daniel: After seeing truck 188 block a fuel island for his 30 minute break in big cabin, ok at 6:30 am on 5/14 I have a very low opinion of this company. Appears to be the new breed of flip flop wearing drivers that need to be weeded out of trucking. Fuel islands busy and he was in the store, when he did get back to the truck he still sat there longer at the pump itself!
Haris Karahodzic: Great company to work for, steady work and honest ( great) pay, excellent equipment with great home time and yard. Am not anymore with them because of some private issues but always willing to greatly recommend them to anyone.Best company I work for,If you want a good job then go for it, you won’t regret.Trust me,if you want safe environment and safe ( new) equipment go work with Vega Transport.
Jad Jarko: There needs to be a better way for customers to track this company's truck location. It is a MUST have that can be the major difference between getting either 1 or a 5-star rating. For some reason whenever I request to track the location of the truck, I am advised that an email will be sent with updated coordinates. I never received the email, not even in spam. There has to be a more reliant method on tracking the truck.

Sarbast Sardar: my almost 7 years experience with this company 1 year company Driver 6 years Owner ,,,, if you don’t like money just west ur time and hair form company to call you good driver and hard worker ! just stay with them , u will don’t understand anything from this market and this business except Connect loaded trailer and go , let me tell u something don’t care if u believe or not , I know people within 2 year work thy make almost 270000$net as owner , but im sure u as owners in Vega maybe 90000 within 2 years . outside u make 4$ sometimes 6$ per mile but with vega 1,67$ or 2$ per miles , the end if why u will understand what’s big different , thy don’t like this comment but this is Reality , 7 years with them , left CO in 2021 with 2019 Freightliner , I still owe 70000 from truck don’t ever buy truck under there name just go use your power to buy outside .there is many more details but i will stop it here ,notes : non of Company manager or any of you call or text me to delete this post I will not .

Jackson Kong: There is multiple things very bad about this company, first of all the owner he is lie and play game with drivers. this my comment to let poor people know and not wasted them time by someone who has a little money to control poor driver, driver don't lease to purchase truck or buy truck from this company, they going to wasted and control you no matter what. they give you load from them contract they have and you have to wait and wasted time and they don't care about the driver time the goal they wants to make sure they have enough truck to cover them contracts loads then when you don't like to continue to work with them they take your truck then you lose your all precious payments just stupid game . second thing the truck has 3 cameras facing to the driver 2 on the windshield and one at the Zonar Elogs also facing to the driver and they have very bad feature when you speak or you call your family or any call they hear anything you speak just kinda like eavesdropping too bad. don't delete my comment if you delete it i will post it again let the people know the truth.

Colleen Y: Vega Transport was the former employer for a loved one of mine. He was promised a remote job (several employees in the office heard the promise too) when he returned from his leave of absence he was told that they filled the job. They expressed no remorse, but tried to point fingers saying it wasn’t their fault. The company is great for just a paycheck. The employees work 9.75 hours per day (Monday - Friday) and are only paid for 8 hours each day (salaried). I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work for this company. They are always looking to take financial short cuts at the expense of their employees.

Darren Harris: Long wait on truck service. They do more of a patch job when they finally do get to it. But it’s a trucking company as well and more than likely just mainly worry about their own. And even if what they repair breaks again they will charge u again to repatch it. You will be better off finding a place that will at least take pride in fixing your truck and not have you breaking down needing to find another place to repair it correctly

Amanda: Mido's offer's great service for truckers to park their rigs during down time while they're not driving as well it's a secure site to leave your trucks and trailers also it's easy access to the highway including there's a truck stop at the highway exit we're on ramp so whether you're leaving for a trip or your returning from dropping your load you can fuel up grab a snack before you start or end your trip I recommend midos trucking and truck space rental to any and all drivers very professional and a clean parking yard

Leo Rising: Refuses to verify my employment, refuses to send me a 1099, they wouldn't send me my last paycheck, it took 72 days of me calling twice a week until I received my last paycheck. The driver has to pay out of pocket $45 to deliver at one of their customers which I wasn't reimbursed for when I handed in the receipt. It took 3 weeks of phone calls to finally get reimbursed. Then they wouldn't reimburse me when I went to that place in the future even though I turned in the receipt. They make you purchase some kind of health insurance in order to work there, I don't exactly know what it is but I didn't want it, they said they can't force me to buy it but if I don't then I basically wouldn't get hired, even though I had already driven across the country to work for them. They charged me more than twice the amount from which they said to clean the truck once I handed it in, even though the truck was clean when I gave it back to them. 95% of the time your are delivering to Los Angeles which is a huge pain.. Then they had the nerve to reach out to me to see if I would like to work for them again... Luckily I'm at a job now which pays more and you don't have to play any games.... No ty

It Does Happen On Rare Occasions .......... While Mostly A Reefer Company ... They also Do Dry Van Operations .... If You Live Near St Louis Missouri I Highly Recommend Driving For This Company ... David Petty: Coming up on two years here. Came here from a company I spent 11 years with not knowing what to expect. All I hoped for was a fare shot to make a good living after the nightmare I had recently got away from. I don’t like to be micromanaged. So far Angie’s has managed to keep the micromanaging to a minimum. If you do your job safely and efficiently the only calls you receive are in reference to your next load. The freight market and economy have been very unpredictable for a while now, and Angie’s has kept my head above water fighting for the best loads. I’m happy or I wouldn’t be here. Thanks

Chris Core: Angies has been a absolute wonderful experience! The people in the office are very friendly for the majority and Angie and Rafael will go to great lengths to work with the drivers on any personal issues the driver may be experiencing at the time! The fleet managers are very understanding in your home time and will also go to great lengths to make sure you are home when you need to be! Pay is top notch most I’ve ever made so far! Planners seem to be very experienced and have a great way of getting you the miles you need while creating a balance acceptable profit for company to keep revolving! Equipment is immaculate any issues with truck or trailer are always handled immediately safety is a very high concern for them! And of course HR/Safety dept. is a very professional yet personable department if you stay safe you will not be bothered by them like some other mega carriers! Overall 10/10

Kate Baker: Going through New Mexico there is construction on 40N and a driver from this company had been riding the middle lane for a good 8 or 9 mi, going barely 5mph, blocking anyone from getting through. The car in front of us went around finally - as the signs specifically say to use BOTH lanes and to take turns at the merge - between mile 35 and exit 36 THIS driver ran us off the road! Thank God the kids weren’t in the car and we had somewhat flat ground to get back on to the pavement! I’m glad to see they’re right in my hometown. I’ll be laying them a visit.

She called me crying and hysterical because she said she couldn't even see his headlights and she was trapped behind and between other traffic in a sub compact car. Awesome work guys.

rowermare: i had the worst experience in my professional life working with them. there was a problem, the load was not loaded properly at the shipper. shipper loaded poorly, strapped and closed the trailer. During the transport, the load got damaged. They put all the blame on the driver. 0 cooperation, 0 decency, 0 sense. they use the law to shift the blame to the driver and wont hear any explanation (including a written statement from reciever saying its shippera fault). they are greedy and horrible to work with. They dont deserve to be in this business.

Anne Miller: Running constant with lease purchase I was giving up tired worn out went to take road test for company driver first truck need repair tires, second truck had service warning he said I failed road test when I went hook up when your tired and you have service warning popping up at u oh well I didn't get out check if I was lined up to fifth wheel hook up ohis trucks are junk .

Luke Schumacher: Avoid this place like the plague. I gave a notice to the owners son personally. Even shook my hand. However , after I turned in the truck they kept my escrow because it wasn't a "written notice ". They also kept half of my last paycheck to clean a truck that was cleaner than when I got in it. They are nothing better than thieves and liars and will definitely steal your money. I totally agree with the other disgruntled person. Like him , I can't wait to see what lies they respond with to this

At Alcatraz you're not "a driver" you are a PERSON and they take the time to develop a perfect balance between personal professional communication and interaction. They consider each driver's needs and carefully select the equipment that is best fitting for each person.Having been in the trucking industry for 20 years, I can say I have NEVER seen a more organized terminal and well stocked to accommodate every drivers' needs, every time. They have somehow managed to almost PERFECTLY streamline operations from start to finish.You just feel COMFORTABLE to be there. And to the negative reviews I say this: You drivers expect more out your employer than you yourselves are willing to give. You want their understanding when you're late or you damage their equipment but the minute any one of them proves to be HUMAN and make a tiny error on your check you want to publicly defame their name. Ken K: Okay I got a question, I detailed the truck out and turned it in back in mid December. I just got the escrow check in April. Originally my escrow is $1,800 for my insurance. I got a check back for $1,300 minus the cleaning of the truck. This wasn't a paycheck how come $500 just turned up missing? I did a good job for you guys, what did I do to deserve being stolen from? You guys held me there on the yard and almost made me miss my flight home during that time, during the delay I detailed that truck out, so I know it was clean. You also processed two paychecks afterwards and never took out a dime. Being this is an escrow check and not a payroll check I don't even think it's legal to take money out of this. I guess I'll find out Monday.
