Patrice Perry: I'm a dasher 1st of all the dining room was closed had to go through the drive through. I texted my customer at 5:28pm on Sunday June 4, 2023 to let them know I had to go through the drive through and 6 cars in front of me. When I got to order I told them the person name to pick order, plus I ordered me 2 hard tacos. They didn't wrap my tacos right the filling was in the bottom of my bag. They told me to drive around they would bring it to me. I waited an waited called inside the store telling them about my order. The manger told them to make it. They said it was picked up. But it wasn't. They got the order wrong with person with same name. 15 minutes passed still know order call in the manger said she would fix it her self and bring it to me. 10 more minutes passed I got out the car went to the door so could see me. They brought me the order. No apology or anything thing. I waited a hour for this order. It's a good thing the customer only lived 5 minutes away from the store. She was in good spirits because I kelp her in form on what was going on. Why was the dining room close. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Trevor Allen: Store is not open during advertised hours. On one occasion when pulling up I was told they would not accept in person orders, only mobile and doordash. The next time I put in a mobile order and on arriving after open I was told they would not honor the order their system had accepted, that they aren't responsible for the system reflecting their true hours of operation and were generally belligerent about my poor experience. They refuse to fix their systems or take responsibility for them and then get angry at customers who have placed orders they can't fulfill

Carnetra Galloway: I think this is the best taco bell in the city. I've never had a bad experience, dining in or the drive-thru. Customer service is quick and friendly and the food is always piping hot and fresh. This is one of the few locations that the dining area is open. And although they have the ordering kiosk, there is always someone willing to take your order in person. The lobby is clean and so are the restrooms. Overall it's get the job done as a decent fast food spot.

Dennis Stelling: Could go on & on about this place. The only reason I even stop here sometimes is because it's on my way home from work. But I can't count the times our food has been tore up so bad or missing items. Not to mention I always get a ton of attitude & it's not like I order anything complicated. A big thing though is that a lot of times when it's getting dark they just say they're not taking orders right now without giving reason. This happens a lot.Last time, my wife ordered a Quesalupa & the woman just said that they were out of the quesalupa. We thought it was strange to say they're out of the whole item, not just a specific ingredient. She then tried to order a quesadilla. "We're out of quesadillas." A chalupa? Surprise! "We're out of chalupas." Just drove away. It was obvious to us that we weren't going to get anywhere here because they just didn't want to do anything.

I was thrilled to see the "veggie mode." I had a Burrito Supreme (sub beans), a Cheesy Gordita Crunch (sub beans), and Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes. Incredibly tasty--their beans are delicious. Rowan Nelson III: WORST TACO BELL EVER! I order on 4-11-23 at 1230 on the kiosk. Wait 25 minutes to pay for the food, then the lady says I don't have any money in my drawer. Ask for the manager she says she will help me when she helps me that me and the dozen people in the lobby have to wait. They are not understaffed, I saw at least 5 workers. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! PLEASE FIRE THE MANAGER! I never even got my food and I was late from lunch back to work!
