Serendipity Homemade Ice Cream: what do users think?
Jennifer Tourney: Olivia at the counter was amazing!!! The ice cream was refreshing after we'd ridden the scooters up and down The Grove.Only downside I noticed was one of the workers making the waffle cones with no gloves while simultaneously touching their face, hair and everything else.
Barberjerri Ff: The best ice cream in st.louis.
Sue C: This is for Olivia! You’re amazing girl, thanks for our chat. I do hope they introduce more dairy-free flavors soon.
Ashley Fortune: While walking to one of the restaurants in the area we saw the ice cream place and bean is hot. I got the salted caramel swirl and what the fudge they were both amazing The Salted Caramel was even better than I imagined. We tried multiple flavors and everything was so good.
James Kenuam: Amazing and they had fitz soda was so good!
Sarah Strother: It was delightful and prices were affordable!
Dennia Butler: Great experience! Wonderful customer service will definitely return
Craig Kress: Great ice cream shop in The Grove. Plenty of flavors
Anais Alvarez: Quaint little ice cream shop with great staff. We stopped by for a quick break and enjoyed their ice cream and coffee. I needed a pick-me-up and got the affogato (2 shots of espresso and your choice of coffee -- I went with the Mexican chocolate ice cream and it gave the espresso the perfect blend of sweet and spice). The staff was very attentive and helped us with recommendations. Family friendly and a clean bathroom tops off this cute shop. Give it a shot during your next trip to the Grove.
Dony Anthony: Great service and they have a ton of GF options!! Will definitely be back... Many times!I love that they have complementary lactase on hand! For us dairy intolerant folks 😅
Angela Hancock: OMG. is this what actual ice cream can taste like? So good! decent prices. BIG scoops!
Mohammed Choudhry: Amazing flavors with rich ice cream and super friendly staff. Another great vibes spot. The baby yoda ice cream hit the spot
Sean Rentchler: I would like to start by start by saying the girls working the ice cream case were amazing. They were patient while my small kids chose the flavor they wanted, which isn’t the case everywhere we go. That said, I got a Dipity Dough and the cookies were rock hard, which made eating the ice cream sandwich impossible. My wife got a double sundae, and for $10 she was expecting something higher quality. The worst part of the visit, was older woman that came out of the back to briefly berate, and just demean the girls working the counter in general. Not sure if she’s the owner or manager, but it was really disappointing to listen to her treat the employees that way.
Samantha Smith: I was there yesterday with my dogs and my friend to get some ice cream which was so nice and delicious and I LOVED it and so I'll be coming back soon. One thing I noticed was the customer service especially one of them, she really caught my eye she greeted us with a smile had a conversation with us and even let us bring chairs outside so we can sit down since dogs are not allowed and she asked me do I want some pup cups for my dogs which I appreciated I even got her name I think its cyessa sorry if I spelled it wrong but because of her I'm definitely coming back and I'm so bringing my dogs cause they loved her
Ryan Adamovic: The ice cream is top tier and the variety of flavors available is incredible. The two ladies working the shop were super friendly and courteous, going out of their way to ensure that our experience was perfect by asking if we wanted to try different flavors, if we wanted whip cream and cherries, and even if the music was too loud. Overall, our visit to Serendipity was fantastic and we can't wait to come back and try more flavors.
Tyler Genz: Came by 3/31 @ 7:00PM and it was closed.Edit: Ah, gotcha, makes sense! Serendipity Spumoni served @ Trattoria Marcella is the best ice cream in town.
Sean G: Good selection, ice cream itself was overall pretty plain though. The only dish that stood out to me was the Affogato.
Mary Foshage: They usually have at least one vegan ice cream. And they also have Lactaid tablets at the counter. 🤣❤️
Jennifer Payne: Came in from out of town. Was craving homemade Ice cream. Google recommended Serendipity and it was serendipitous. We LOVED it. Fast, friendly with great customer service!!! So many yummy options. Happy to see not only gluten free options but there was also a vegan option.
Annie Ray: Ordered poffertjes (mini doughnuts) like I had in Holland.Warning ⚠️: nobody but the owner knows how to use the poffertjes machine, so you’ll end up with undercooked overpriced dough balls with runny batter in the middle.
jeffrey huff: Came in and got 2 icecream sandwiches. Cookies and icecream were ok. Staff seemed quite discombobulated. Came to the freezer to approach a staff member to order. My “hello” was met with a 5 second awkward pause and stare-off. I followed up with an “everything ok?” which was met with a “yeah, hello.” Noting communication/customer service etiquette was lacking, I just proceeded with my order. The staff to client ratio was 1:1 but somehow it took about 10 minutes to get our order. Our sandwiches were made 5 minutes apart which left 1 melting at the register before payment. There wasn’t anyone at the register to check us out until someone, who seemed to be the owner, noticed and came to assist. She was quite friendly and kind. The military discount was much appreciated. Prices are reasonable. In the end, the young staff really lacked attentiveness and organization.

Clementine's Naughty and Nice Creamery: what do users think?
Nate Knipe: I love ice cream! Clementine’s is out of this world when it comes to ice cream. You won’t find a better place with the selection and wonderful staff they have. The experience there is like no other. Keep it up!
Carley Cotner: I’ve been venturing to St. Louis for Clementine’s for years, and this location has consistently been my #1! The staff is always incredibly kind, happy to help with flavor recs, and never fusses when I want to buy all the vegan lemon poppyseed possible 😂(Please bring back the miso maple, I will buy 18 pints)Seriously, I visit STL with the intention of getting Clementine’s for the ride home and travel with a cooler specifically for this.Get yourself a cone, and tip your scoopers!
Dawn Powell: Nice friendly atmosphere. They serve regular Ice cream as well. The Bourbon Maple Pecan was very good.
Justin McLendon: Ice cream was good, service was more than lacking from every team member.
Kevin Montgomery: Great ice cream. Delicious. It is a quiet location that you can hang out and enjoy the summer night.
Jayden Phillips: Ice cream is some of the best in the city, but service and procedure is lacking. First time we visited we had our dog with us and had no issue. Second time we also came in with our dog (with a dog ice cream sign outfront), and suddenly an employee stops us and says no pets allowed. To me this is an issue. You can't both advertise the welcoming of dogs for ice cream and at the same time prevent them from coming in the establishment.
Cari Morales: I had the bourbon candied pecan ice cream and it was delicious! Definitely recommend! They even had patio seating which was a nice surprise for such a small place.
Joshua Spurgeon: The most non-dairy flavors that I’ve seen at any ice cream place. All delicious.Small interior with outdoor seating only.Street parking. Go around the block to park on street at side of building.
Yasse Dick-Blewoussi: Ice Cream is to die for!!! So delicious 😋
Mike Koerner: Just delicious ice cream. We especially liked the salted varieties and decadent coffee! There is something for everyone.
Aden Elliott: That butter brickle is wild, perfect with decadent coffee to have a little sweet, and a little bitter!!
Kim Siercks: The ice cream was good, flavors are quite crazy. It’s super cold in there I was freezing while standing in line. The have cute merch and let you sample three flavors before deciding
Morgan McClanahan: Cute shop, delicious ice-cream that was so creamy, tons of flavors to choose from. Only issue is that there aren't a lot of the "naughty" flavors, but plenty of "nice" flavors and even vegan options. Staff seems friendly and we were in and out pretty quick. The ice-cream was also decently priced.
Steve S.: My favorite ice cream flavor lives here
Robert Bailey R: Pricey but very good
Jeff Bernacki: It’s Monday at 2:55 PM. Google maps says you’re open at 10 AM. The sign out front reads open at noon. Your voicemail says you’re open at a different time. The lights are on. There’s nobody inside. There are four people waiting outside along with me. The door is locked. I want some ice cream the vegan kind. Help!
Daniel N: Portions were very large, the ice cream was very flavorful, and the available flavors were inventive and very very tasty. Would go back again.
Justin Murphy: I was passing through the area and found this spot on the map and the name really caught my eye! I stopped with a friend and got ice cream from here and we were really impressed by the unique handcrafted flavors offered. The samples were a nice touch and we were both really happy with our choices. The only downside is that it is quite expensive for ice cream. Other than that, it was so good!
Brianna: So many options! I really liked all the variety available we are all enjoyed what we ordered. The chocolate cabernet was very good! It had a great sharpness and bitterness to it. Not to sweet and a great balance.
Andrea Molina: Fabulous ice cream!!! I can't possibly describe it. You have to experience it!
Cadence Giddings: A must-stop whenever you are in St. Louis! They have amazing flavors. I’ve tried many and I’ve loved them all!

Skeeters Frozen Custard: what do users think?
Jaime Y. Adams: this place is a family staple.....can't have ICE CREAM without Skeeters & EVERYONE knows that......just facts
Craig Whitehead (Cars and Coffee Craig): Love, love, love
Timothy Merkel: Really good ice cream and service StL Louis county's answer to Ted Drew's. Outside area to eat
St. John Mom: What a great neighborhood gem! We loved the little lawn and picnic tables in the back for our toddler to run around in. For a kiddie cup, a small and a medium 1-topping concrete came out to ~$11. There are dozens of concrete flavors — seriously! We'll definitely be back many times this summer.
Luke Nitcher: Kinda gross tbh. The mallows in my rocky road were stale.
Valerie Woodhall: Only one person working doing a great job of taking care of everyone
Roxanne Robinson: I love there custard ice cream. Best place in town. Love the owners and employees.
Brianna McCormack: Local lovely fast and always the most delicious frozen custard ever had!
Raniya Parks: It was good and tasty 💜
Abigail J. Nelson: I Love this place. Good, old-fashioned neighborhood custard shop, and their Apple Pecan Pie sundae is THEE STANDARD that all apple pie sundaes should aspire to. Nothing is bad here, 11/10 stars
debra brandes: Staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner however is rude to her employees and customers. She also seems to have an issue with all males in general.
Sara Lorentz: Skeeters is a locally owned custard shop. I love to stop by for a tasty treat regardless of the weather. Its a lil stand with a nice size parking lot and a couple of outdoor tables to eat at. They also have a drive through. They have LOTS of different custard treats. Huge variety of sundaes and concretes on the menu.My favorite menu item is the strawberry shake. In the summer I like to stop here on my way to the Muny and grab a shake for an early dinner. Their shake is a good thickness and has fresh blended strawberries in it. What sets Skeeters apart from the competition is the straw! Its an extra wide straw! The strawberries even came through it with no problem!!! I'm always delightfully surprised and super impressed with this detail.Recently I've wanted something a bit smaller but still a treat. My go to is the small strawberry sundae, add hot fudge. It hits the spot!!!Note that I received a gift certificate for here as a gift over the holidays. However the certificate was for $20 and says you must spend it all at once, no money back. I spoke to the manager on my last visit to ask if there was anything else we can do as it would be hard for me to spend $20 in one visit due to their reasonable pricing. She broke it down into smaller $5 values for me which was awesome! I really appreciated her finding a solution and making it happen.
Claudia Sumner: Best ice cream! Beats cold stone or any other place any day and it’s a fraction of the price! Cake batter is the best.
Angela Medlin: Hours say your open but your not open
sweet tea: These reviews must be fake that was the worst custard/ice cream I’ve ever had if I wanted frozen cool whip I would have went to Walmart and saved $10 there is no way these reviews are real. The worker was kind. The quality of the product for the price especially was the worst I’ve ever had.
Stephanie kroeger: Awesome place. Everything I've tried is excellent. Dog friendly also!
Sheila Stiles: I love going here cherry dip is the best
Dave Z: Yum
Anthony Galloway: Awesome ice cream custard place for business and to hangout. It's ice cream is creamier than other competitors and sweet but not overly sweet like other ice cream stores.
Christine McManus: Expensive and skimpy with toppings but good.
Sandra Miller: Awesome Frozen Custard and there are so many flavors you'll find it hard to decide. The best thing also is that if there's a line someone comes out to take your order so you don't have to wait when you get to the window. Furthermore you can create your own flavor and mix of custard and they have coffee and slushies as well! Service is great and so are the hours of business! It's also easy to find. Definitely one of my favorite places to go for custard!!
