Dr. Semite: Stale bread with skimpy meat portion on a $13 (plus tax) sandwich (spicy Daggett). First time I've been here since before the pandemic and I won't be going back - not like I remember AT ALL. Eovaldi's up the street waaaay better, never been disappointed.

Kyle Blankenship: Great food, and most of the staff was wonderful, except for the bearded guy who garnished and wrapped my sandwiches. He was negative and kinda rude, and probably shouldn't be someone that has to deal with customers. I watched him work with 10+ other customers and not once did he smile or have anything decent to say. Just kinda bummed me out. Otherwise a great experience and I highly recommend the food!

Rocio Flash: We have been regulars of Joe Fassi’s for at least 15 years. It is our preferred place for subs and salads/pasta combo. NOTES GO: There is an extremely rude older lady that works in there. I came in today about 2pm and i walked to the counter and said "Excuse me, im about to place an order but i need to use the restroom first. May i see the key?" Without even making eye contact she says "The code will be printed at the bottom of your receipt." I politely said im gonna place an order i just wanna use the restroom first." Which was silly to even have to explain. But she ends up giving me the KEY to the restroom. I was really looking foward to my Vegetarian sandwich. But I made the decision to go somewhere else. I come in to get food at this place pretty often. I understand that a lot of places have a "customers only" policy. I get that. But I was literally a CUSTOMER having to explain why it made sense for me not to pee on myself while ordering a sandwich. I don't plan on eating there again anytime soon.

She went out of her way to make sure I had a wonderful customer experience as well as cement me in as a returning customer with her recommendations for sandwich toppings. To be realistic, snarfs could be a “good enough” sandwich experience. BUT if you are lucky enough to go to the location when jasmine is on the clock, know that you are getting the highest quality experience with the loveliest of humans. We work long hours throughout the week and rely on Picklemans in order to provide healthier options 3-5x/week.This location is always VERY busy late at night, but when I place an order online, it's always ready within 20 mins or less. As some others have said, give yourself 15 minutes to wait--it's just the owners and maybe one other person, but they hustle pretty hard and even with long lines I've never been there more than 15 minutes or so. Now I drive from St. Charles to get a roast beef sandwich its will worth the trip. Kip is really nice and fast at the check out heading there this coming Wednsday.

Chris Medlock: We happened to find Sisters on Mothers Day. We were looking for a sandwich place to get food for a picnic at Tower Grove park. We shared a Gabagool (cold) and had 2 bags of their locally made chips. When the young man handed me the sandwich it had some weight to it. Stephanie Watson: I have been coming to this coffee shop since it opened. The coffee was always good and the food too! Unfortunately, over the past two years specifically, the older ladies that work the counter (I think they are THE sisters) have become increasingly more and more rude. They don’t smile… at anyone. Not customers or staff. They make zero attempts to be friendly. I’ve been embarrassed recently when I gave them (yet) another chance, and even brought a friend. My friend noticed too! It’s uncomfortable being in there and being glared at. The vibe in there has changed. And it’s not for the better. Too many other lovely coffee shops with staff that are happy to chat and smile and be kind.
Tara Lyman: My experience was not one of my best. Me and my sisters stop to get lunch but we only had 15 minutes before the sandwich place closed. First of the bread was not toasted right, the bacon was old, and the tomatoes even tasted funny. I will not be eating there again.

It's unfortunate that they don't sell beverages; you have to go next door to the bar, which means standing in line twice. Sidewalk seating is pleasant in the fair weather.

RM: The food at snarfs is delicious. It has been in my monthly rotation of lunch since it opened.Heres the things you should know. Order ahead it can take a very long time to get your food ordering from the counter. Secondly ive found about 25% of the time i get the wrong order and about 75% of the time something is missing from my order.The food is still good so even if you get the wrong sandwhich or missing every topping you added its still tastey. Like today my bowl of minestrone i ordered is a cup of chilli. It's still pretty awesome chilli wish it was at least the bowl size i paid for. Always suprised to see what i get in my bag!
LT Rich: When I went to Snarfs it was Thursday around 12 p.m. the customer service was good, but the wheat bread on my sandwich was very tough and there was not a lot on the sandwhich besides meat and cheese and the extra pickles I paid for. Also the fountain drinks were very nasty. They tasted normal but the aftertaste reminded me of when you get perfume in your mouth. The drink was not worth the $3 that we paid for it, in fact it should have been free. The drink alone brought the experience down by a lot.
