CVS: what do users think?
Jay Persels: The staff was extremely helpful and took the time to answer any questions I had! St.Louis, Mo on Lindell.😉 keep it up!
Christa Huelskamp: Went to CVS in Brentwood while out and bought La Roche Posay sunscreen and used a 40% off coupon. When I got home and realized I bought the regular instead of tinted, my boyfriend went up there and they refused to honor the coupon. It was the same original price, I just needed to swap out the two. He had to pay an extra $15, it’s ridiculous.
Adam Loepker: This pharmacy seems to try harder to tell people they can't help them rather than work with them to find a solution..
Joan Walker: Good service
Joe: Had to purchase a covid test for work. Waited an hour just for these clowns to give me an EXPIRED covid test. $30 down the drain.
J Motto: We're changing stores due to the staff's rude behavior. Refuse to acknowledge that you're even standing in line waiting on them. Uninformed pharmacy staff.
Brian Shreckengost: I needed a refill that is hard to get in the area right now and I called the pharmacist who didn't even let me finish asking a question before they just hung up on me.Very unprofessional and I've never had that encounter with a pharmacist before.I don't like Walgreens but at least they don't hang up on people.Never again will I contact cvs for any questions.
A. M.: Great service.
Shyrell Smith: They need new pharmacy staff because the ladies working at CVS pharmacy on Lindell Blvd do not know how to do prior authorizations with the doctors so the insurance company can pay for customers meds and I was denied my medication. I went to VAN'S DELIVERY PHARMACY on LEMAY FERRY ROAD and not only did they get ALL OF MY MEDS authorized, but they also gave me free asthma and diabetic supplies and they delivered them directly to my home.
Angela Olan: Poor customer service
Jason Smith: Great service & staff
Nate Briggs: Would post zero stars if I could.A museum of retail...not a store. If you have ordinary consumer products behind locked glass cabinets then you need to a strong staff presence out on the floor. But, THERE IS NO ONE AROUND.The whole vibe of this establishment is: "Please don't come in! Please don't bother us!"So, do them a favor...don't go in.Walgreens - a real drug store - just a couple of blocks to the west.
Joshua “Jae” Shaffer: The people that work there are the worst kind of people
Brian Romine: Canceled my vaccination appointment without telling me and didn't appear to care that they had done so.
Mary Sudiak: I forgot my prescription medication and the pharmacist was incredibly helpful. He was able to take care of getting me enough to last until I got back home.
Lindsey Myers: They took more than 20 minutes to find my information for my Covid test. Even after giving them my code and insurance. It was if no one has ever been tested for Covid there and they didn’t know how to do it. Then they just handed me the kit without explanation. It was a complete mess. I’m worried this will not be effective to tell me if I have Covid. Normally I would be more patient but I’m actually sick right now - this was utter chaos. Don’t get tested for Covid here.
Ja'nia Moore: Cashier was friendly
Erica Renee: I have ordered photos online from this location twice and both times there were photos missing.
Merna: Consistently waiting for prescriptions that are supposed to autorefill. They’ve changed my prescription brand for the last 3 pick up times with no regard to preference or no warning ahead of time so I can go elsewhere. My husband had a covid test scheduled at this location and he was turned away at his appointment time due to “staff shortage” with no phone call or heads up.So much incompetence, not worth the headache go somewhere else
Robert Lowe: I would give them zero stars. I wouldn't use them is they weren't under my insurance. NEVER answers the phone. 8-12 hours for a 20 prescription at Walgreens! Can't believe they're still in business! This is one of the worst CVS' in ST Louis!
Via Viva: Have never gotten a prescription filled without inordinate wait times, being charged for insurance covered prescriptions despite both coverages being on file. One visit (55 minutes in drive through and at window) was told I owed over $800 which was changed to $0.00 after I insisted over Clark's rude protests that they properly apply both coverages. Rude, dismissive, I could not care less attitudes at drive-through window totally unacceptable. Will not use the 3925 location again.

CVS: what do users think?
Jason Smith: Clean store & gr8 customer service, gr8 addition to the neighborhood!
Albert Usoroh: I was told my medication would be ready at noon when I called before going in. When I got there it was not in stock. Aggravating. After the young lady at the counter, wanted to get an attitude.
Diane Smoot: I really appreciate the information I received from Jalen this morning as I shopped for earbuds. He was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable about the differences between what I would need for Apple versus Android. Great service!
Abdul Samad Alvi: CVS—-
Jennifer Dettmann: I have had a great experience with the pharmacy at this location! At some point my insurance canceled their contract with CVS and I had to go to Walgreens for a while, and it was no comparison. I switched back to CVS because of the staff at this location. Highly recommend.
Cecily Erker: They’re too woke to get rid of the homeless guy who camps out front all the time right in front of the entrance, leaving his trash everywhere and getting high, sleeping on the sidewalk blocking the door, and generally doing whatever he wants with zero pushback. Elections have consequences! You voted for this!
J D: Prompt pharmacy service but really need to show here that the pharmacy hours are different than the store hours. Pharmacy closes before store does. Pharmacy closes at 9pm.
Hollie Powell: The pharmacy staff at this location are excellent. Thank you!
Stephanie Jackson: Excellent customer service. 10starz
Terri Washington: I usually have good experiences at this location. However, my last few visits were disappointing. I spoke to a new Pharmacist on Friday, and asked her to request a refill from my doctor. When I said thank you the first time, she didn't hear me and reacted very rudely, and with an upset tone, told me, she was glad she could help. Then I found out on Monday, it was not requested. Then I had to keep checking back, and when I asked the young lady who answered the phone, for her name so that I could have some assurace of the call. She told me that they don't give out their names. I told her that sounded odd, since I work in an environment that is medical, and we always answer the phone, and give our first names, at least. Then when I later asked the Pharmacist about it, when I went in to get my meds, he told me that they were supposed give there names. So she just lied to me. And he didn't handle that well either, I just realized that he never apologized. I guess that was just another overlook due to my skin color. Maybe Walgreens will have better customer service.
The Newsletter05: Cashier was friendly and very helpful when I had issues with my payment.Store is nice and clean with a welcome addition to the city.
Laron Moody: Like buy snack foods
Michael Gage: Great Staff. Great Service.
Paul Lewis: Very friendly, helpful, and efficient staff
Jen nifer: Just received Covid vaccine here. The staff was well organized and friendly! Only in line for about 2 minutes. Too bad the store isn't closer to me cuz I would definitely shop here.
Sarah S: This is the best pharmacy staff I have ever worked with in my entire life and they call you to make sure you're doing okay and I feel like everything is extremely personalized when I go in and they will spend as much time as it takes to make sure that my things are getting covered on the plans that I'm on I would recommend this Pharmacy to anybody
Jaina Stus: Clean, well stocked, and organized! A pleasant shopping experience every time. The pharmacy staff all do a great job of delivering excellent customer service. Keep up the great work CVS!
Floyd Hudson: Very clean organized store and Outstanding customer service from Roberto the friendliest cashier.....Beautiful addictions to the Delmar Loop area. 👌👌👌👌👌

CVS: what do users think?
Adnan Krdzalic: There's a dude that works here and seems really knowledgeable on the products here, and there is a lady on the front that's really passionate about giving customers good service. Otherwise, a pretty decent location.
Lorie Kintz: Rude staff when I asked to speak with the supervisor the worker stated there wouldn't be one all weekend. Asked me unesssary invasive questions.
Dianne Nichols: Just the other day I spent half hour in the drive through. Most times the wait is usually at least 15 minutes. I will transfer my prescriptions to Medicine Shoppe. I’ve never had to wait more than 5-7 minutes.
Sarah: The pharmacist at this location is a lonely, unhappy little man who needs to learn some manners. I’ve never felt so disrespected.
Shannon Norton: These people literally have one job and I don't think they could have hit further from the mark. These people move at the pace of a sloth. They keep closing earlier and earlier, and it takes days for them to fill anything. Go to Walgreens, get your stuff transferred there.
Angela DeVasto: I don't typically count my prescription, but I decided to today because of an experience I had months ago. I was given 13 pills (should have been 14), and when I called about it, the pharmacist was extremely rude and all but called me a liar. I want to be clear that it was a man, because the female pharmacist who I usually get is always very on top of things. This comes months after I received a call from them one day telling me that I was prescribed too much of my medication, and when I went to count it, I was actually short by 1 pill. When I told them that, they sounded very confused and never contacted me back about it again. There is something weird going on there, and I intend to report it today.
Merna: Called this cvs and had the technician tell me she will ask the pharmacist then put me back into the automated system of phone calls, where I originally was on hold to get to this pharmacy. So unprofessional. Go elsewhere for your pharmacy needs
The Black Sheep: Store very understocked with a lot of stuff just laying around on floor. But employees friendly and they had all I needed so it was good.
Hannah Stewart: The employee didn't know how to use their equipment and had no desire to take a moment to figure it out. Waste of my time. Avoid this location.
Zahraa A: they closed the pharmacy before the store was closed :(.
R Cusick: I went to get photos taken for my passport. The employee up front was helping a customer through the checkout, so I waited in line. I could hear the employee helping the customer save money, and next thing I knew, the employee gave her a great big hug! I worked a lot of years in retail, and hugs are RARE. The employee's name was Marie M., I believe. She got my photos and got me rung up, and I could tell she was knowledgeable and kind. I just wanted to shout out what an asset she is to CVS and what good customer service she is providing.
Kevin Ryan: Sad
Christina Blackwell: Very rude. I lost my receipt and needed to exchange an item. The old lady working the register said I could not exchange without a receipt, but the website CLEARLY states you can receive store credit if you lost your receipt. I wasn't asking for money back, just exchange for something else. She has no customer service skills and clearly does not know her own store's policy.
Beci Coats: Pharmacy is always way to slow and I mean always!!! 2022 and they are still slow. I like the smaller pharmacies they seem to care about their customers and their wait times. I can pull up to their window and within 10 mins i have my script filled. This is a well known pharmacy too. At cvs its always an hour. I lost my insurance so now i have to go to cvs with my rx card.
Frances Susan Platt: Love it
Ria Rahaman: The people working in this branch of CVS are consistently professional, kind, and go above and beyond for their patients. They all deserve a huge holiday bonus!
Carla Morris: Takes so long. My daughter was so rudely talk to from the pull up window. They lady working drive thur window should know longer have a job. The Cahokia location.
Susan Keen: Shoutout to the staff at this pharmacy. I visit this location frequently. I feel like pharmacy has been understaffed and overworked for quite some time. The phones never stop ringing, the drive thru lane is full - constantly. But they all treat the customers in a professional manner and keep keep their cool, even when the customers aren't so kind to them.I understand things are diffucult during a pandemic, but your pharmacy and sales team need help. Someone to answer the phone alone would make a difference. You don't want to lose the team that you have right now. They are great.
Alicia Perez: Los cageros muy amables me gusta mucho ir de compras ay
Joseph Carrel Sr.: Rude
Jose Domingues: DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANNA WITNESS A ROBBERY OR THEIFTS STEALING EVERYTHING.. CVS HEALTH DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THERE EMPLOYEE'S. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK

CVS: what do users think?
Rob Lindner: Late night shopping!! The only place open at 2 a.m. Got what I needed!!
Grant Howells: This location shorted me Medicine. Was to get a 90 day supply and only got 60. The manager supposed checked the recording of the pharmacist. I wouldn’t send anyone to this location because no one cares.
Renee Winborn: I am so pleased with my experience at CVS. Everything in stock, helpful employees and coupons that you don’t have to beg to use or that don’t apply to what you buy.
Gordon House: Takes care of my needs each and every time and is open 24/7 including the Pharmacy ( Update ) the CEO decided to end the 24 hour Pharmacy part of the store, not good.
Karen R: Justin @ the 7334 Lindbergh Blvd St. Louis MO 63129 store was so helpful understanding patient & kind as he assisted me with using my rewards, coupons, & checking out. He was such a blessing to me as I was still learning about the app & benefits when I had to keep asking him to help. He didn't get upset or aggravated he was just so pleasant. I'm thankful for his top-notch customer service.
Robin Weary: Today I called about some medicine I couldn’t get at the CVS in Collinsville. I talked to a young lady and she told me it was on back order but she could order it for me and hopefully it will be in Monday. I got my fingers crossed that it will be. But the one in Collinsville didn’t even try to see if someone else had the medicine or not she told me I had to call around and find out for myself. That was so bogus because she could have looked it up.
Kathy Hart: Good customer service.
Kate W: Absolutely the WORST…. Pharmacy is terrible…. Waiting hours only to be told it’s not ready. Do not get your scripts from this place.
Marivic Nuguid: Rude cashiers
Michael Smith: Well workers were polite. They stay well stocked, besides they don't carry lighters for some reason. Overall they prices are very high i believe.
The Great Satan: A nice sized location. We got TP and pons for the wifey. Plenty in stock too
Eric Wilkinson: They said my prescription would be ready at 1pm. Cool. Later, when I hadn't heard if it was ready, I called. After being on hold for a long time they told me my prescription would be ready in 2-3 months. What?? Not a good first experience with a new pharmacy. They literally told me to try Walgreens. Unbelievable.EDIT: 10 months later this is still the worst place ever.EDIT: I can't say this enough. Worst pharmacy ever.
Jonathan Butler: Tried to buy a prescription item they admit they had in stock. Had My Dr. call in the script they told him they would not dispense the item. I called corp. Their Corporate operator called the store and after 20 minutes Corp said sorry he was told not to sell it any more. No real reason just nope, sorry.
Jon Brown: Could not get any slower. Quite possibly the slowest pharmacy in history. More times than I can count I get a msg my meds are ready to find out when I arrive they're not done.
Barb Vogel: TRIED TO GET A WALK IN COVID BOOSTER SHOT . NOT AVAILABLE . THEY GAVE US A # TO CALL . RING, RING, ON HOLD , FOREVER. THEN RING RING & PHONE WENT DEAD . HAPPENS TIME & TIME AGAIN . THE WEB SITE DOES NOT WORK . VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . TOLD THAT WE COULSNT REGISTER WHILE WE WERE THERE INERSON . HAS TO BE DONE ON LINE / CELL PHONE . PHARMACIST WAS PRESENT . HE JUST FINISHED WITH ADMINISTETING SHOTS TO ORHER PATIENTS . NO ONE IN LINE . IT WAS NOT LUNCH BREAK TIME . PHARMACIST SAID NO . THE CLERK SAID IT WOULD CREATE A LONG LINE . THERE Ws BOT A SINGLE CUSTOMER WAITING TO BE HELPED BUT MY PARTNER & MYSELF . WHAT TO DO WHEN CVS. WEBSITE IS NOT WORKING ??? WE HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES . CAN WAIT FOR LONG PERIODS ON LINE/ HOLD ONLY TO BE CUT OFF. WHAT IS GOING ON ????? THIS IS SUPPISED TO BE OUR PREFERRED PHARMACY . NOT CUSTOMER HELPFUL BY ANY STRETCH OF THE WORD .
Kimberly Huebner: Rude and forget talking to a pharmacist on the phone. Never answer.
Taylor Henderson: The reason for the 5 star review is due to a gentleman named JASON who answered the phone today right before they close for lunch. He was so nice! Often when I’ve called, the women who answer are very rude. Jason deserves a raise. I wouldn’t dread calling if I knew he was the one answering each time. Thank you, Jason! For your kindness goes a long way :)
Johny Stulic: Always late with prescription. Short stuffed as excuse every single time for years. They will tell you that your prescription will be ready in 20-30 min. or sometime 1 hour but even 3 hours later is not ready. Walgreens down the street got it done in 15 min. And young guy is realy rude over the phone .
Allie: You’d think after so many consistent 1 star reviews from the community about your lack of care and customer service that something might change. I will definitely be switching pharmacies. And you can gladly reach out to me about my horrible experience.
Rebecca Valicoff: This pharmacy doesn't come to drive up window for over 10 minutes! Girl is at desk ignoring cars at window. What's up?Now 2 months later. 8 cars waiting and when I went into store, no one at drive up at all!! Not wonder it was lined up!

CVS: what do users think?
Jon Lawrence: After making a purchase two weeks ago, the cashier gave me a $5.00 rewards receipt. This was the same cashier/manager who earlier signed me up for the rewards program.Today when I made another purchase I presented my rewards receipt and card. The same person who signed me up for the program and gave me the 5.00 reward now said it wasn't working under my phone number or card and there was nothing he could do about it!This is ridiculous! No way to run things. Very disappointing.
Kelsey R: Garrett and William have been great in the pharmacy and I appreciate their team
Chris Johnson: I love this store and have never found any drugstore where the employees were nicer or more accommodating, even when I was wrong they found a lovely way of telling me. I just love this store!!!!
Ashlie Harris: This location is under new management and has quickly become a neighborhood favorite! The staff are always super friendly and ready to help you get the best deals, and the shelves are neat and orderly. Love my CVS!!
Kate Watkins: This place is awful. Last time I needed an Rx refill, I never got a text that it was ready. Finally called and they said they were out but would have it in stock next week. Called again and they said I actually need a doctor pre authorization to fill. Took 3 weeks from the time I initially requested for it to be ready. Today I showed up to pick up a Rx and the pharmacist had no-showed so I couldn’t pickup my stuff. They are also closed for lunch from 1-2 pm. Don’t expect to get your meds anytime soon. Expect multiple visits before you get what you need.
Dj To lit: Molly was the best Pharmacist there. I just found out she was no longer with the company. She will be missed so much. She went out her way to help you and to much sure you received your medications. I hope she is happy where ever is is at and wish her the best!!!!
Steven Ross: Pharmacies are usually slow, but these people take it to the next level. I am currently sitting in the drive thru, I was the 3rd car in line and 22 minutes later they are still on the second car.
Deborah Dierdorf: i wish I had the name of the young lady that I spoke to. She was very poorly trained and had no idea of customer service. She never came closer than 20 feet from me even after I kept telling her I could not hear or understand her. She was totally unengaged and could not have cared less. I could not believe it. Finally, another pharmacist came and helped me.
Kimberly Morrison: Wait times for pharmacy are horrendous. Over 30 min to pick up prescriptions that were already filled. Priority is given to drive up even when customers are in store. This is not to say drive up is much faster. Incredibly poor service to not even acknowledge people while waiting for so long.
Koshka N: I will not be getting my prescriptions filled at CVS any longer. After paying for my prescriptions, I overheard the cashier that rang me out "Sophie" make horrible remarks about overweight people and transgender people. No thank you! There are other pharmacies that will take my business without their employees freely handing out their loudmouthed opinions on the clock.
Sherrel Wilcox: Dana is very special, and all the people at CVSare wonderful! I have been using CVS for about 15 years! Thanks for all the great pharmist team and they are very cautious and caring. Thanks to Eugene Edgington, and Brooke Thomas. Great job Waston Rd, CVS! Customer, Sherrel Wilcox
Maria Ashby: I used this CVS for a year and loved it, but it has gone downhill. The pharmacy staff member this morning was so rude, she brought me to tears. The pharmacy had made a mistake, and rather than own up to it, she immediately began to condescend me and talk down to me. She was hurried and rude. I did escalate this to higher management to be resolved. If you are looking for compassionate care and a bedside matter, skip this CVS.
Kaylah C.: I've used this pharmacy for a couple of years now and during which I went through a huge health crisis. During that time, I'd go into the pharmacy to try a new medication almost every week or so. The pharmacist was super nice and always asked me how things were going. During that super stressful and confusing time in my life, it was really great to have someone who made my frequent trips to the pharmacy pleasant. Now that I'm in better health, I still use them for all of my regular prescriptions.
Mike kerckhoff: Was sent here to pick up med from another store cause they were the only one that had the meds after driving 45 min to get there. The Pharmacist said that they did not have the medication and it was a system error. I went back to the other store had them transfer my medication to a Walgreens but could not because the medication was already filled at the location where I just left where they said that they didn’t have it.
Emily Aceituno: employees I have come in contact with act like they don't want to be there
Margaret Wilke: I asked a question at the pharmacy about where I would find an over the counter medicne, and the pharmacy technician was extremely rude. She asked me what I was talking about, when I repeated the name of it, she said "I have no idea what you are talking about!" I explained further what it was used for and another employee interjected and affirmed what I was asking for, she said again, "I have never heard of that." I said, "There is no reason for you to speak to me that way." And she said, "What did you say?" I walked away. I'm sorry, but the was completely unnecessary and rude. I'm not shopping at that particular CVS again.
Jason Gunter: Typical CVS.

CVS Pharmacy: what do users think?
Jared Hotopp: Forgot my seizure medicine at home in another state and this staff worked quickly to get my nightly medicine for me.
Catherine Wallace: This is not your typical CVS pharmacy. It was like a mini grocery store. It had deli options and all kinds of things. There were several homeless people outside of this building and it didn’t seem like it was in the greatest area so I would definitely not travel alone, but it was the perfect place to get some healthy options.
Tabitha Edger: Everyone knows me by name or my face. Great service and fast checkout.
bluecool81: Not sure exactly what adjective to use for this place. However, I was in town for a convention and needed some prescription eye drops as I forgot to pack mine. I called my doctor back home and he sent the prescription to this place since it was only a block away from my hotel. I went a few hours later and was told that they were out of stock and that I can either go to the other location several miles away or they could order it and it would be there at 10:30 am the next day. My eye was hurting pretty bad so I debated with myself. I told them to go ahead and order it since I did not have a car to get to the other location. The next day I went in the afternoon. I was told again that it didn't come in and that for sure it will be there tomorrow at 10:30 am. The next day, same old story. Luckily the pain in my eye subsided on it's own but wasn't completely gone.I miss the old days where customer service was a priority. An answer those days would've been like, "Sorry sir, the drops didn't arrive but I will drive myself to pick it up for you." There was no apology, no concern, or no urgency to be sure I was a valued customer.Lesson learned. Stay away from these corporate pharmacies especially CVS. They're either incompetent or stupid. I'll let them chose.
Adam Loepker: Thanks for service that shows me and my medical condition don't matter....
thea wills: This CVS is only good for location (if you live in the area). The staff is rude. I’m giving them two stars because not all of them are rude.
Chuck Wiggy: Great location from the Marriott. Some pharmacy products were not in stock
Tammy Blevins: Great staff and pharmacists..
James Chiou: 45 minutes to pick up meds nice staff but slow and seemingly incompetent
Jameson Treu: The new automated system sucks. It is too sensitive to voice input and does not have an escaping pound when entering a pharmacy number. You cannot refill after hours anymore through the system either which you could do prior to. Please get rid of the new automated system and go back to the old one. That aside this place is great, the people are super friendly.
Michael “Mcloven” Lovett: The only shopping center downtown.
richard ornberg: Schnuck's Pharmacy has been my drug store for quite some time. The announcement today that CVS (Aetna) is buying out Schnuck's is a disaster for keeping drugs cost down. CVS is at least 45% higher for common arthritis and emphysema medications that Schnuck's. This business take over must be stopped. Stop the monopolization of drug provider industry in the Midwest by CVS/Aetna!
Dane Giazzone: Kind and friendly staff who make it their business to handle your medicine needs. The pharmacy has an automated reminder to call and leave you a voicemail to notify you your prescription or refill is ready. Conveniently located downtown at the back of the Schnucks Culinaria (past meat and bread, next to milk and the magazine section).
M. DILLARD: They’ll cook the meats at the deli-counter for you!
M Harrell: To me, this store was an oasis in the middle of a food and retail desert. Downtown St Louis on the weekends is dead, except for tourists. Every other convenience store and pharmacy was closed. This store is within walking distance of the convention center and surrounding hotels, it has a pharmacy, which I didn't need, and it has everything a regular grocery store has, including deli, bakery, and ready made meals. I just needed a few forgotten cosmetics, snacks and a piece of Divine and delicious chocolate pudding cake from the bakery. I'm going back today when I have more time to explore the VERY FULL aisles and experience the only living part of St. Louis where real people who aren't all tourists gather. Perhaps others have had negative experiences, but I'm happy Schnucks is there unlike CVS and others who choose to close on Saturday and Sunday.
Braelyn Hall: This pharmacy is extremely slow.
Sandra Schmittgens: ALL employees are GREAT!
Shronda Jackson: Pharmacy opens at. 9am on Saturday, so I arrive at 9:28. No one is waiting, however my regular RXs are not available, only one. Young lady can’t explain why the others are not ready. She tells me her manager left to go get breakfast from the deli and she can’t check me out, would I mind waiting. Do I really have a choice? I replied “yes no worries”. 10 minutes later the young lady arrives with breakfast food, approaches the register, enters a code and walks off. I looked at her and said “thanks for the apology for my delay and I know you appreciate me waiting”. She says, “sorry”. Are you serious who starts a shift at 9am and leaves for breakfast at 9:30. This is ridiculous. Can you say #expressscripts
Kevin Johnson: The pharmacists are the most friendly and helpful people, always offering great advice and helping me jump over insurance hurdles.
Mike White: Racist store do not waste your time if you are white
Alma Grimes: H

CVS Pharmacy: what do users think?
Stacy Finnerty: Crestwood’s Libby is great
Donna W: I had used Schnucks pharmacy for years and they were great. Then CVS took over. It's been a disaster every since. The pharmacist that is there is a nice guy who tries his best to serve everyone but the last two visits, he was there alone (answering the phone, dealing with the long line, AND trying to fill prescriptions). The most recent visit the Doc sent the prescription at 10 am. I received a text that it would be ready at 5 pm. I got there at 5:30 pm, looked at my phone, and it now said it would be ready at 7:30 pm. I got in line just to check, he said he would go ahead and fill it. BUT he kept getting interrupted with a long line of customers. Finally 30 minutes later, he called me over to tell me that he didn't have the meds I needed but that he could send the script to another store that did have it.I've had it and have switched to another LOCAL small pharmacy that cares about its customers. Schnucks should do something about this - b/c I always end up getting groceries while I'm waiting. No more.l
Brogan Rooney: My mom was in the ER and had her meds sent here. They texted saying they don’t take her insurance. I called them for an hour and no answer. I called the store to see if anyone was even working in the pharmacy. We finally decided to go in. I went in and stood in line with my mom for this rude worker named Lisa to tell us what we already knew. When I asked if we can have the prescription to take to Walgreens she said no you can call us. I told her I’d been calling for the last hour and no one will answer. She proceeded to yell at me asking me if I saw that she and her manager were the only workers and cried that “they cut their hours.” Someone should still be able to answer your phone AT LEAST once within an hours time. Unreal. This place and LISA have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received.
Beth D.: Terrible customer service!! My 96 year old grandma stopped in to ask some questions about the Covid booster. They told her she had to register online, couldn't help her, and sent her on her way. She doesn't have the internet or know how to use it. Now, we as her family are happy to help her but why couldn't someone there assist her?? She has been getting all of her medicine there for years and years and they wouldn't help her. Utterly ridiculous. I have seen other pharmacies go out of there way to help the elderly when internet registration is needed. What is wrong with people??
Warren EMS: The worst pharmacy on the planet. They give a time to pick up your prescription and it is rarely ready. Their party line response is the doctor never got back to us.
Katie Rose: This is the worst pharmacy if not in the world then definitely in St. Louis. A solid 60% of the time my son and my ADHD meds aren’t filled when we arrive, even days and one or two times a week or more after they’re called in. Pharmacists have told me a couple different stories about why. “It’s not time for your script to be filled yet” (it always is past time so this is false) “someone needs to call ahead because we can’t just auto fill this medication” (someone always does…my doctor.) a couple times they’ve been out of the medication without notifying us even though we’ve filled these scripts at this location monthly for over a year.Last on my list of reasons to hate this CVS: they can’t seem to save my good rx coupon in their system so every time I pick up a scrip they have to take it back and re run it. It takes FOREVER to pick up our medications. The employees are rude and short tempered even though I have every reason to be irritated by the process. My insurance doesn’t cover Walgreens pharmacy so we go here because it’s close to my house but I’ve just about had it with these clowns.
Clay Babin: Schnucks pharmacy staff, up to and including the pharmacist, had a lousy attitude towards customers. In the past, I used them because I live nearby, and did most of my grocery shopping there, so it was doubly convenient. I quit Schnucks altogether about 3 years ago, entirely due to the way pharmacy staff, and most especially one of the pharmacists treated me. I filed a complaint w/management, got no response whatsoever. Recently began buying groceries there again, but will never use their pharmacy again.
Hillary Sullivan: The friendlys schnucks in STL
kristen malone: I’ll be going back to Walgreens. It’s helpful if the pharmacy tech mentions your prescription is out of stock before taking your prescription and making you wait 3 days to be able to pick it up.
Sandie Hea: Very informative and courteous; left Walgreens for Schnucks years ago, and no regrets...
Carolyn Wandix: Always very courteous. These pharmacist will go out of their way for you to make sure that you are totally satisfied.

CVS: what do users think?
Dana A.: I have had the misfortune of encountering the most unprofessional, rude pharmacy technician that I have ever met at the 8915 St. Charles Rock Road store. If you have been through a surgery and are hoping for courtesy and simple good service, go anyplace else. I get that the store and pharmacy are both understaffed (that alone is a prescription for disaster), but just making sure that my Rx is filled accurately and timely, that the insurance is billed correctly -- you know, the basic stuff -- it's not necessarily going to happen here. If you prefer common courtesy, a store where staff answer the phones, where sick patients are treated as PEOPLE, with dignity? Fugeddabout it. Go someplace else.
Bestla Nguyen: I had really bad experience to pick up my kids medicine from this store
Rising Sun: I can understand why most of the reviews for this store is ONE STAR! The entire staff is UNPROFESSIONAL starting with the STORE manager, A. Matthew. How can a manager not know how to help customers with the CVS app? SMH. The store is never fully stocked nor have their tags up. They don't have proper staffing. Why would you only schedule 1 person to work during busy times. I DO NOT recommend this store AT ALL. Shoppers beware.
Romero00: Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through line to get a covid and flu test that I didn’t end up getting because the lady at the window said I was uninsured after I entered all my insurance info when I scheduled the appointment worst service
Nikki York: If I could give 0 stars I would. Pharmacist are rude and don’t know how to do their job. If you want to deal with incompetent people this is the place .
Abdul Samad Alvi: Best pharmacy in the North county
vladhq: After this experience, I will be cancelling my CarePass. Had an awful, absolutely terrible encounter with the store manager on 1/28/23. They are incapable of following their own policies and replacing a CVS product. She was so unhelpful and even though I had a digital receipt in my email, told me she could only issue a refund and not an exchange (I didn’t want that, I used a promotion on the website + a coupon to get the product cheaper), only to walk away from us and say “have a good day” without helping. All we needed was a product exchange, I had the original product, box and receipt. She accused me of not having a CarePass and wouldn’t walk me through the app because “she never used it before”. Not sure how she even became the store manager but this place needs get rid of her or stop doing business altogether. 0/10
Cheri Whited: If i could give a negative star i would, Every single time the pharmacy has issues with the same prescriptions every month. All they say is your insurance wont cover it or they will not put it thourgh you insurance. They will not answer any of your questions just nope insurance wont cover it. After you stand there for several minutes while they talk amounst themselves. They act like you are bothering them. Even tried to make me pay for the free flu shot and said insurance wont cover it. I guess they think we dont hear their snarky remarks as you walk away WE HEAR THEM, They are the most unprofessional people i have ever dealt with. I have transferred to another CVS and a miracle never have any issues with my insurance covering anything. WORST PLACE EVER,
Rose Sharp-Robinson: Nice they have self checkout.
DEMETRI ROSS: I had a terrible experience with an associate named Janet who claimed to be a manager. I use to frequent this CVS daily until this uncomfortable incident. Janet refused my service and made false claims against me. The entire encounter was captured on video body camera.
Ms Sanders: Every time I go to this CVS it’s a long line inside and outside in drive thru. It’s 2 workers trying to do 4 people jobs with an attitude. Like I’ve told one lady you applied for this job not me but with that attitude you want have it long.
lamont walker: The time is 2:29pm May 31st The cashier was really rushy and seemed like she didnt want to process my return because she was stocking the shelves. She literally told me to take my item and receipt to another location instead of listening to me say cvs doesn't carry the item in mistook the one I purchased for. She cut me off from talking every chance she got.
Mandy B: Tiffany at the pharmacy found a coupon that made an $87 prescription $4! She went above and beyond for me and deserves a raise! THANK YOU TIFFANY!
Norm Muelleman: Everytime I feal with this Pharmacy, something is jacked up. Ive requested no autonfill, yet it happens a lot. I was traveling in January and had a prescription renewed in OR, and now meds keep getting autofilled out there..The tech yesterday said she would ensure the meds a. Woukd not be autofilled and b, transferred to this store. Nope. Nothing happened.I wish there was a closer/better store. I really dislike this one. I may go to the one inside Schnucks, but there is no drive up :(
J. Stacy Lewis: I use CVS as my main pharmacy. I know that the pharmacy staff needs a lunch break but I would like to suggest that the whole department should not be closed maybe the staff could stagger this time so customers could still pick up necessary medication. Also I wish CVS would return to having print ads in the Sunday paper. The absence of the ads has negatively impacted my CVS shopping.
Jennifer Hutchinson: The worst! Scheduled an appointment to get a Covid test at 1:15pm. Sat in line for 30 minutes only for the clerk to say they’re going on lunch and I have to come back. Do NOT take appointments 15 minutes before lunch when you know the line takes time to move. Complete inconvenience to customers who are depending on your services. Piss poor.
Joe Colonna: Google search says the store closes at midnight but the whole store clises at 9p every night
DUY THÁI: CVS Pharmacy here make order slowly. Doctor sent order 24 hours already. They not make. When I come ask them, they said wait 30min more. Make sleepping on the job.
James Tanuis: This location is absolutely terrible. The gal behind the counter (very nice) had absolutely no clue what was going on and spent more time on her phone than helping with anything and the bathrooms are absolutely vile. Very obvious they don't get cleaned regularly and that this store needs a new manager.
Violinvirtuoso999: Google said they were open and their store hours said they were open but the doors were locked.
Phylicia Shelby: Tried to go in at 10:30pm and the doors were locked even though the door, app, and website say open until midnight.
