00. I showed up and was told the cost was 180.00. No I was not mistaken. Why would there be an unexplained price increase? I also asked if the pharmacist could help me understand as this was three different eye drops used prior to surgery. She said (without looking) “its on the label.” The prescription was sent there by my doctor. I would never choose this pharmacy after the way I was treated.

Aliesha Johnson: My Dr prescribed me a new medication that is pretty expensive and had it sent to Juniper Pharmacy because they would apply the manufacturer coupon automatically. Called and paid for the medication and it was delivered to me the next day! My medication has to stay cool and for some reason FedEx didn't deliver my medication for 2 days. By the time I received my medication, it was not cool so I contacted the pharmacist and she promptly called the manufacturer to make sure the medication was still good to use. If it wasnt, they were going to ship my medication out again that day. How awesome is that! They were super quick at responding to my texts and always ships my prescription out on time every month. Would highly recommend Juniper Pharmacy to anyone.
Amie Winick: This was my first time using the pharmacy. I spoke with Steven who later I found out, was the owner. I was anxious about using the pharmacy since it wasn't local and he walked me through everything and was very patient. We lost service due to a power outage so I immediately went into panic mode. I called back, texted and even went through online support. Ironically, Steven was the agent on the online support and he responded immediately explaining what happened. He discussed my script and what needed to happen on my end and his end and assured me, all would be fine and that he would contact me when the power came back on. His confidence and prompt response put my mind at ease about switching to Juniper and I plan to use them for my whole family moving forward.

Alissa Meyer: I just recently used this pharmacy and I cannot say enough great things about them! My dermatologist recommended them to me and they were able to get my two prescriptions at an affordable price. They even mailed them to me at work. I paid for them in the evening and they were delivered to me via UPS the very next morning. I am floored at how prompt they were sent to me. I also want to let others know how amazing they were to get ahold of on the phone and Anita provided me with amazingly fast and friendly service. I will definitely be using Juniper Pharmacy in the future!

Adam Boursheski: I have tried all of the big name pharmacies and none of them come close to providing the service I get with Vans. They really do make you feel like you’re part of their family. They will do anything within their power to help you.Michael is the best pharmacist I have ever known. I moved 35 minutes away and still use Vans Pharmacy. I usually pickup but they do deliver which is just an added bonus. I highly recommend them.
