Melanated Chakra: I went to this facility and asked for a sausage egg n cheese croissant. I ordered a extreme sausage combo with an orange juice. Instead I got a sourdough breakfast with bacon ,sausage, ham. I called up there and over heard the lady Angie arguing with another customer and told her she could leave. She told me to bring my sandwich back up there. I told her I was at work and I don't get off until 4. The man wasn't any help either. This establishment people are rude and disrespectful. I won't be going back. Every time I stop there my order is wrong. I ate my food I was hungry and it was nasty. The bread was hard and the hash brown was hard couldn't eat it. I wish I could rate them negative

Jefferson B.L: Everyday, they have an excuse not to make you food and be closed. Not sure what the employees are doing, but definitely not their job. One day it'll be 10-30 minutes before the system is up. The next I'll be the girl is down and we only have fryed items.It's been like this for over a month. What's really going on at this store.Just saying.

Andrea Lopez: Went on a trip from Illinois to St. Louis and was excited to try Jack in the Box for the first time, but was extremely disappointed. The lady working got mad and gave attitude when she couldn’t heard something I said in the drive thru. She then proceeded to yell at us to back up from the car at the drive through window even though we weren’t pulled up close. We ended up leaving due to her rude attitude and ate elsewhere.

Stacia Caughorn: Save yourself time: DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!We went here for a late dinner Tuesday night, when we first pulled in we could here the woman on the speaker being very rude and hateful towards the man in front of us, should have pulled away then. But we pulled up to the speaker and politely asked to make two separate orders since we had two people paying for meals. The worker was immediately RUDE AND HATEFUL and had a horrible attitude towards us for absolutely no reason. I’m not the type to make negative reviews, I understand some people just have bad days and maybe she was just not in the mood to deal with work. Understandable. But the way she yelled at us and spoke to us was absolutely horrible. No one should be spoken to that way. Not to mention there were roaches crawling inside the menu box. Whoever is in charge of this place needs to have a serious review of their staff because the way she was treating customers was absolutely unacceptable from any establishment.

Neverland Grounds: Honestly I don’t wanna write this review, but this has been living rent free in my head for over a week now.On April 21st, around 1 AM, a employee here verbally abused me. I’m in the drive through and try to order a number 10, small drink large fries.The lady tells me she can’t hear me and to speak louder, so I do and repeat my order.She then tells me she can’t understand me and to speak slower, so I do.So now I’m speaking louder and slower then I normal would, and before I could even finish saying “a small Dr Pepper-“Next thing I know this woman starts screaming at me “IM SORRY SIR WE DONT LIKE BEING SPOKEN TO LIKE LIKE THAT! SHES NEW SO YOU NEED TO TAKE IT EASY! CAN YOU HEAR ME?!?!”Like what? How you gonna yell at me, tell me you don’t wanna be spoken to that way, after I followed your order and did as you ask me to do? It was just wired and I was so flustered and confused I just left.I don’t think the woman should loose her job, but maybe don’t have her interact with costumers. She clearing has some type of emotional disability. And she should definitely not be training any of the new people.

Zack: Frequently they just don't have anyone working there. You pull into the drive thru and the line doesn't move, and one by one the cars just turn and leave. I get there's a labor shortage, but put a sign up somewhere or something if you don't actually have anyone in the restaurant.Edit several months later: lately they've been on a perpetual "shift change" and just don't take orders. Corporate needs to shut this location down.

Kevin Hussey: We stopped twice because they were close to our vacation rental. They didn't have any coke products or colas available either time and struggled to tell us what other options there were. The 2nd time, a young man answered the drive thru mic, but then passed us off to a lady right away as if he had no clue he was answering the drive thru. It was weird. Then once we realized there was basically only lemonade, we asked for an ice cream, the young lady said, "Oh we ain't doing those right now." We laughed as we drove off. We'd never experienced anything like it. Not a good experience as far as being fed, but it really was funny and we appreciated that.Please do yourself a favor and keep driving. It's hard to say what goes on in the back at night.
