Walgreens: what do users think?
Amanda Shifflett: This is the WORST Walgreens. Good luck getting a prescription. It's such a shame because there are so few pharmacies in the area.
nick blackburn: This place is garbage. Pharmacy will lie to you and say your prescription is ready and then when you get there act like they have no idea what you’re talking about. You will waste your time coming here.
Shannon Ware: Pharmacist is not current on latest CDC and government authorized 2nd bivalent COVID booster for seniors issued April 23, 2023. Refused to administer even though set up and vetted through Walgreens app. An untrustworthy store.
Jasmine H: This is literally the WORST Walgreens ever. I’ve never even done a review before. That’s how bad this Walgreens is. The wait is forever, it takes forever for them to answer the phone, they mess stuff up. I can’t.
Brian Bessire: Service was ok. The place wasn't that clean just felt dirty.
Cody Cummings: I really like the convenience of this location, but I have a hard time with the level of service here. I think a lot of the issues this location has is understaffing. It just seems like there aren’t enough people to keep the place running smoothly or adequately stocked.
Benjamin Greaney: The pharmacy here takes hours, and doesn’t pickup the phone. It used to be way better. We are switching. My wife is sitting here in pain waiting for a prescription for over 3 hours.
Cristal Luna: The pharmacy has the worst costumer service. The communication between the staff is horrible. I rescheduled a covid test with one of their coworkers who didn’t relay that to the staff. The appointment was originally set up online. After showing them proof I talked to someone, they still replied with “there are no men who work here”. I drove 45mins out sick to be turned away. Don’t waste your time coming to this Walgreens.
Mike Johnson: The incompetence of this place is shocking. There are a couple workers who care and do well, but the majority do not and they are constantly understaffed. This was the case even before Covid. Only about 10% of my experience with this place is positive. Now I’m going back this afternoon for a 4th time to get my sons medicine.
Sam B: This Walgreens is terrible. The pharmacy is incredibly slow. I’ve had multiple prescriptions that were in stock take multiple days to fill, and then they’re not ready when I’m told they will be.
Elizabeth Winder: The pharmacy should be closed due to dangerous practices. And the workers banned from medicine.I should have stopped using them after they gave me my EX HUSBANDS Perscription which led me to get super sick. The final “fool me twice” is the lack of care to do anything in their power to fill my Perscription after 2 weeks of not having it in stock. To call-desperate to feel better and just be treated like such a burden is SO in-appropriate.If you are going to be in the health field, know how to be on the phone and explain medical options. Devon (not sure of the spelling) should NOT be in a management roll.
Ryan Loefler: This location, while convenient, has the worse customer service ever. None of the employees smile, greet you, or ask if you need help; they seem to all hate their jobs and take it out on the customers. The security guard seems to profile every Black person that comes through the door. Just an overall mean spirited place. CVS is a better choice, by far!
Molly Stewart: This walgreens used to be great, but this last year or so it has gone downhill.Items are never in stock, and my prescriptions are not filled on time, and I've had one sit for over a month that just never got filled. The employees here are all really nice though. I think it's just too busy at this location to keep up.
Madison L: I swear they actively try to hire the RUDEST people in St. Louis to work the registers. I’ve been here 5 times and have had a bad experience with them every time. So much attitude for no reason.Although, the pharmacy staff is amazing 3 Try to hire more people like them.
Marcus Griffen: Pharmacy closes whenever they want regardless of whether there's a line or not (not referring to posted break times). This is especially an issue given that there's pretty much always a long line
Sha’Kwana Deal: Do NOT USE THE WALGREENS I USED THEM TO HAVE MY PACKAGE DELIVERED AND THEY CANT FIND MY VERY EXPENSIVE PACKAGE. I TALKED TO THE MANAGER AT 8:44 AM AND HE TOLD ME MY PACKAGE WAS THERE AND TO COME PICK IT UP HE HAD ME CONFIRM MY TRACKING NUMBER AND FULL NAME I EVEN HEARD HIM SCAN IT IN I GO UP THERE AND HIS WORKERS CANT FIND IT A WORKER THERE EVEN TRIED TO FIGHT ME BECAUSE IM UPSET BECAUSE MY STUFF IS MISSING I EVEN HAD TO CALL LAW ENFORCEMENT TO HANDLE THE SITUATION AND THEY TOLD US WE COULDNT VIEW CAMERA UNLESS WE HAD A WARRANT ! IM GETTING A LAWYER PERIOD !
Megan Pritchard: Just one of the worst. It's a sh!t show. Weirdos, panhandlers, in progress thefts, very long lines, etc. The parking lot is another circus. The pharmacy is very disorganized, the shelves are empty, I could go on and on. But it's convenient and I keep ending up here.
S. L. Hugh: Vaccine scheduled for 3 pm. Arrived 2:50, waited while customers in the drive-thru were handled. At 3 I was seen. Filled out a form (which I’d already filled out on-line) and waited … and waited. No one ahead of me, but 2 or 3 other folks came in behind me. It’s now 3:45, and after 45 min someone has gone into the “health room”, presumably to prepare. So I might get my vaccine 50 minutes after it was scheduled, an hour after arrival …. If you can, go elsewhere! And their phone lines -- calling the pharmacy is impossible; wait times of well over 30 minutes!
Samantha Sheppard: This is the final straw. I've been waiting in line for an hour for my prescription. Hire more people. You are woefully understaffed. It's going to be a huge pain, but im pulling all of my prescriptions. I could have driven across town to a different pharmacy and have my prescription in the time I've waited here. Stop taking advantage of city residents who have little choice I where to go and treat yiur customers right.
Deante Williams: It be hard to find the items that you want & need for your household & the stuff be everywhere on the wrong shelves or on the floor like clean up after yourselves totally disappointed for an excuse
Scott Traubitz: Great pharmacy

Walgreens: what do users think?
P2Pirate: This Walgreens pharmacy is the best in st.Louis, and it’s not even close.
Franco Storaci: Ottimo posto
Maryclare Stephens: if you suspect that you have the covid virus why would they want you to come into the store to order tests instead of taking the order for drive thru or curbside pickup???????????
Mayda McInnis: The pharmacy staff at this 24hr Walgreens location are an awesome group of people. They went above and beyond their professional level of service to get a needed prescription filled within a short window of time with special circumstances. The prescription was transferred from another pharmacy due to a lack of medication; however, the original prescription also had to be modified by the doctor due to the medication specifications were unavailable at this location. The pharmacy staff informed the doctor of their available medication on hand during the time his office was closing. Fortunately, the doctor was able to submit a new prescription to this location which the pharmacy staff filled to serve the medical need.I'm truly grateful for the collaborative efforts made by the Pharmacy staff to fill this prescription during a hectic situation.
Scott Traubitz: 15 minutes so far. Pharmacy line 10 deep. 1 Checker, super slow.
büşra yurtsever: This is the worst Walgreens I ve seen. People are not helpful and rude. I needed to turn back to my home twice because they did not explain something good to me. Because of it’s location it is always busy and this causes bad service👎
Lou: I went to get a Covid booster as I THOUGHT I had set up an appointment. Alas, they didn't have me in the system. I'll just go to the VA. A good excuse to ride my motorcycle.
Janie Shannon: Attempted getting my COVID test done here, if you need the rapid test with the results ready within 2hours, prepare to wait at least five. Then you'll have to call to make sure they are testing the sample that degrades by the hour. Good luck. The pharmacist and tech were nice but it doesn't seem that they understand the definition of urgent nor rapid. The whole point of a rapid test is it being rapid. 🙄
Jawed Ebrahimi: I just got 1 gallon milk from here and It was expired August 6 and I feed my kids I hope they don’t get sick and I came back I told the manger he said sorry that’s it let me give on the one and pull out they are all expired and he said I got distracted by someone I guys can see the pic I am not lying
Kevin Ryan: Registers are way too old and do not work well. Would rather stop someone else to avoid the wait.
Jimmy Conway: Everything's in good order or so it seems. They do Western Union transactions (send from any register, recieve at photo counter). The pharmacist was helpful in explaining medication precautions and side effects. They are open 24/7 which is a plus.
Craig Tiller: The evening technician was rude and apparently very unhappy, and it showed. I don't really care for the unprofessionalism at this store, and the only positive thing that can be said is the fact that they are open 24 hrs, that's it!!!!...learn from the Holly Hills location.
Kimberly V: Slow services
R Cusick: I had a mostly positive experience at this Walgreens. It seems like one of their cashier stations was down, and they thought it was working again so I was invited to come through it. The PIN pad wouldn't work so they were typing my number in on the screen, and it turned out my phone number wasn't registered, so I went through this whole process of signing up for one. Then they couldn't check me out because the PIN pad didn't work. I got moved to the next line and had to hold that one up while I once again signed up for a new Walgreens card! There has to be a better way. To be clear, this was a problem with the system. Both cashiers were really kind, and the second one used they/them pronouns for me, which I genuinely appreciate. Like, it made my day.
Wallace Turpin: They have everything I need
RiDa Wo: Love the day pharmacy staff. But if you have to pick up using their over night pharmacist, you'll expect rudeness, ridiculously slow service, grumbling under his breath, and just an overall poor experience. If you can help it, only go during the day.
Rachel Brooks: One of their pharmacists is an anti-vaccine, anti-masker. "Ryan" is reckless and has no business being in the health care profession.
Joseph Carrel Sr.: No one has ever said hi or thank you for shopping this store needs to learn from Holly Hills how to treat custome
Deborah Halter: It is a normal Walgreens!
Millie: I've really never enjoyed coming here. Over the last year, I've had constant issues with pharmacy technicians being able to help with prescriptions. I'll request a refill and they will ignore the refills and prescriptions in the system and tell me they have to contact my doctor. Today after they told me they had to hear from my doctor, I went online and saw they put in a request for a prescription that was a year old and ignored the one that my doctor had sent, even after I asked about it. I corrected it myself online and got it ordered, so maybe we can just eliminate this tech since the computer is better at their job. Trust your health with someone else.
Matt Higgins: They have what I'm looking for at a Drugstore and more.

Walgreens: what do users think?
Jackie Elliott: If I could give them negative stars I would. They made a mistake with my medication and will not correct it. They don't scan the pill bottles, they just scan the printout so they don't even know if they're giving you all the meds you're paying for. I picked up 5 medications, went home, put away my meds and went on with my day. I realized later that I was missing 1 med. I've spent 3 days trying to correct this situation. I keep getting different stories as to what is going on. I was told they watched the camera and saw I did not get all my meds and they would refill it, today I'm told something totally different and they will not fill it unless I pay out of pocket since my insurance won't cover it again as it's too soon. It was human error, it happens. Someone forgot to put the pill bottle in the bag with the other meds. Instead of helping me with this situation they treat me as if I'm just lying. It's a medication for acid reflux! It's not a controlled substance, which I do take 1 every day. If I was going to "sell" my meds I'd sell the one people can misuse. Who is going to abuse an acid reducer?? I'm treated like a criminal because they made a mistake. I've worked customer service for over 20 years and the service I received was deplorable. All they care about is the bottom line, not the customers. I've had nothing but problems since I started using Walgreens 11/2022. Incompetent staff.Never again.
Ronald Dellubama: I felt safe being though a security guard is there right up front and at all times. The area is not really a good spot in the city due to high crime and just very run down but I was impressed with the establishment and the items were reasonable and it was also very clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. They offer lots of other services, pharmacy, Western Union, photo development and in store shopping for groceries, health and beauty, seasonal items and more. I would definitely go back to this particular Walgreens.
Kristen Bushko: Pharmacists here are not good at communicating with customers. I called to get some at-home covid tests billed to my insurance in January and the person on the phone told me her system was down and couldn't check my benefits.I proceeded to call other pharmacies and no matter what day I called they said I couldn't bill until tomorrow. The problem was that the first person I spoke to at this location billed them for me and never notified me.Today I called back to repeat the process for February and a different pharmacist told me I could only bill at-home tests through the app. This clearly isn't true - you can do it in person, on the phone, on the app, or on the website - but if I had known I could do this online in January I could have saved some time and sanity.
Tricia Smith: This location is very dirty and in bad shape. I ordered a photo to be printed overnight. I tried to pick it up three days later and no one knew what was going on or where it was. I came back the next day and three different people asked me the same questions and looked in the same places. With the amount of time I spent getting this figured out I could have driven to a different location.
Nina Scalise: What's the point of 3 registers if your going to have 1 cashier only because another employee is sitting on a table wasting time chatting with the police officer who was on guard supposedly. Anyone knows you can't guard a whole store if your just going to be having a whole conversation for over 10 minutes? Then I ask if they had help at the register just to get confronted by the officer but not only did he come up to me but he came from behind me while I was checking out and under his breathe said if your in so much of a rush go to a different walgreens. Apparently it was wrong of me to ask if there was help to a walgreens employee but it was okay for the officer to come up to me with a attitude on a conversation that he was not in. He tried to say he would stop my transaction and i would have to go else where. The cashier was nice enough to hand me the milk. As I walked out the officer said Yeah that's what I thought! I don't know if this guy is still in a teenage mind or has no respect. But there is no reason to try and start problems if I was already leaving. ABUSE OF POWER...
Serafino Bland: Severely understaffed. This store is a mess, but the employees were all working hard.
Diana B: The young man at the checkout was definitely disinterested in his job. I greeted him and he did not speak. He did not speak to me the entire time that he checked me out. He put the items in the bag but did not in the bag to me and when I struggle to get it free from the other bags he got frustrated with me.This is not my first bad experience with the store. I thought I would give it another shot because the last time I went was late at night. Today it was the middle of the afternoon and not at all busy. The store is not well kept and sone of the staff seems more interested in talking to each other than addressing the needs of customers or caring for the store. That will be my last visit to the store.
Aaron B: Checking out always takes way to long bc of voided transactions and people putting money on prepaid cards. Doesn’t feel safe walking in and today the pharmacy was open but couldn’t take or fill prescriptions
Ed: Maybe the worst of all the City Walgreens. There is somehow never any product stocked in the store, the coolers are bare.I understand that "covid" has affected the pharmacy staff and all that, but it honestly may be the worst pharmacy in South City.
Jimmy Conway: They have just about everything you'd expect from a chain pharmacy. Granted it's in the hood at Chippewa and Kingshighway... It's a convienant location. Usually a bit of a wait at the photo counter for Western Union and picking up orders.
Sherri Parker: I got a Covid test on Tuesday that is needed so that I can return to work. I called to see when and how I would get my results. I was told to call two different numbers. When I reached someone at the lab they said that they did not have record of the test, so I called the pharmacy for a 3rd time. I spoke to a representative in the pharmacy department and was told that my test results were there and that someone would be on shortly to speak with me. I held the phone for 20 minutes and called back. I called back and was place on hold for another 12 minutes. I called again and was transferred to a care center. No one is answering my calls.. I am going to try calling from another number. I believe that they lost my test and are now re-routing my calls. Please do not use this pharmacy.
Dean G. “The seeker” Thurman VET: Fast quick and convenient pharmacy pickups that include delivery and certain prescription requiring no copays God bless America in the wall green stores across the United States and abroad thank you
Sky Feurstein: Did drive through covid testing here. The guy was rude and on top didn’t know what he was talking about. He first thought there was no appointment at my scheduled time. Walgreens website didn’t allow me to upload my insurance information (which they should already have) so when I get to the window I tell him this and he said it’s too late to enter it but that the test fee would be billed to a government grant. Pretty sure this happened before and the person entered my insurance info in. He saw I’ve taken a test before so just gave me the test and let me at it. I didn’t recall what all to do with it so I had to sit and wait as he talked and finally came back to the window.
Ms Jay: Received email stating 1 script ready & another delayed & gave date expected to be in. I called the next day & they said it was in to give them an hour to process it. 1 & 1/2 hr later I pulled up in drive thru. The 1st script they said they did not have it filled, the 2nd I get 3 vials in the monthly script, but they only had 1 vial & said to pick up other 2 in a couple of days. I showed her the text & told her I talked to someone who said they were in. I just had a total knee replacement & live alone & it takes a lot for me to get around. Took a survey on person I spoke to in pharmacy when calling to see if all myvials were in. They shoyld wait til you pick up!
Paola Isabella: I just returned an item and my money went into a different card!!? Are we serious? No one there is capable right now to figure out what happened, now I have to go back Monday?! For 15 dollars?! I had digital recipes debit card transactions, and they kept saying another card was used...no it was not and there is the prove. The girl at the front ask me if I wanted back in my t(word I didn’t understand) card; I asked what did it mean?! She said im not sure hopefully that goes back to your card. On Monday someone needs to get this straight, I’m pretty sure this is against the law, it’s not even becaus of the money but the lack of work ethic . Oh and they kept my products and I don’t have my money bAck. What a scam
corey jedi: Hard to use the pharmacy when the posted hrs aren't when they're open, pharmacy closes before 5pm on Saturdays...
Derek Tanis: I typically don’t leave poor reviews, but I waited over an hour for a stat prescription to be filled for my young son who was recovering from surgery. The pharmacist claimed the doctor did not call him with the additional information requested, when in fact my wife and I separately spoke to physician and nurse confirming that the correct information was relayed. Very unprofessional!
Kelly White: Wonderful place, all of the employees are so nice and helpful…it so nice to have a pharmacy like this
David Wohldmann: Went here for a Covid test. The very heavyset man administering the tests was obviously over it. He never mentioned the paper that came with the test except to say remove it from the bag. The paper has your confirmation number so unless you want to spend hours on hold trying to find yourself in they system it'd be a good idea to hang on to this paper. Didn't get a notification that my test was ready until 8 hours after I took it (you're supposed to get a notification w/i 24 hours of requesting a test) and I've gotten zero correspondence since. My wife went to another walgreens and has had none of these issues so I must attribute it to how this store operates.
J B: Sadly now panhandling every time I arrive outside
Isaac DeVaney: I don’t even know where to begin so I’ll just list a few of the austere factors that go into my decision to shop, eat, and pick up all 12 of my medication at this Walgreens location only. Service is comparable to that of a 5 star restaurant in Paris, very knowledgeable staff that truly has a passion for their product. Would not dream of shopping anywhere else. I have two minor complaints however, no clothing sales and won’t offer me a discount for driving over 2 hours round trip 4 times a week to shop here.

Walgreens: what do users think?
Amina Riley: I had poor service the old lady that works when the store open have poor customer service and I feel she needs to stay at home if she can't do her job she's a mean old lady and I was not treated with respect as a customer I should have been treated better than I have people like her should not be working at a Walgreens she should consider working somewhere else that she don't have to deal with the public
Bill Hoffee: They deliver through Doordash now.
Honey Bee: Be nice if they actually open at 8am like it says on the door. Today I stood outside the store for 20 minutes until finally just leaving.
Kendal McCarter: Had an inhaler script to be filled here, called to check on it and was told "oh we dont have that anymore" They were just gonna let me show up tomorrow expecting to pick up emergency meds with a *shrug* oh well
MS LUV: Pharmacy only11/17/22 hold time 20+ mins picking up and putting call back in que 😩THEN AFTER 23 MINS OF THAT THEY HUNG UP 😡THE PHARMACY DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE THEE WORST... 😡😡THEY NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING STOP PICKING UP THE PHONE AND HANGING UP ON PEOPLEIF YOUR LUNCH BREAK IS AT 1:30 DON'T CLOSE THE GATES AND DOORS AND 1:25....
Brandi Johnson: Today I came to this store on north grand at 11:28 am !!!! Came yesterday too at 2:30 pm was told my medication wouldn’t be ready to 6:00 pm and the store close at 7:00 pm. It’s a shame that it take that long as well when I’m in pain from oral surgery six stitches on both side top and bottom of my mouth and had to wait to the next day for meds 😭It’s always something when I come to pick my meds up. Very bad attitude! I get text saying meds are ready, I come all the way from north county to the city because I used to live down here and there was some loving workers!! Everybody change we need the old workers back. And just maybe I can have my meds ready on time with love!!! This the 3rd time this same little light skinned woman with a rude attitude came to the window rude as hell asking for my insurance card like how do I get a text saying meds ready but Iget here it’s not and the first thing the lady sad was they have nothing in the system for me shame on Walgreens 😢
Lyn Patton: Good customer service clean well stockedPolice security on site ..safe to shop
Brent Sumpter: These people are undeniably lazy, and rude. They tried to tell me that they didn't accept anthem blue cross and blue shield. When that's an obvious lie.
Bobby C: This Walgreens did it for me, have been using for years and now will be switching to CVS. I’ve been trying to call for a week to get a prescription filled (website told me I needed to call), and each time I sit on hold for an hour until the system hangs up on me. So nobody wants to help customers here. I finally just called cvs and they were able to get me taken care of in virtually two minutes. This place is a joke. Doesn’t help that it’s in the middle of the hood and you never know if you’ll come back to a car without wheels. 0/10.
Robert Cotner: Horrible experience. Dangerous area, and good luck getting anyone on the phones. You will wait for an hour plus on hold every time.
Jen W: Pros-TLDR: excellent customer service-Saw around 2 cans of baby formula in case someone needs to see this. May want to call before going in.-Pharmacy staff (drive through): friendly and patient. For a PCR COVID test, the process was fast (minus wait time). You’ll need to share the following info on your appointment: b-day, name, and show an ID.-Store employees: a floor staff took initiative to ask if I needed any assistance after I was looking around. The cashier helped me understand how the online pricing work in store (in short, online price may be cheaper and having a Walgreens account saves money, highly recommend it eg got $7.29 paper towel for $3.99).Cons-Wait time at pharmacy: only one lane was open, so the wait is longer. Not excessive wait time, but an FYI.-Pick up: only saw one spot for store pick up.-Security police right when you walk in. More of a FYI for people who may find that uncomfortable.
Alex Long: I like this place. It's in a very dystopian environment and almost charmingly so. Haha.If you like going to Walgreens with an ominous surrounding, this place is for you.I highly recommend.
D WALKER: Good service and a stocked and well maintained.
Doge King II: F××× this place
Michele Ochse: Pharmacy staff is so good. Brian went beyond call of duty. Seriously best Pharmacy staff EVER. They are understanding, compassionate, and helpful. So grateful for these people
Nicole Brownlee: The pharmacy (Nurse giving the Covid shots) is very rude!!!!
Bruja Afrikana: I don't know why the folks that are employed here are so toxic but I try to avoid this store. From the security guards not wearing credentials or their uniforms, to the elderly lady that is the manager who disrespectfully walks in front of you while you're looking at the ((scarce)) products on the shelves to her having the non credential wearing security guards harass you and follow you around the store AND lack of products and overall professionalism, I'd prefer to go to the Lindell or the Union Store. Before I shop at 1400 Grand, I'll order from Amazon. This location is tragic!!
Cassandra Edwards: Slow pharmacy! Rude female workers.auguemental...unprofessional 😒😤
Cartell Saffold: VERY Unprofessional Pharmacy.Act like they didn't want to work.Have to Go to county for Better service
Kaleigh Lane: Do not come here to get vaccinated! Horribly organized, you will be waiting forever. Wait for appointments to open up elsewhere, because this place ain’t it.
Lady Gaga: If you’re coming here for covid vaccine stay away! Organization is a total joke, whoever is responsible for managing the schedule needs to be reamed. They schedule multiple people into the same time slot, for example 3 people will be scheduled at 1030. Which makes the line even larger. With the line being so large there were a few people that where 10mins past their appointment time and where still allowed to cut because that’s how back up the line is!This was the only Walgreens offering appointments within 50mile radius so I had no choice but to come here, will definitely try to schedule my 2nd dose else because how unorganized this place is!

Walgreens: what do users think?
Mahdi Haidari: The most unhelpful and ignorant staff I’ve ever met at Walgreens work at this location. Waste of a ⭐️ smh
Mike Arentsen: I'm re writing this review. It's been 4 months since my last review, and things have only gotten worse. The staff is a revolving door, but you still can't find them when you need them. And when you do need help, they ALWAYS act like you are the biggest burden ever. I've been treated this way by most of the staff there. The worst of which is an older white woman with long blonde hair and glasses, wearing a vest jacket. She gives everyone attitude if they ask for help. So does the heavier mixed girl with glasses. They act like helping people is the hardest thing ever. They give customers attitudes every single day. And that's not mentioning the known racist that works there. Workers will also neglect customers in line to talk to friends on shift. Stock is never on the shelves when you need it, if it's not expired. The store is a mess. It needs new management.
Marie LeBeau: Had flu shot appointment...the long delay is ridiculous. This shouldn't take all day! No one seems to know what they are doing. I will never come here again.
Brian Ferrari: Employees are the one saving grace of this place, and only then just most of the time. 90% of the time discounted prices advertised never match the register price and the my walgreens point system here seems to not exist or take debating with the staff to work/utilize.
R Cusick: You get the strong sense that nobody cares, and who could blame them? Working retail has always been hell, and now you've got management leaving open positions, saying they're hiring when they're not, and forcing current employees to do more than their share. Many items were out of place. I asked to use the restroom (it's typically locked or behind a keypad at Walgreens), and was told, "It's open." It was open, all right. Wet paper towels on the floor, no toilet paper in sight (this is why you ALWAYS carry Kleenex and napkins), no paper towels. That said, the staff were kind to me, and knowledgeable. There was just a sense of frustration and apathy. Seems to me like management should *actually hire more help.*
Kathy Duffin: Awful staff. On a recent visit, a customer struck up a conversation about politics with the cashier (name tag CINDY, a woman with grey hair) and it quickly turned racist. Comments were made by both of them about current office holders and a political party. I was shocked to hear the employee boldly display such hate and bias in front of customers while on duty.
Sani M.: Rude pharmacy staff! Constantly have issues getting meds filled. Definitely switching to another pharmacy.
L Phillips: Do not go here to get any type of shot they do not know how to give the shots got injured and they do not care you can't sue them because you sign a waiver saying if you get hurt they not accountable for it please do not go here I have to go physical therapy they gave me the shot wrong I have bursitis in left arm please go to the doctor office to get any type of shot walgreens not qualified to give shot
Dylan Monzyk: Came here for my second shot which was SCHEDULED. was sent away because they don’t do the Pfizer anymore. Complete waste of time. Didn’t help reschedule or anything. Don’t waste your time. Go elsewhere
Pamela Higgins: The walls weren't actually green!!!
TRACY SATTERFIELD: The Pharmacy at this location is definitely NOT up to Walgreens standards I've been using Walgreens since 2002 for my prescriptions and medical supplies. I moved to the Holly Hills neighborhood about 7 months ago so I had my prescriptions transfered to the 6411 Gravios rd. Store and it's been a nightmare, when you call to speak with them they're rude and want to make excuses for why your medications aren't refilled before you run out, they say we're waiting on Dr. approval, when I see my Dr. He makes sure he writes 11 refills per medication. As he did on June 28th now on September 11th they say I'm out I've called and spoken to my Dr. And his nurse and Walgreens 3 times, just to have the Pharmacist tell me they haven't heard from my Dr. Yet ...there's no need to hear from my Dr. When I have 7 refills left! This location needs to have a staff review from Walgreens Corporate!
Dianna R.: Out of half of what i needed. Dirty store...
Jake G: Called and the system said 24 hour pharmacy for this location. So I was confident I could get important medication after work. Nope. The hours are adjusted and I'm fine with that except their phone system still states 24 hours. Some medications are minor and some are major. Mental health patients that depend on doing business with a place should be considered worth informing of something that could severely change one's state of mind for the night. Some people miss doses and experience extreme thoughts of suicide and act on them. Please do better for your fellow community members.
Daniel B.: Do you like having the same conversation on a monthly basis? Do you enjoy dealing with an inept, and sometimes rude pharmacy staff? This is the Walgreens for you!
Lauren Ribaudo: The staff is friendly and helpful! I will definitely be coming back!
Maria Howe: The pharmacy at this location has terrible customer service. When I tried to refill a prescription, it initially got denied by my doctor but no one called to tell me anything. I called in three days later when I hadn't heard anything only to find out no progress had been made. When I finally got the problem sorted and my prescription was approved, I went to pick it up and the counter was closed - 10 minutes prior to closing time! This location is a joke! Overall, the staff is very rude and completely unhelpful.
Jill Padgett: Always helpful and friendly associates. I always go to this location.
Shelley Gillard: Nice people. Slow.pharmacy
Jessie Wendel: Very friendly and helpful
Dulce Romero: The best customer service
Mark Thompson: I am here all the time. The staff is friendly and helpful. They keep the store clean and well stocked. When the line gets long they are quick to get you to another register.

Walgreens: what do users think?
D: so good to know a young 20-30 so thing white pharmacy tech can discriminate against customers and actually laugh at minorities as she gets away with it. I guess it's because of the cool tattoos
Ashley Steele: HORRIBLE pharmacy!!!! Save your time and send your prescription somewhere else!
Julie Smith: Pharmacy is absolutely terrible. I always have trouble getting prescriptions filled & have gone up to a week without medications because apparently not a single doctor from any office can submit prescriptions correctly & the pharmacy staff will not contact the doctor themselves. You can’t even call to find out what’s taking so long to fill a prescription because no one answers the phone.Staff is extremely slow & will just walk away from the counter without a word even though there’s a line at the counter & drive thru. There can be a pharmacist & 6 techs working, but no one is at the counter and it takes 45 minutes when there’s only 1 person in front of you.Save yourself the headache & stress and go anywhere else. Literally anywhere else would be better than this pharmacy.
Deborah Ueltzen: Cashiers are snobby and always in a hurry. They do not accommodate to people with dis abilities either
Rosssk8ing: It takes at least 10 mins to pick up any prescription. There’s no reason why it needs to take 20+ mins just to pick up a prescription. Get some more pharmacy techs. They also call you teling you they’ll put away your prescription unless you come pick it up. Of course, you have to have an hour of time to drive there, get your stuff and drive home.
Chanel Thomas: Supposed to open at 8:00 and is not open
Shelby Long: Unless this is the BUSIEST Walgreens in the world, it should not take them SO long to answer the phone. I have been waiting for over 30 minutes!!! I just simply want my prescription refilled and the automated phone service, just keeps redirecting me to speak with a pharmacist but then NO ONE PICKS UP
Keating Mx: Worst Walgreens in St. Louis. Pharmacy is always out of stock and has given me the wrong medication on multiple occasions. The store has very limited stock and is always running low or out. Workers are understaffed and undertrained. Do yourself a favor and go to CVS.
Cherelle Stewart: The Cashier's have the worst attitude.
Kerry Zimmerman: called to get a shingrix vax. told I could get vax by 7 pm. at 6:02 pm told they stop w walk-ins @ 6 pm. frustrating!
Steve Hager: I like this Walgreens better than any other that iv been too, the Pharmacy always has what you need. The staff is very cordial and ready to help at any time.
N Z: The clerk was using earbuds to talk on his personal phone while I was there requesting a service from Walgreens. Of course, he did not help me with my request as he was focused more on his call than on my request. Do not visit!
Anna Lampe: Is your lucky number 5? If so, you're in luck! All you need to do is pull into the pharmacy drive through at any time of day and you are guaranteed to be the 5th car in line. Lucky enough to back out of line before a car is behind you to try your hand at going inside instead? Your lucky day! There are also 5 people in line inside and 5 people working the pharmacy
David: Drinks not in stock
Minh Hoang: I been here a couple time cause it's convenient but I think I will stop going here because the cashiers are so rude, all of them. One time I had to ask the manager to check out for me because they were too rude. On the yellow sticker it shows that buy 2 bottles of body wash get $4 register reward but the machine didnt even print it out. I told them to go look at the sticker, they said they dont know anything about it and gave me an attitude like I'm giving them problems. None of the cashier were nice, even the one I asked to open the cabinet to get the body wash. If they dont feel like working there, then dont work there. Its not worth making the customers feel like they are bother by shopping there. I like the old walgreen where it used to be a couple blocks down. The cashiers there are more nicer.
Victoria Nabual: This store is neat and clean but for the only two times that I have been here I've noticed that staff are very nonchalant. I will now pass up this location to go to the one on S. Kingshighway and Chippewa even though this location is closer to me. I wish I could've had a better experience because I usually have really good experiences when I shop at other Walgreens.
Roni Sher: This is the best Walgreens I've ever been to.
Tabitha Wilson: This is not a good Walgreens. One time they failed to give me the sale price on something even though it was marked right on the bag then another time they gave me too little change back and didn’t even notice their error. I will not be going to this location anymore.
Ragnar: The ladies that work at the pharmacy here are absolute sweethearts. More often than not you find grumpy folks who just want to clock out behind the pharmacy counter - but not here. They were all smiling, and brought a smile to my face as well. The pharmacy hours here suck…. But it’s worth waiting til the next business day for their excellent customer service.
Carol Cook: Always helpful staff, fast and friendly service
