They are open but refuses to make my order because they are only allowing uber eats orders even though they are listed as open and have staff on site ready to fill orders for uber only. I put in a mobile order which they refused to filed because they were “too busy doing my job”. IIRK filling orders IS their job. Worse experience ever!! Patricia Rodriguez: Ordered through the app, was automatically sent to this location. Hours posted said they closed at 11, but no one greeted us at the order Mic when we pulled up at 10. So we proceed to the pay window, since the app already charged us, where the manager informs us he "has no service people and is closing." Tells us to pick up our order at the other McDonald's located further south on Hampton. Upon arriving there, we're told that no, app orders cannot be transferred between locations. Not only we're they unable to fill our order, but they're also unable to cancel it. Only the store the order was placed with can cancel it. So the charge is pending on our account, and eventually it will drop off because THIS location never finished it? I don't even know. Will update when we get our refund 🤷‍♀️

The drive thru was fairly long and busy at approximately 8am..So I decided to walk in..I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before I was recognized. The manager Mr Dave said one moment. I said. "Sure No Problem ". I stood another 5 minutes again. There was a lady mopping the floor carelessly. She finally decided to put her mop down and walk to the counter. She proceeded to ask another patron. What he wanted to eat. I interrupted her to say I was standing in line next to order. She got very aggressive to me with her attitude. While I'm a paying customer waiting to order Breakfast. She's passing out free food to patrons in the restaurant. This lady describes as a short ,maybe age 40s with long Gray Dredlocks. Dave finally came and took my order. While I was waiting this particular lady gave me so many frantic and nasty looks.whike she tolled her eyes at me. Forrest Brown: The single worst McDonalds I have ever been to.I visited this location at 11pm on a Thursday. The lobby was closed and I had 4 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru line, so they did not appear to be too busy with customers.The drive-thru service was terribly slow.Trash littered all over the parking lot, especially in the drive-thru line.The smell of sewage while waiting in line, though I'm not sure if they can fix that.I can't attest to the inside of the building, but if the outside is any indication, I wouldn't step foot in there (assuming I'd ever return to this location).The only saving graces: our order was made correctly, albeit a little sloppily, and the woman in the drive-thru seemed genuinely apologetic for our long wait.
Curt Balding: Had to use the kiosk. Had planned to just go through the drive-thru, but the line was long. I had the app code buy when J tried to apply it to my purchase ig the kiosk couldn't recognise the number so I ended up having to resubmit my order again with the idea of getting the free McChicken sandwich. I had to swipe my debit card for the purchase and then had to call the customer service # to make sure that my points of purchase were accounted for. At one point, I had thought that I had been charged twice for the same purchase(it had happened once before at a different location). Then, I went on to describe the particulars regarding my in store experience to the rep on the phone. It took over twenty minutes to get a simple McChiken, small fries, and a large diet coke. A young girl fully brought out my order. I had to get back up go to the front counter barge into the people waiting and caught the same girl realising she had forgotten my cup for my drink and then lazily passed my cup over to me and kept on waking. The first diet coke nozel I tried ended up spraying the drink everywhere except onto my cup. The napkin dispenser was basically empty. I knew it would be a futile point to try and ask for any ketchup or salt or even any condiments for my sandwich. I can not consider this location to be up to what I would call typical McDonald's standards.

DARTH NOOBIE: It took 20 minutes to get a curbside order. I called the store twice. First time they didn't answer, and the second time they hung up on me. I had to go into the store to get it myself. The food was cold, and my caramel frappe was melted. The employees at this store are nothing but ghetto trash.

Amy Lawrence: Unfortunately for me this McDonald's is close to my job as well as my home. I frequently visited the drive-thru to get breakfast for myself and my coworkers. Along with breakfast I would order chocolate chip cookies which from my previous McDonald's experience from other locations are hot when they are given to you and is what I was expecting at this location. The first time I ordered cookies here I didn't even get them. Paid for them but never got them. The next time I got them they were hard very hard. I still continued to go to that McDonald's as I didn't have any other options for McDonald's. I started to ask at the drive-thru if they would make the cookies fresh. They started making my cookies fresh. They would have me pull up they would bring out the cookies and they would be served with a horrible attitude but at least they were hot which is what I asked for. Just recently I purchased our order on my mobile app. And when I received my food at the window checked the cookies in the bag and ask the person at the window if they could please make them fresh that I wanted them to be hot. They had me pull up into the waiting spot. When the person brought me out my cooking she told me that they weren't going to make them fresh anymore. That they had an expiration date and then if I wanted them hot I could take him home and put them in the microwave. I'll never go back to that McDonald's but I don't just buy cookies there I've spent quite a bit of money there between my grandkids breakfast lunch dinner different days. There's one up the street from my house it's just not as close to my work. Just wanted to let you McDonald's employees know you're not doing anybody a favor by working there you're earning a paycheck. Do your job and stop with the attitude

Alex Ring: We were one of the two people in the drive thru, and it took over 30 minutes to get our food. Not to mention that upon just pulling up to the pick up window the lady working glared at us and proceeded to say nothing when we were thanked her for handing us our drinks and our food later. Ask for a straw when you get your drink because you’ll be waiting a while for food.

Darren Sanner: Horrible experience coming to this restaurant on 5-17-23. Pulled into the parking lot and made my way to the door. The dining room hours posted on the door were until 11pm. I figured going inside to order would be faster than the drive thru and not burn up my gas while waiting. The door was locked. As I began walking back to my car a lady claiming to be the manager approached me by opening her door of a silver Toyota Corolla parked aFew spaces to the right of the door. She stated the dining area entrance was closed and that I had to use the drive thru. I stated to her the sign on the door stated 11pm and that putting a notice on the door would help others from having the same thing happen to me. She became disrespectful and would not stop harassing me as I was already turned away to walk back to my vehicle. When I stated to her a third time to leave me aline and mind her own business she stated she was going to call the police. For coming to a public restaurant and wanting to order me food. Well guess what, McDonald’s. Another customer lost. I will NEVER give business to this particular restaurant location ever again. To be treated this way be threatened with calling the police for minding my own business is absolutely horrible customer service and flat out disgusting. If you don’t believe me, check your cameras at around 9:20 and 9:35. You can clearly see me pull in the parking lot and walk from my car to the front door minding my own business. And you can see the claimed manager open her car door harassing me after. The workers at the Italian restaurant on the other side of the parking lot saw the whole thing. Please hire workers that treat customers with respect. Just because this lady thinks she is the manger, doesn’t give her the authority to threaten to call the police on a customer for absolutely no reason.

Always have problems at McDonald's not fast food no more and they don't correct their workers I'm about done with McDonald's they need to work on their customer service.....
