You change into shorts and a tank top and the massage takes place in a shared room with 5 loungers as seen in the photo. Once you take a seat you place your feet in a hot foot soak while the massage begins with your head, ears, neck and shoulders. After they remove your feet from the foot soak and focus on your legs and feet. They massage therapists are very strong and give a great deep massage. They specialize in more thai or reflexology not a typical swedish massage.

After taking out a loan to pay for their best package, I can say with confidence that this establishment should be demolished immediately. My feet have never felt such pain and I fear that my athletic career is in jeopardy. The 5 star reviews have to be joking because their experiences don’t even seem feasible in such a place.

She had been working 10-12 hr days with only one day off in 2 weeks, and complained that her feet were aching day and night. U City Foot Massage took her aching foot pain away. Super professional, clean, tranquil environment. She felt so comfortable, and came out totally relaxed. For me, the price was more than reasonable. Even with the Reflexology Massage expect to be asked to change clothes . Expect more than just a foot rub as they massage various pressure points on your body. Expect a foot soak and massage oil. My Partner said every work trip she takes going forward she will visit Ucity Massage once she gets back home, and she will be checking out other services they offer.

If you're a baby to pressure then make it super clear. This is an accupressure massage - it's going to be slightly "rougher" and different than massages in Western salons. Even expect pulls, tugs, and some light smacking on tense areas. Trust me, these feel sooo nice during your session.You get to change into loose-fitting garments (Almost like a relaxation "uniform". I recommend removing your bra for comfort) and lay back into couches.Second: Your massage does not include your stomach or back. Your feet are placed into warm water, a technician who likely speaks little English will massage your feets, toes, legs, arms, hands, shoulders, scalp, face and head.Lastly: It's $45 frickin' dollars. Don't get into a fuss about the lack of decor. $45. Don't forget to tip.

Hal A: The massage was really a reflexology message and involved so much more than just feet. My masseuse started with my head and work their way down to my toes. When you arrive you are greeted, given an outfit to change into, led to a comfy laid back chair, given water, and then your feet are placed in a bucket of hot water while your masseuse works on your head, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. Then your feet are removed from the water while the masseuse works on your legs and feet. This might be a different experience depending on length of massage and the masseuse (mine was 90 minutes). I left feeling really relaxed and like jello (a good thing in my opinion). When you first arrive you might find the room warm but as you begin your massage they make sure you feel comfortable with the temperature.

Adrian goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable before, during and after your session. I was truly impressed with her knowledge of colonics as well as her knowledge of healthy foods. Adrian went out of her way to provide me with a list of healthy foods for colon health. My case was more challenging than most, but Adrian remained patient with me through out the process. After three sessions I have noticed less bloating, to confirm this I actually took measurements with a tape measure.

It’s a hidden GEM! Super affordable, detox with many therapies she offers! Unsure of what therapy to choose?! Do a sampler platter of them ALL! She walks you fro therapy to therapy for hours as your private concierge. Originally from over near Russia/Ukraine, Irina makes you feel like you are at a health resort that encompasses so many natural therapies. She genuinely cares and should probably be charging double than what she does. 🤫 what a great place to gift your mom, friend or sister with a double spa experience! (That’s what I did!)

Everything was wonderful except when it was time for my massage to start, the gentleman called and said he was stuck in traffic and won’t arrive for another hour.
