Jaron Black: I'm upgrading my review to a five star rating in retrospect. The main thing I would like to highlight is how the cashier was very helpful at answering my questions about whether I could order take-out and how the starter options fit my dietary needs. I didn't need to wait very long for my order to be ready (I only ordered one appetizer, so it only took five minutes) and the food was incredible. I am hoping to eat here again sometime in the future.

Jacob Brinker: I ordered the Chicken Katsu Ramen and the Spam Musubi. The spam was pretty good but the ramen was not. The broth was quite bland and the chicken was dry and kind of thick for katsu. It did not seem particularly fresh as the order was brought out to me within about 5 minutes.The inside of the restaurant was of dimly lit and smelled very fishy. Not a super pleasant place to dine in.Not worth the money as far as ramen goes. There are much better options in the same price range.

Russell Lee: What a surprise find! Amazing food. Had the karaage, black garlic tonkotsu and takoyaki. Everything came out hot and delicious. A place that I'll definitely revisit.Also surprised to find out the chef is Malaysian! Trying the curry laksa next time for sure.

E: Ordered the Calamari, Signature Ramen, and the Black Garlic Ramen. The ramen was light but flavorful. The pork on top of the ramen was extremely soft and the egg was really well done. Highly recommend the calamari, was fresh out the frier and was light and soft.

Well, this should be their slogan, “it costs more for a reason … it’s better!!” The broth, noodles, Chasu, egg - all absolutely amazing! Dan Slattery: The Nami Signature Tonkatsu ramen is highly recommended!! Super savory broth and the pork is the perfect balance of soft and crispy. Also, you have to try the bao buns. Pork or shrimp, you can't go wrong with either. I don't live anywhere near this restaurant, but I will DEFINITELY come back!

Laura Calhoun: おいしかった! This place is simply amazing. Ever since moving to STL from Japan a few months ago, I’ve been so disappointed in the “ramen” joints people have been recommending. But we stumbled upon this one and couldn’t be happier! Be prepared to wait 45 min in line but it is so worth it if you’re homesick for some authentic ramen! Can’t wait to try the tantanmen next time. Oh and they have rice vinegar if you ask for it. Maybe someday down the road they will add gyoza to the menu, and it will be heaven✌️

Single person, checked in and waited for 14 minutes.Ordered house cucumber and pork shoyu ramen.House cucumber: I liked the sweet and sour taste of rice vinegar dressed vs miso dressed the ones that are in orange colored sauce.Main course: pork shoyu, as soon as it was kept in my table. I felt the aroma is very strong. Once I started eating it I was comfortable. I could feel the freshness of the noodles and meat as well. If you are very hungry you will complete the bowl otherwise take a to go container.Drinks: They have few beers too.Place: The restaurant is very small. If you ever watched lot of food videos. Ramen places in Japan are really small and I feel like the owner kept that in mind while designing it.Parking: Roughly 20+ parkings and I think you can park roadside.Overall nice experience and I would go again.

Cody Cummings: Nudo House is my go-to for some take out ramen or Pho! I live downtown, so I can place the order, hop in the car, and it’s ready as soon as I pull up. Their selection is great, and the ingredients are always fresh. You’ve gotta try the Pho Shizzle if you want a mix of proteins and a spicy broth, but if you’re looking for a classic ramen to hit the spot, then give the o’miso spicy or the tantamen. While I usually grab this as take out, the dining room is always full of people and the big tables make it feel like a very social way to enjoy a meal.

However, much juice comes from a blueberry."Ok, so I let his slick comment slide. He could have said, what kind of juice would you like me to add because the blueberries comepre-frozen?Nevertheless, I let it go. Strike two.We receive our food. We ordered two appetizers and four rolls. We were enjoying ourselves. Five minutes passed, and we were not even 1/4 of the way finished before we received our check. Ok, strike three.We reluctantly ordered another drink before picking up cookies from a nearby establishment. The bartender begins yelling at the waiter passing by about being unable to restock his area because he has to leave. (showing off in front of his girlfriend) The waiter sounded flustered and responded that he would help him. That threw us off because, as a bartender, your responsibility is to get your area ready for the next day, and why are you yelling at a server when you still have customers at the bar? Strike four.At this point, I'm ready to go because the energy from this bartender is off-putting. To lighten the mood as we began packing, leaving, and paying. I stated that the drink was delicious. I needed a little more alcohol. Humor goes a long way. Right?The woman who is at the bar decides to comment, stating. "That's my boyfriend. I saw him make the drink, and how dare you beg for money?"Ok, now I have a rude dry bartender and his weird delusional girlfriend in cahoots with each other—a bad combination—strike 300.I wanted so badly to give this place four stars. But customer service goes a long way. Why would you put a dry, negative person in the front at the bar? They are the face of your establishment.Despite my negative review, I'm sure this is not his first time being rude to customers and staff or having his girlfriend talk irrationally to customers and running them off.Food is cool. The dude behind the bar and his girlfriend have to go. Bad for business.

Additionally, spent more time talking than taking care of customers.Cup cleaning station had only 2 sinks: cups were barely dipped in 1 clean water sink and 1 disinfectant sink (where is the soap?). Drinking water was served from the same faucet used for cleaning cups (unsanitary).Ramen noodles were undercooked. Ramen was lacking more elements typically found in a ramen (no egg for a $15 ramen?).Sushi was not above any other sushi place, especially for the price. Underwhelming experience for $100 bill.No prices on the menu? (unless you are selling seafood, please add prices).Would not recommend for unsanitary practices and average quality for price. This is coming from someone who likes to patronize local restaurants. Very dissappointing.

I came in today to give it another shot, but there are no prices on the menu, so I left without ordering. I didn’t want to bother inquiring about every item I was potentially interested in. It also just feels sketchy. Do they change their prices based on how you look? The day of the week? Who knows. It was also very dark and not very inviting inside.

Erin Bacher: Great atmosphere. We liked that it was a bit more intimate rather than completely wide open. Scooter was a great waiter and provided fantastic service. We ordered a couple of rolls as well as hot sake. We found that, compared to some other places, the options for specialty rolls lacked a little as well as they were a bit bland. However, we'd would definitely visit again and try other items on the menu.
