Jason Reedy: They are slow to check you in and out, a couple of people are very fast, but most of them are slow. And the spotters DO NOT CARE TO HELP YOU AT ALL, they just speed past you like you aren't even there, even if they are looking you straight in the eyes when they pass you. Also, not enough parking for chassis. Absolutely HATE having to hook to a chassis on the inside of the rail.

Waywardson 70: I was not familiar with this facility as I am in the Kansas City Missouri and Kansas City area and I asked for assistance from the driver assistance building and I was treated in a very hostile Manner and they tried to charge me with wearing sandals on the facility they were open-toed and they are not. They would even look at my shoes just kept making the reprimand and the gentleman who told the other gentleman about it was hiding behind the door. All I was asking for was assistant says to know how to check in how to drop my loaded trailer and where to pick up an empty trailer. I don't know why they have to be so rude and hateful!

What's so hard to back up unhook from cart and then pull forward to allow traffic to flow while there trying to plan how to get the rest of the rail cars positioned.

RedLiner (RedLiner): Slowest rail yard in the area. And this guy is the worst when it comes down to checking in. There's traffic in the lanes whenever he's working. Come with plenty of food and drinks because once you pass this guy get ready to wait another 2-3 hours just to get a box put on or taken off. Place is a damn joke. I gave them 1 star because of their app. Otherwise it's a 0
K Dk: Everytime I come here it either takes 2 hours to get a box put on or what's worse, two hours just to get a box taken off. Completely unprofessional staff and a waste of HOS.Update: Wanted to give the NS the benefit of the doubt but here I am 5 months later, and it still takes two hours to get a box put on a chassis. I would say they should be ashamed of themselves but it's obvious at this point they don't care.
Timothy Hill: Can’t speak on behalf of truckers dropping off or picking up. However, in regards to traffic and trains blocking the road, remember it is an intermodal facility/railyard. There are trains. Take Adelaide ave. To go over the tracks. There are other streets between Broadway and Hall St. that don’t cross train tracks. These are north of the facility. 5 minute reroute can save you from waiting x many minutes/hours.We all have our jobs to do, and we can all improve. Try to be considerate of the guy on the other end.
Kenneth Milligan: As a driver it as very frustrating to sit and wait to have your container lifted off... we have had waits up to 4 hours. It is supposed to be quick if you have the N&S app.. doesn't happen.. very stressful having to wait most visits
