Carlos: One of their drivers blocked the only entrance to my neighborhood while making a delivery. Then refused to move the truck my wife and about 7 other neighbors had to drive thru another neighbors yard. C349 was the truck we even waited before asking the driver to move

Stephanie coplin: This company went above and beyond to bring the item we ordered to our door. Despite this not be required due to my family living on a gravel road. The team at R&L Carriers was very professional and it was great doing business with them.
Anthony Willroth: Inaccurate tracking, poor customer service skills, inefficient routing. Good luck getting anyone to tell you what day to expect a shipment, let alone a time frame. If you value your time, use any other freighter.

Allie Smith: Absolutely worst customer service from Robie. He was unwilling to help and had a huge attitude about everything. Apparently my shipment with R&L carrier was damaged and disposed of and instead of ever contacting me, they just marked it as delivered. So now eBay is show it as delivered and I have no way to prove this loss. I explained this to Robby and he couldn't care less. He was arguing with me saying it wasn't his issue and had no desire to help.

Brad Kerker: I had a pleasant experience. Arrived on time as scheduled. Driver called ahead as I was told he would.... he was also friendly and pleasant to work with! No complaints at all. I would recommend them.
Stephen Eckstein: If I could give them a 0 I would. My freight was delivered damaged beyond repair and I refused it. Three weeks later and they deny my claim for damages saying I have to provide repair costs on a heat pump I don’t have. I call dispatch to track it down and they say it was returned to the shipper. No surprise to me , the shipper hasn’t seen it. No one is responding or providing me any detailed proof of where my $4000 is!

Kayla: This company was supposed to do curbside delivery for my cabinets. They told me they’d be here between 9 and 4 on Tuesday and never showed up. On Wednesday they called and said they’d be here on Thursday. When the driver got here he said the package was too big to unload and that my husband was going to have to do it. So instead of dropping the cabinets off at the curb they made my husband unload it from the truck.
Amy Gerdel: Had ordered a product that was supposed to be shipped to my house. The carrier lost it. When I called a lady told me she wouOld check the dock. She called me back in a few minutes and told me they found it and would be shipped monday if not that friday. She was getting ready to go on vaca for a week but assured me I would have my product. Fast forward a week and a day, no product. I called and talked to a different lady who basically couldnt of cared less. I finally got mad and said well what can you do about this and she gave me the dock manager. The dock manager was super nice and has been looking for the item but it still hasnt been found. I get that things get lost, but why would the first lady blatantly lie about it being found the first time around. Worst experience with a shipper I have ever had!
benjamin reiske: Shipment was scheduled for the 28th of June. I Had to reschedule drop off appointments on 4 differnt occasions due to the fact my shipment was not placed on the truck and/or "lost" their words. I asked the operator/dispatcher what they were going to do as far as finding my shipment as I paid $400 roughly for shipping charges. He responded that "they were short handed and would find it when they find it" Person was very unprofessional and rude. I dont know if this is a company wide problem or if it is more isolated here in St. Louis but I would use a different company if at all possible. I still have yet to receive my shipment.

D D: On my way to work this morning 11/19/20 on S.Broadway when one of your trucks pulled out in front of me. He was at the stop sign and pulled out so I thought he was going to get in the lane next to me. Wrong he pulled right in front of me his front end about smacked my front end and I had to slam on my brakes to avoid being crushed between the curb and one of your trucks. I laid on my horn while slamming on my breaks and he kept coming didn’t even care he was about to hit me. You could have had a big lawsuit on your hands because I am also pregnant.

Zack Frost: This company is a joke. They called to schedule a delivery for Tuesday then Tuesday morning they call and say it has to be wednesday. Then at 10:45 Wednesday they call and say they are going to need help unloading the truck or im not getting it Wednesday either. Very bad bussiness practice. I will be complaining to the company I ordered from as well.

Melissa Smart: Their truck drivers in st Louis mo are reckless and don't use turn signals. I was cut off by the same driver who was tailgating behind me through 5 stop lights. Teach your drivers to be more respectful on the road and to use signals for lane changing
natasha french: I WOULDN'T HIRE THESE GUYS... We ordered stuff from a company and they had CRH deliver it. The truck drive missed my drive way. Note we have 18 wheeler drive in and out of my driveway all the time. He drove over my flower bed and my over drainage pipes and smashed them all up... I was told they where going to fix it we are on 6 months and the problem still is not done.... SMH The best part is they told me they would fix it the right way... This happened in November 18 still not done.
