This location was bright and clean and the employees attentive, friendly and energetic. I would never call Subway's food "good," but as fast food goes it is a cut above burger joints, imo.

The nerve of people to think they are so important. She put her gloves on thankfully, because that would have been what I would have addressed had She not. Proceed to ask me what we want on the sandwich. I say , lettuce, and a couple tomatoes.. she says 2 tomatoes? Sure 2 is fine..well a couple is 2....Erk!! That's it! Have a good day. We no longer want the sandwich...she replies, that what I thought you would do. The older woman behind me, they raised thier voices at her too while she was ordering her Tuna Sandwich. Since it’s been bought out, staff is rude. They mumble rather than speak clearly and act like it’s a big interruption of their day. Since it changed owners I’ve only gone twice. First time was awful, Second time only because I was asked to stop there and again AWFUL. When the person I took there tried to use coupons they rudely told her WE DON’T TAKE COUPONS. Which meant my friend who expected one price paid triple because the coupons were not honored. Staff were over the top rude actuly grunting rather than full on talking to a customer. I will make a formal complaint. I'm more than disgusted with this place. Shame on these owners.

Julie: My husband wanted to try one of the new subs advertised so he and I walked into this subway at Chippewa and Jameson. The door was unlocked but the worker laughed and said they were closed. We pointed out that the hours on the door indicated they were open and he pointed to the “open” sign and said they were closed whenever he turns it off. My husband asked if he really wasn’t going to sell us food and he said no, and we could tell anyone we want.

Alyssa Hawkins: There was no manners, trashy and negligent staff. The manager wouldn’t even look me in the eye and address me directly. About there “Wi-Fi” being down and the register not working after I was more than patient with the staff about shortages on several sand which options.
Meechie: Where do i start ??.. well i came in with a subway coupon & got 3 footlongs just to get all the way to pay for it and their Credit card machine was done (which they should’ve had a sign on the door) but then to ask me if i had cash app or apple pay instead which I don’t. Felisha then insisted me to go down the street to family dollar/ruler food to use the ATM so i left and got there just to find out they didn’t have one! So i went to the the Jefferson location & told them everything and they called back to the Grand location to confirm my coupon and the lady went off on me & hanged up. Because why would i drive around looking for a ATM or pay for it at another location just to have to drive back to Grand & pick it up ??? .. Very unacceptable! Told them i was going to talk to their manager at that location and was informed that he doesn’t care so my next option is to leave a review on here for everyone to see how unprofessional they were today. Ps i would gave them 0 stars but it wouldn’t let me so yeah .

Charlie Hayner: Normally I have no problem with the service when I go, but this rating is more directed at management. To only have one employee working the store during lunchtime really speaks to how you treat your employees. I got denied service because the one employee working said she needs to close down for 20 minutes and I got denied service. Super disappointed, your location has just lost a fairly regular customer. I will find a subway that has more staff during lunch, as their employees clearly want to be there more than your store.
