Waywardson 70: I was not familiar with this facility as I am in the Kansas City Missouri and Kansas City area and I asked for assistance from the driver assistance building and I was treated in a very hostile Manner and they tried to charge me with wearing sandals on the facility they were open-toed and they are not. They would even look at my shoes just kept making the reprimand and the gentleman who told the other gentleman about it was hiding behind the door. All I was asking for was assistant says to know how to check in how to drop my loaded trailer and where to pick up an empty trailer. I don't know why they have to be so rude and hateful!

Chuck Pasternak: Continually BNSF breaks the law of holding traffic back at crossing s Many times as much as 15 minutes, when the train stops or moving extremely slow.
David Reehten: The facility is easy to get in and out of, but sometimes a little difficult to find a place to place your trailer
Robbie Asbridge: Great place if you have a delivery service with semi's. They get the job dont right and fast.
jman blackmon: Always in and out my only problem is a company that I work for change to forget to put in a waybill which means I have to bring load back with me
Jason Reedy: They are slow to check you in and out, a couple of people are very fast, but most of them are slow. And the spotters DO NOT CARE TO HELP YOU AT ALL, they just speed past you like you aren't even there, even if they are looking you straight in the eyes when they pass you. Also, not enough parking for chassis. Absolutely HATE having to hook to a chassis on the inside of the rail.
