Jared Hotopp: Forgot my seizure medicine at home in another state and this staff worked quickly to get my nightly medicine for me.
Catherine Wallace: This is not your typical CVS pharmacy. It was like a mini grocery store. It had deli options and all kinds of things. There were several homeless people outside of this building and it didn’t seem like it was in the greatest area so I would definitely not travel alone, but it was the perfect place to get some healthy options.

bluecool81: Not sure exactly what adjective to use for this place. However, I was in town for a convention and needed some prescription eye drops as I forgot to pack mine. I called my doctor back home and he sent the prescription to this place since it was only a block away from my hotel. I went a few hours later and was told that they were out of stock and that I can either go to the other location several miles away or they could order it and it would be there at 10:30 am the next day. My eye was hurting pretty bad so I debated with myself. I told them to go ahead and order it since I did not have a car to get to the other location.The next day I went in the afternoon. I was told again that it didn't come in and that for sure it will be there tomorrow at 10:30 am. The next day, same old story. Luckily the pain in my eye subsided on it's own but wasn't completely gone.I miss the old days where customer service was a priority. An answer those days would've been like, "Sorry sir, the drops didn't arrive but I will drive myself to pick it up for you." There was no apology, no concern, or no urgency to be sure I was a valued customer.Lesson learned. Stay away from these corporate pharmacies especially CVS. They're either incompetent or stupid. I'll let them chose.

richard ornberg: Schnuck's Pharmacy has been my drug store for quite some time. The announcement today that CVS (Aetna) is buying out Schnuck's is a disaster for keeping drugs cost down. CVS is at least 45% higher for common arthritis and emphysema medications that Schnuck's. This business take over must be stopped. Stop the monopolization of drug provider industry in the Midwest by CVS/Aetna!

The pharmacy has an automated reminder to call and leave you a voicemail to notify you your prescription or refill is ready. Conveniently located downtown at the back of the Schnucks Culinaria (past meat and bread, next to milk and the magazine section).

M Harrell: To me, this store was an oasis in the middle of a food and retail desert. Downtown St Louis on the weekends is dead, except for tourists. Every other convenience store and pharmacy was closed. This store is within walking distance of the convention center and surrounding hotels, it has a pharmacy, which I didn't need, and it has everything a regular grocery store has, including deli, bakery, and ready made meals. I just needed a few forgotten cosmetics, snacks and a piece of Divine and delicious chocolate pudding cake from the bakery. I'm going back today when I have more time to explore the VERY FULL aisles and experience the only living part of St. Louis where real people who aren't all tourists gather. Perhaps others have had negative experiences, but I'm happy Schnucks is there unlike CVS and others who choose to close on Saturday and Sunday.

Shronda Jackson: Pharmacy opens at. 9am on Saturday, so I arrive at 9:28. No one is waiting, however my regular RXs are not available, only one. Young lady can’t explain why the others are not ready. She tells me her manager left to go get breakfast from the deli and she can’t check me out, would I mind waiting. Do I really have a choice? I replied “yes no worries”. 10 minutes later the young lady arrives with breakfast food, approaches the register, enters a code and walks off. I looked at her and said “thanks for the apology for my delay and I know you appreciate me waiting”. She says, “sorry”. Are you serious who starts a shift at 9am and leaves for breakfast at 9:30. This is ridiculous. Can you say #expressscripts

I went to VAN'S DELIVERY PHARMACY on LEMAY FERRY ROAD and not only did they get ALL OF MY MEDS authorized, but they also gave me free asthma and diabetic supplies and they delivered them directly to my home.

I’m worried this will not be effective to tell me if I have Covid. Normally I would be more patient but I’m actually sick right now - this was utter chaos. Don’t get tested for Covid here.

Via Viva: Have never gotten a prescription filled without inordinate wait times, being charged for insurance covered prescriptions despite both coverages being on file. One visit (55 minutes in drive through and at window) was told I owed over $800 which was changed to $0.00 after I insisted over Clark's rude protests that they properly apply both coverages. Rude, dismissive, I could not care less attitudes at drive-through window totally unacceptable. Will not use the 3925 location again.

Kimberly Bowers: This store is within my community. It only takes one public bus ride. But I can not conveniently shop there due to many instances of disturbingly POOR customer service. It's been this kind of atmosphere for years now. So I recently stopped by today, 7/07/2017, AGAIN I needed help with an item I was told through another associate that when I get to check out someone would get the case of water I needed but didn't see in the water aisle. So as I'm checking out I asked Carmen could someone please help me with case of water? Carmen stated & pointed"there over there". I couldn't see where she pointed so I asked could she call for someone to help? She said "ain't nobody to call", by this time it's apparently clear that I may have to leave the register and void my transaction. I paused before speaking out of frustration, & she said "she'd go get it since I don't see it". She asked for my cart and then after several steps she turns & says to me, the customer, "you don't see the waters here mame?" I didn't respond & I noticed other customers looking. So I thanked her, finished my transaction. I made the decision right there that I would NOT BE PURCHASING anything else @ this particular Schnucks ever again. Smdh...

I talked to a young lady and she told me it was on back order but she could order it for me and hopefully it will be in Monday. I got my fingers crossed that it will be. It’s a shame that it take that long as well when I’m in pain from oral surgery six stitches on both side top and bottom of my mouth and had to wait to the next day for meds 😭It’s always something when I come to pick my meds up. Very bad attitude! I get text saying meds are ready, I come all the way from north county to the city because I used to live down here and there was some loving workers!! May want to call before going in.-Pharmacy staff (drive through): friendly and patient. For a PCR COVID test, the process was fast (minus wait time). You’ll need to share the following info on your appointment: b-day, name, and show an ID.-Store employees: a floor staff took initiative to ask if I needed any assistance after I was looking around. The cashier helped me understand how the online pricing work in store (in short, online price may be cheaper and having a Walgreens account saves money, highly recommend it eg got $7.29 paper towel for $3.99).Cons-Wait time at pharmacy: only one lane was open, so the wait is longer. Not excessive wait time, but an FYI.-Pick up: only saw one spot for store pick up.-Security police right when you walk in. More of a FYI for people who may find that uncomfortable.
