OfficeMax: what do users think?
Bradly Allen: Dirty store, poorly stocked shelves , no check out open,
Molly Stewart: This is the best place to get printed products. The guy who works the counter pays attention to his customers and goes above and beyond, even remembering them after one visit! Super impressed with the quality of the folks working here and my print jobs always come out fast and without defects!
Kevin Riley: I always count on Office Depot for my office needs. Store is very organized and stocked well.
Jared Wood: Fast and friendly service.
Christopher Nehring: Great customer service!!! Best I have seen in a long time. Making this my office supply store from now on!!!!
Shorna Coffey: No fuss and very helpful.
Diane Carmen: I was greeted and serviced immediately. Didn't know if what I wanted could be done, but I was advised and it was done.
Brenda Bolfing: Cheryl who helped me was courteous, professional and kind. I love the fact that they honor a price match which is very helpful. Always a positive experience when I shop here.
Rebecca Lynn: I just would like to thank and acknowledge Roy Walker, a services advisor at the Lemay Ferry Rd Store for helping me with my HP printer. He was very knowledgeable and helpful! I left the store a very happy customer. I will be back.
Barbara Bundy: Every time I go into this Office Max I am greeted and asked if I need any help. The employees seem to go out of their way to answer questions and point me to the place I need to find what I am looking for.
Terr Web: Will is truly an asset to the company. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable.
Russ Rosener: Good in store selection of ink jet cartridges and memory/storage devices for your data. No waiting. Great customer service.
Michael Grady: This is THE BEST OfficeMax we've visited so far. All locations are not equal.
brian geurin: The staff was very helpful. And when they were out of stock on a couple of items they ordered them for me and sent them to my house with no shipping charge - even though the amount of the purchase was pretty small!
Alvin Riney: It was a good experience. The employees were very friendly and professional.
Nikki Mcdonald: Way to expensive whenever you can go to the dollar store and pay alot less.
Mike Hannan: Officemax printing worked extra so I can get a booklet printed by a Christmas deadline. I would highly recommend their team for your printing needs.
Edward Lynch: Lack of customer service.
Carole Eckerty: That's how I checked to see if printer cartridge was available.Just don't want to continually get information very 0ften. I'm retired don't use office supplies much as used to.
Zach Morley: They were going to charge me $40 for 25 sheets of paper. The best they could do was knock off three measly dollars. Also, extremely understaffed. Wasted 30 minutes of my time.
Mike Albers: All of the employees and the manager were so helpful and gracious. We had to return an incorrect printer cartridge without a receipt and they took care of us. It was appreciated!

Cartridge World: what do users think?
Alec Castle: I previously worked at this location. They do not actually recycle the majority of the cartridges that they receive, despite representing themselves that way. The vast majority of cartridges that are brought into this store wind up out back in the dumpster. If your intention is to keep your cartridges out of a landfill, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
Floyd Harrison: If you want to save money on ink for your printer, you need to go here. You can get a punch card for a free one. Don't pay the higher price else ware
Douglas Hartman: 'Been a customer for quite a while, and am never disappointed with the high level of service. These guys know what they're doing, and are easy to deal with.Only one issue (and it's not the store's fault) ... the Handicapped parking spots are not anywhere near the actual store fronts where they should be; and people with a disability have to walk (or "roll") all the way across the parking lot to get to the stores. I guess that the owner of this strip mall never heard of the ADA.
T1Tom: I have been using Cartridge World for a couple of years now and up till recently I never had any problems with the refills. Last month I had to take back 3 times cartridges that would not work in my printer. This is the same printer that I have bought and used ink from Cartridge World before so I'm not sure what is happening with their quality.
Karen Meister: I like being able to refill my ink cartridges...MUCH cheaper and same quality
Connie Bosworth: Great people to deal with. Always very helpful and courteous on the phone. Called early Tuesday morning as we were totally out of cartridges and they were delivered by noon that day. Couldn't ask for better service!
Tonetta Clay: I went to Cartridge World today to get a black ink cartridge for my HP printer. This was not my first visit as I've been there several times in the past. I'm always pleased with my purchase and I haven't had any complaints thus far. My cartridge was less than $17 and I used it as soon as I got home. This is a great location in the middle of a shopping center and strip mall. There's ample parking spaces for all. They are eco friendly and take used cartridges to refill instead of using brand new cartridges each time. This is great for the environment. Check them out for your next purchase of printer and/or copier ink. The Staff was very knowledgeable, nice and friendly. They do sell equipment and have other services available for their customers. I did take pics of the service signs. Do take a look for your business and/or personal needs.
Jacquelyn (BlueAriesMagician79): I buy from them because I dont have a lot of money and their cartriges are a fair price for my little printer. I've been a customer of theirs for a few years now and have never had any problems. I had an issue once with a cartridge not working. I called them up and they fixed it. So I go here cause I'm on a very tight budget and I'm saving myself some money. But they have fair pricing, and good people there willing to help.
Brittaney Maurer: We use Cartridge World for our office and love working with them. We always get our inks next day and if we are having issues with any of our printers, they will come out pretty quick to take a look and fix them. The team is always helpful and friendly!
Soda Museum: I called ahead to make sure they had a cartridge that I needed, which is quite hard to find - they had one left in stock, which they told me was 100% guaranteed. I drove out there from Saint Charles (at 5:00 - not a great time of day to hit 270) and they did have it, and I was able to meet my deadline because of it. Thank you so much and we will do business again I am sure!
Abdul Khan: Good place to find cartridges but kinda expensive
Tim Rasmussen: When we went there to return several cartridges we bought that didn't work, we were met with a confused clerk who had to call the owner, who seemed less than interested in our customer satisfaction. He told her to tell us to come back another day. So, not only do their cartridges not work, their owner doesn't either.Next time, I'll gladly pay full price and get a quality product from a company that cares about my business.
A mash: We had a defective cartridge from another store and they couldn't fix it or provide another one. They told us to call Jeff. We did and he said he had the cartridge and would mail it to us ASAP. It arrived within two days. We put it in and it is working great! He also didn't charge us anything! It wasn't his responsibility to fix this situation but he did anyway. This is a person who knows how to provide service. We will be using him for our future printer needs. He obviously cares and wants to get things done correctly!
Dave Gudermuth: I have always had great products at a fair price. Jeff and his staff always are ready to bend-over backwards to help me. They always have a complete supply of printings supplies. Check them out you won't be disappointed.
Jonathon Sterling: The Cartridge World in Ballwin is fantastic! Ignore any bad reviews as either they went to a different location or they are not in their right mind. I have been going to the Ballwin store for all of my refills for several printers that I own. I use them for both the office and my home. I was even able to leave my printer the last time I had a problem and Brian fixed it very promptly at minimal cost! They are always kind and anytime I have had a problem they, without hesitation, help me solve the problem or fix it if needed. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone and everyone!!!

Sinclair Business Solutions: what do users think?
J G (Jors): I could offer a more concise review if the place was ever open. I've stopped by a few times, the door has always been locked.Edit 6 months later my review was acknowledged and a solution offered. 6 months later... clearly there are much better resources out there.

Office Depot: what do users think?
Jeff Stauffer: William at the Clayton and Big Bend store was wonderful to work with! I will be back!
Michael Roy Blackshear: Great service!
Erin Michelle: Vey satisfied with my visit everyone was so pleasant. I’m big on customer service. It was the print/photo area on 5/11 mid day!
Amy Davis: Clean store amazing employees and helpful finds
Michael John Tafel: Blake W was at the door greeting and was extremely helpful and courteous as he guided me through the most helpful for home and travel organization bins and color coded files. One of the most personable and knowledgeable salesperson that I have had the pleasure of meeting with for these needs!
Mike Thomure: I agree with the other comments about the rude employees. The guy in the FedEx /printer area was particularly rude . I see that there have been other complaints about that area. I will never step foot in that place again nor another office Depot. Please don't respond with a canned response to send an email. This is your complaint right here and why do you keep these employees?
Carol Dorsey: Friendly helpful staff & good selection of products.
Tom Clear: Guy came up to me and asked if he could help me! Haven’t seen that in years (and he actually did!).
Renay La Rochelle: Blake W showed knowledge of product and provided excellent customer service! Definitely coming back for all my office needs!
Erina Shannon: Blake Powell gave me excellent as always customer service was excellent when you come in the store ask for him..
Mike Kinsella: The Sales Associate Debbie was very friendly and efficient.
Kay Gage: Always helpful. NEVER extremely busy where I cannot get service when in a rush.
Dr. Christi Griffin: I've used Office Depot for years for printing needs. I've left empty handed the last three times becausethe service has gone down and the fees have gone up.
Perez Maxwell: Very convenient if you're in Richmond Heights
Tom Rammaha: A good surface good treatment the associate knows what he’s talking about. Very helpful and fast to check out.
mark quinlan: Found what I was looking for, purchased item and left
abhilash soman: Great serviceVic helped meNice staffs
Lori Randall: Had exactly what I was looking for. I had several brands to choose from as well as quantities and price ranges. Was worth the drive and didn't have to wait for shipping.
Jason Smith: It is obvious that some of the employees at this location should not be working with the public. I came to the store with a few items that I needed boxes for and to pack so that I could ship them via USPS (already had the USPS shipping labels.) I walk in and paused so I could determine where in the store the print/ship area was, and the older woman at the checkout begins loudly yelling at me while she was waiting on someone. She wanted to know what I was doing as if I shouldn't even be in the store. I informed her I was looking for the print/ship area, and she asks me why. I explained I needed to get some things packed and drop off for USPS shipping. She rudely tells me they don't do that. I explained I had done it before at many other locations and and that the website clearly stated they did. She then continued to be rude and said "well then why don't just go back there so they can tell you don't do it." Of course they did offer all those services and a manager actually helped me with everything. He did apologize for her behavior and that was good, but seriously she needs to be fired.
Michele Jones: Courteous very reliable
Nick Mullen: Tray Williams helped us out and was great! We got everything we came in for and this store has a great selection of office chairs unlike everywhere else in town. We're definitely coming back again!

Walgreens: what do users think?
Christopher Miller: Remodeling and still open perhaps this new look might be accompanied by more of an investment of time by upper management as even client rTreated well represents 10 other possible people
Ethan E: Waited over 45 mins on the phone. Pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional. This Walgreens use to be good. It's trash now.
Hassan Suleiman: Worst Walgreens to come too if you like waiting for 30 minutes or more the stuff is very rude wont never had this happen if I was whiteb
Lucy: Pharmacy is absolute garbage - super long wait times and a phone system that hangs up on me whenever I call (after waiting on hold for 30 mins). I suggest going to CVS or any other Pharmacy. Avoid at all costs
Jeff Abernathy: This used to be a great store but lately the pharmacy doesn’t want your business. When you put in a prescription it can take 2-3 days for it to be available. Then often it will be ‘out of stock’. Finally, how dare you want to get your scrip in drive through during posted hours, because they will have a hand written note hanging that the drive through is closed, come inside. There are many places to get your prescriptions filled. Go to another store or another chain that actually values your business.
R B: The lady mad at the world working the pharmacy drive thru today 3/23. Needs an attitude adjustment and customer service class. I get it, it's probably miserable working there. No need to be rude to every customer coming through there and bring everyone down to your level.
Melody Perkins: Great customer service. Thank you !
Kaylee V: if you love being on phone with customer service (and oftentimes no answer, just being on hold for 30+ min then disconnected???) to get your REGULAR prescription filled, look no further! oh and they will sometimes fill the name brand drug instead and try to charge an insane amount. avoid please, just for your sanity.
Gina Imo: The absolute worst...God help you of you actually need your prescription in a timely mannerThe drivethru is a jokeNo one ever has sense of urgency and unfortunately these individuals are a sad extension to our horrible health care system
Melanie Tennyson: If I could give 0 stars I would. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone in the pharmacy at this store and there’s always some issue when picking up medications. I call multiple times and get hung up on every time. Half the time their phones are off the hook. I waited on hold for 60 minutes once and then it disconnected. They’re extremely understaffed and the line is always 6+ cars outside and 5+ people inside. I will drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to a different Walgreens.
Sofia Porter: I would give this pharmacy 0 stars if I could. I understand they’re typically understaffed and spread thin, but at some point that just becomes an excuse for abysmal customer service. This scenario has happened multiple times: due to needing a controlled medication, I can’t refill using the automated avenues online or over the phone. Therefore, I must speak to someone directly to inform them I have refills “on file.” Of the 4 times I called this morning, I was hung up on 4 times. Love that for me, right? Mind you, this has happened before. I’m fed up after being nothing short of a patient, respectful customer. Yo, Walgreens — do better.
Jennifer Poirrier: This is the RUDEST location I have EVER stepped foot into! The employees want to stand around running their mouths instead of taking care of their customers. These young women need to find a different job out of customer service where they can have personal conversations uninterrupted. This is the exact reason CVS is my go to of choice. Friendly employees, superior customer service and excellent displays of merchandise. I will NEVER return to this location.
Loreal Ward: If I didn't need medication before waiting on hold for 48 mins, only to be hung up, then I would need it after dealing with this Pharmacy. This location is completely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and uncaring. To associate this pharmacy with the word "healthcare" would be a joke because they clearly don't care about you or your health. 1 star because ZERO was not an option.
Jody Harris Asher: It is completely unacceptable that the last 2 months when I have needed to refill a script that I have to call into the pharmacy to refill, that I have been put on hold for more than 50 minutes, only to be hung up and and have to recall this store. Both times the robot receptionist tells me there is one caller ahead of me…?? What??? Then I have to call back and wait another 45 minutes with 1 caller ahead of me!? Your system is broke or your staff has found a way to trick the system so they don’t have to answer phone calls. There is no excuse.
Sarah Kustra: Worst customer service! I tried to pick up a prescription in the drive thru and use my GoodRx #. The app said $16.93, they quoted me $44. I read the information 3 times, every time this RUDE lady at the window ( young dark skinned woman with long braids and a accent ) it was wrong. She said “ your going to have to come in, I don’t have time to read numbers back and forth” That was the first straw. I told her. “ never mind I’ll pay the $40 and come back in oater to figure it all out” and then asked for her name. She replied “ if you want my name you’ll have to come in and read it off my tag” Her manager on duty said her name was Maureen. He didn’t look like he gave a care about the incident either! She has to be the rudest person I’ve ever encountered there. I will be going to corporate. That place is nothing but a bum hangout anyway. Just tear that place down
Heidi Waeltermann: I called this pharmacy, went through the menu, never spoke with anyone, got put on hold, and hung up on six times today. Why even answer the phone? I was finally able to get the corporate office to take care of my issue (after four calls). Corporate told me the prescription would be ready in about an hour or two. So I gave them 3hours. It was not ready. Gave them another two and a half hours. Then waited 45 minutes in the drive through. Their whole operation seems dangerously apathetic or incompetent considering they are dealing with medicine and people’s health.
Adam K: To whom it may concern:I scheduled a covid and flu test yesterday for this morning at 10:30 a.m.; I used the online portal. Unfortunately when I arrived today the testing machine was broken. Per the conversation between employees, this was the circumstance for some time (probably when I scheduled the day before). There were no signs posted about the inability to test nor were there email communications. At the time of this email I was still able to schedule an appointment for covid testing online. The impact of this wasted time is that I was unable to schedule a test for today due to appointments being full elsewhere. Had I received a notification by email that the testing machine was broken I may have been able to schedule a test elsewhere before other sites were full (or perhaps not scheduled with this location at the start). This is not my first unsatisfactory experience with this location. I have moved most of my business away from it despite it being the most convenient pharmacy to my home. It's possible that Walgreens corporate needs to better support the local site with communication to customers and patients in such circumstances.I am only sharing this information for the purposes of process improvement. I wish you the best as you restore the efficacy of this location.**I tried posting this letter online to Walgreens through my customer portal; I was unable to submit because the site would not recognize my correctly typed submission of my phone number (which I shouldn't need to post anyway)**
Hayley Reed: I am a pharmacy tech at an independent pharmacy and I am SO glad I don’t have to work here. I called for a transfer 3 weeks ago. Never received. Called again a week later - nothing. Called today and had to call EIGHT TIMES over the course of an hour because they kept hanging up on me. Once I finally got through to someone, I was told there are no refills on the script I called for. WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME THAT THE FIRST TIME?!?!??! What a joke. I get it’s busy working at a pharmacy, but wow. I’ve never been treated so rudely in the 10 years I’ve worked in pharmacy.
Lori Dresner: This review is strictly for the Express Clinic. The store itself has always been fine, and I’ve never had a bad experience shopping in there. I tried to go to the Express Clinic a while ago for a simple common women’s health issue that has to be cleared up with antibiotics. A PA literally told me to go to a Walgreen’s Express Clinic to be seen. When I got there, the lady at the front desk of the clinic/assistant/whatever told me I probably would not be able to be seen because I told her I was having back pain with my issue. She told me I could wait in the probably hours long line in a waiting room full of people but could not guarantee I could be seen by the doctor. I ended up having to wait an entire extra day to be seen at an Urgent Care and pay several hundred dollars out of pocket to get antibiotics. It was ridiculous that I could not be seen there for an issue that is literally listed on the Walgreen’s website that can be treated there. It seemed as if she was being very presumptuous about this very common issue that would of course include back pain because that’s one of the symptoms. If you don’t treat this very common and simple issue, then what would you treat at a place like this?
Zoelle Tobin: Pharmacy is very busy and all of these authorizations through insurance can be painstaking. I do understand that. However…I was on the phone with the pharmacy for the majority of yesterday to get my prescriptions filled… they kept transferring me to a different person in the department. I had to call the hospital and dispute a med error on my own because the staff said they wouldn’t be able to do it that day. I went there 3 times yesterday and I left there with only the 3 out of 4 medications that they said would be filled. One of them was sent to a different pharmacy by them. It’s the next day and they haven’t even started to fill the 4th medication that I was told would be ready (along with the rest) yesterday afternoon.Twice I was told they couldn’t fill my prescriptions because it wasn’t approved by insurance which is funny because I don’t have insurance at the moment (and I told them that several times)I empathize with the staff; insurance has made the medical field a corporation. That being said, the world keeps turning and people still need to have their meds.I won’t be coming back to Walgreens.
Kevin Wright: Can never find my prescription. Always wait 10 minutes for them to look and then ten minutes for them to fill it. My wife has no issues at the Southwest location. I guess just the Hampton location is bad.
