Rachael Hyatt: I am really disappointed with the service of this place whether it’s the lab or the scheduling nurses, they are a pain. My son had labs done 6 months ago after his doc visit and I always assumed no news is good news but here we are 6 months later with them saying my son had abnormal (inconclusive) results so he needs to redo labs and potentially see a different doctor so we schedule a lab appt and I actually got a voicemail this time saying his results are normal so he doesn’t need to see the other doctor which is a relief because I would be more upset if something was actually wrong and they waited that long to get back with me in the first place so I know they have called and left voicemails saying he’s due for a follow up and during the day I’m at work and I’m a single mother just like many other mothers and I have other kids and other obligations to tend to so I’m in no rush nor have to time to be waiting on hold to call them back especially since they were in no rush to let me know my son had “abnormal” results 6 months ago. We were literally there on a Monday to get new lab tests done and few days later they called and said in a voicemail his lab results were good so that same week on a Friday they decided to have a social worker write me a letter threatening to call the state on me… for what??? Because y’all mad and someone there doesn’t like doing their job. Get REAL!! If it was an actual emergency why when I called is his appt 3 weeks away. Y’all could of mailed a letter saying his appt is in 3 weeks on this day and time but nooo that’s too much work

My son was very nervous with getting his procedure done but they was so amazing with him we are so glad we went. The next time we went we was more comfortable because they were just great and left is with a great experience

Tosha J: Arrived 11/10 at ER at 9pm my son was called back at 2:30 am doctor came in at 2:35am and was discharged at 2:45am 11/11 no test ran at all. What did I come here for? I’m sure they will bill my insurance like they’ve done something… Never again will I come here.

kate haley: So on Monday November 29, 2021 I called to have my sons medication refilled and mailed as we live 2 hours away. They told me it couldn’t be refilled with insurance until the next day Tuesday I said that’s fine please send it tomorrow then. They called me on Tuesday to confirm it was being mailed and the address it was being sent to. By Friday I still didn’t have it. I called the following Monday December 6, 2021 and they told me it had not been mailed yet. They said they would mail it right then. We got it but my son had been out of medication for 3 days luckily they were about to send the pill form for me to crush and put in his bottle to a pharmacy near us. When I called last week I spoke to a man named Dave. My son was out of medication early. I’m not sure why but when I asked what I needed to do he very rudely told me that they had given him a 30 day supply and then told me that I should probably find a pharmacy closer to me. He told me that they don’t typically mail out prescriptions and it takes 5-6 days when they do. They have mailed every refill my son has had next day shipping. I loved the nurses and doctors my son had in the NICU and I love his endocrinologist but I am extremely disappointed in the pharmacy.

Joshua B: I would rate it 5 stars except my son went into surgery & they only allow 1 parent in which was fine I understand so I waited out in my car...The problem came when I had to use the restroom so I went to go inside to go then come back to my car.I was told I couldn't use the bathroom because only one parent is allowed to visit at a time which I wasn't visiting them... I was asking to use the restroom on the 1sr floor...This is stupid & insane.Whoever the Nurses were at 9:30am on June 5th 2020 should be severely reprimanded for having no common sense.At least if you're going to make people wait in their cars provide a Porto potty or something...It's bad enough I have to wait in my car but you won't let me use the bathroom either.It's not like I'm there for no reason.
