No accountability! I asked why wouldn’t someone approach me after my appointment time to readdress that the tech will be another however many minute or so. Completely disappointed

My only issue was with booking the spa party itself There was a $12.00 party fee per guest, per cupcake order (that I cancelled because I refused to pay $38 for 4 cupcakes)I have no issue in paying for a service but when asking for an itemization of services that charge was not outlined in the services, in the signed contract or online. I questioned the coordinator she just repeated the charge. I didn't argue any further as to salvage the experience for my girls. Her response time was very slow, paying for the party difficult. Even so I still would recommend them just be sure you are aware of what you are paying for upfront.

I’m a gym centric person and seldom find a massage I will swear by, but this place has it. I’ve never fallen asleep getting a deep tissue massage until here. The therapists are attentive and even will show you stretching once the massage is finished for parts they found tender (my legs). The price point is reasonable and with the monthly rate, you can add on heat or aromatherapy.

Bumpy as...Noisiest massage experience as well: the fan was louder than the music & the music was pretty loud. Staff also dropped heavy items outside of the room.I did voice my concerns to the staff, but I doubt it was passed along, as I wasn't met with much empathy for an average $80 noisy massage.

Emily Regenold: First off I would like to say that after we received our couples massage and facials, we both feel incredibly relaxed. The scheduling process was very professional and they were accommodating to have us add on facials just a day prior to our appointment. We were sure to tip our girls well because you can tell they all work very hard to provide good services. The one recommendation I would have is that the staff read through the intake forms prior to your arrival. I specified medium pressure and avoidance of my neck because of a chronic condition but received pretty firm pressure throughout, neck included. During the massage, she was receptive when I asked her to discontinue which I appreciated. She was very friendly and explained her expertise in correcting these types of issues. Today, I feel a little sore but I think I’m the long run, it’ll definitely ease some of the tension I’ve had. In all it was a day we’ll spent to celebrate my honey’s birthday. He feels like a million bucks and that’s what matters!

Jodi contacted me and recommended the DMK enzyme treatment.First, the actual space is clean, pristine and quite beautiful. It’s beautifully decorated and very calming. Jodi sat down me with me and listened as I aired my frustrations about my breakouts.Second, i was brought back to the treatment room. Again, the room was beautiful and super clean and hygienic. The treatment itself was relaxing. Jodi explained the process as we went along but also kept space for me to relax.She did offer me a treatment plan with products but didn’t push anything to purchase. All in all, I had an amazing experience at the Healing Hamsa and would recommend!

The last 10 minutes she was sniffling so much I felt extremely uncomfortable and honestly it was just weird. There were no stones, headphones, or vibration on the table used. While they didn’t charge me, I still wanted to warn everyone. They let sick people work and in turn, gave me a stomach bug! It was a huge waste of time and they offered me a free service which included no massage, just sitting in the dark room to “relax” RUN FAST

The place was clean tho, but that was a bad experience and my girlfriend got it for me for my birthday it really was a let down.The other people low reviews sound like my visit. Sierra McClure: DO NOT GET PRENATAL, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.This place is a joke. I wanted a real massage not where they use the stones. One, because the stones are way to hot and two because they don’t even feel good. They charged me $10 extra to not use stones?!?I scheduled a 60 min prenatal massage. At 32 weeks pregnant this place looked appealing because they have an actual pregnancy pillow that allows you to lay on your stomach due to the support from the pillow. My appointment was at 2pm, I didn’t leave the lobby to go back to the room until 2:10 then you go in room they tell you how to lay and leave you to get get undressed then come back in and get themself situated before beginning the massage. My massage didn’t start until approximately 2:15-2:20. She then was finished and I was dressed and back in the lobby by 3:05. That is NOT a 60 min massage that’s like a 45 min massage. So not only did I schedule a 60 min massage and only got 45, I also had to pay $10 more for not wanting stones used (which should actually be less as the stones should be an addition) but I’m also pretty sure the massage therapist didn’t understand the whole prenatal massage. The support pillow is great however it takes away the purpose of it when the massage therapist is putting a large amount of pressure on your back by just pushing down instead of actually massaging. Not to mention she asked me to roll over and lay on my back, at 32 weeks pregnant you cannot lay flat on your back (someone trained to do a prenatal massage should know this) so I had to explain to her that I couldn’t lay on my back like that.Will not use them again. Do not recommend. Cheated out of a good massage and $85 while pregnant and horribly sore is very frustrating.

Josh Tolin: I would give them a zero if it existed. I got an email that there were last minute openings at 1p and 430 and immediately left a message and was called back and hung up on accidentally, I presume. I called back and confirmed my 430p for an hour. I showed up and was told by the young lady at the counter that I was not on the calendar. I wasted and hour of my time and gas! That is no way to do business and I will never return. There was a similar review on yelp just a month earlier. I told them to take me out of their system and email.

Had a hot stone massage by Hayley. It felt fantastic. The temperature of the stones, the oils and the pressure applied were all great. Yes I would recommend. Can't wait to get my facial with Hayley in a couple of weeks.
