MATT TG: Excellent service. I live between Columbia and St Louis. There were 3 LG approved TV repair shops that i had to choose from. None were closer than 70 miles. I called all three. Schneider was the most professional, quickest to look at and diagnose the problem, and very resonable priced for the repair. My tv was repaired and back on the rec room wall before the others would have looked at it. Great service for an LG 55inch OLED tv that broke in 26 months.

Hank Belz: This team is amazing. I have all Samsung TVs and one was out of warranty by 6 months and would not power on. I filed a claim with Samsung and Schneider called me the next morning. They told me to call Samsung back and ask for a warranty exemption and that it would take talking to the next level person on the phone. Bingo! Samsung covered the parts and we paid only $160 in labor versus dropping $700 on a new TV. My TV was in and out in five business days. This is the only Samsung TV repair place in all of St. Louis and they have amazing customer service.

Me Mine: Brought my 65" Samsung TV here after the LED backlights burned out.. They fixed it at a fraction of the price that any of the other companies quoted me. The repair time was very reasonable as well.Update: a few weeks in and a thick black line/ dark area is now visible in the screen.

Iris P: Do not waste your time or your money with these people they are so unorganized so unprofessional... they sent me home without my remote without the cord to plug the TV into the wall and the screws were bagged and tape to the TV left for me to put them back in there, when I did not bring my TV to them in that condition they had my TV for over a month knew what the problem was but claimed they couldn’t find the parts and my brother went online and found the parts... so now I have to return back up there wasting my gas and my time for something that should have been done right the first time.... binder man: This place is the biggest scam. They charge people prices that are through the roof. I know that this place goes on service calls knowing that they are not planning to fix it by certain symptoms that they know your TV has by what you tell them over the phone, and then they get there and charge you almost a hundred dollars just for showing up. I have heard they were trying to change the name because all the people they have ripped off. This place is Vietnamese owned and they give Vietnam a bad name. Do not fall prey to these rip off artists.

Gene Manning: Compressor failed on refrigerator, called Mid America and they installed a new compressor 24 days later. Installer was great and it does work. However, if you buy the compressor from Sears it is $357 and has a 10-year warranty. From Mid America it is $458 and has a 90-day warranty. Tells me they buy creep parts, charge lots and hope they fail in 92 days so they can sell you another one.Service:Refrigerator repair
