Lulu Lopez: We had to paid for some new runner boards for a pickup truck that was supposedly damaged. The runner boards were not damage but we agreed to pay for new ones to be replaced. We asked for the damage pair and they agreed to save them. We paid almost $800 but we didn't get both runner boards but just one. They said that they threw the other one away which does not make sense because it was removed from the truck and it was for us to take. They continued to argue and say that they didn't have it. We left upset and disgusted that they ripped us off. The picture is the damage ones. Very upset with this company.

MESFIN BENTIBA: Bad specially for owner operaters those guys try to make money out of your pocket as much as they can every truck you bring in for apu fix they will keep you there forever and you won't make it if you have load on your trailer specially the mechanic name jack is the one worked on my apu but most of the time he works 10 minutes and walk around 30 minutes and works on another truck and never get to work straight one truck go to next one I told them I am on the load they didn't care and mechanics work by their time not by company rule's if you come here you going to burn your stomach don't come .

phil rakers: This place is a joke. They will bend you over with no Vaseline if you let them. You will be better off using your reefer as a dry van till you can get somewhere else! $436 to add antifreeze and a new cap + prime unit (3/4 pumps. 10 seconds) got to pay for that big new building!

Martin Minkov: One star for Super mega overcharging!!! They did good job on replacing battery and alternator, but Charged us whooping $845 in labor for it. Can you imagine. We`re talking a 30min job for a good mechanic ( its just a few bolts and couple of cables) Random people on YouTube replace batteries and alternators for few minutes and you would expect the mechanic at thermo king that is certified would be even better equipped and with better knowledge and tools. I would of understand to do in 30 min and charge me 2 hours but 4.5 hours its outrages. they also gave me $24 battery core credit but made sure to charge me $24 for battery core so they gave us one big ) and took our battery that's was just expected and another thermo king in KS about 5 hours prior to that and we were told it was working just fine. I`m son upset for replacing the battery but at leas call and let us know what you're about to repair 1st before you do it and hold us hostage with the charges that were not discussed nor approved.

Joe Simpson: do not shop here. i bought an ac compressor that failed in less than 20 miles. bought another one from them and tried to return the first for warranty because the clutch failed. not asking for labor or anything else just a credit for the defective compressor. invoices were supplied about the install and replacement of the defective unit and they wont even credit the 2nd compressor. what a joke of a company.

Jeremy Lewis: Went in for a pm service and to get a sensor replaced on the drier and it took them almost 13 hours to do this and I was the second in line at the time of opening som much for first come first serve and $1200 later this place is a ripoff over $800 in just labor that is just way to much for a apu service never again am I coming back here even though it’s convenient to get it done there when I’m on home time I’m not the only one who got screwed on that day

Song Navong: This place is slow and expensive! I have them added freon to the unit and they put 8 pounds of freon costs me $540.07. It took almost 3 hours to get out. I would never be back here again.

Hem Rai: Don’t ever pull up to this place. They will charge you more then any where for labor charges. Just to do PM for thermo king refer they had charged me $840. Never trust them.

Jeremy Rutledge: The service staff was very friendly I didn't have to wait longer than an hour to get my truck into have the Apu worked on, they found out the problem and had it fixed within 2 and 1/2 hours which if you're a trucker you know is pretty good. Would recommend to someone else and I will definitely go back there if I'm in the area and need work done on my APU

Leo Rising: Refuses to verify my employment, refuses to send me a 1099, they wouldn't send me my last paycheck, it took 72 days of me calling twice a week until I received my last paycheck. The driver has to pay out of pocket $45 to deliver at one of their customers which I wasn't reimbursed for when I handed in the receipt. It took 3 weeks of phone calls to finally get reimbursed. Then they wouldn't reimburse me when I went to that place in the future even though I turned in the receipt. They make you purchase some kind of health insurance in order to work there, I don't exactly know what it is but I didn't want it, they said they can't force me to buy it but if I don't then I basically wouldn't get hired, even though I had already driven across the country to work for them. They charged me more than twice the amount from which they said to clean the truck once I handed it in, even though the truck was clean when I gave it back to them. 95% of the time your are delivering to Los Angeles which is a huge pain.. Then they had the nerve to reach out to me to see if I would like to work for them again... Luckily I'm at a job now which pays more and you don't have to play any games.... No ty

David Petty: Coming up on two years here. Came here from a company I spent 11 years with not knowing what to expect. All I hoped for was a fare shot to make a good living after the nightmare I had recently got away from. I don’t like to be micromanaged. So far Angie’s has managed to keep the micromanaging to a minimum. If you do your job safely and efficiently the only calls you receive are in reference to your next load. The freight market and economy have been very unpredictable for a while now, and Angie’s has kept my head above water fighting for the best loads. I’m happy or I wouldn’t be here. Thanks

Chris Core: Angies has been a absolute wonderful experience! The people in the office are very friendly for the majority and Angie and Rafael will go to great lengths to work with the drivers on any personal issues the driver may be experiencing at the time! The fleet managers are very understanding in your home time and will also go to great lengths to make sure you are home when you need to be! Pay is top notch most I’ve ever made so far! Planners seem to be very experienced and have a great way of getting you the miles you need while creating a balance acceptable profit for company to keep revolving! Equipment is immaculate any issues with truck or trailer are always handled immediately safety is a very high concern for them! And of course HR/Safety dept. is a very professional yet personable department if you stay safe you will not be bothered by them like some other mega carriers! Overall 10/10

Demetri Payton: My honest observations....Good people for the most part. Great Trucks but it's hard to get them into a shop for maintenance sometimes. Dispatch seems forced at times and the planning is terrible to the point of it showing on your check. This company pays everyone, truck drivers included, bi-weekly. Which isn't a problem IF you are getting the miles but like I said, terrible planning will show up on your check. ELD's are easy to use UNLESS you have a busted one like I do lol...then it's a headache. Overall, this isn't a bad company. However, things could be a whole lot better ESPECIALLY for the OTR truck drivers. My advice would be to talk to your drivers and ask them how they feel about the company to see how you could keep your drivers. I got love for FW. Allowed me to come back and I'll never forget it! I just want to see this company grow, Trucking wise, to a place of thriving success.
