There was nothing that would fit the 15 year old plumbing without replacing expensive valves under the tile and under the tub itself. Theiss Plating replated our fixture and did a beautiful job for much less than we would have spent. I would recommend them to anyone that needs replating. Thanks for doing a great job.

Nabilah Furqan: They are HORRIBLE at this mall. I ordered a bracelet from them & then never heard from them again. Called up there to get an update & was told the order was never even placed. This was a gift for my niece who was about to be born & they ruined me being able to gift it to my sister at the hospital because it was supposed to be here before she was born. No communication outside of me calling. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend this location.

Maggie Carnes: Absolutely the worst customer "service" my husband and I have ever encountered. DO NOT SHOP HERE if you want an enjoyable and stress-free experience. The employees will tell you one thing, the manager Darryl says another and contradicts his employees at every turn. I don't think one person there knows what they are doing and they definitely do not care about their customers. My wedding ring was soldered together several weeks before our destination wedding- it came back to me with a missing diamond. Clearly wasn't inspected at all before handing it back to me. Had them send it back for a replacement diamond and was assured that it would be back in time before we left for our wedding. It wasn't. It was LOST IN THE MAIL on its way to the repair shop. LOST. Was notified of this about 1 day before we were set to leave. It had been delivered to someone's HOUSE instead of the repair shop. We were on the phone for days leading up to this with no answer. We heard NOTHING and had to do all the calling and contacting ourselves. They offered for us to take a ring from them on loan but we refused- no random ring can replace the one my now husband designed for me. We used silicone rings from Walmart for our ceremony and when we got back into town after having to CONSTANTLY reach out to Kay's for information on it, was told that UPS or FedEx (whatever mail carrier they use) was at fault because they delivered it to the wrong address. We eventually got the ring back, they fixed the missing diamond but were basically offered nothing for our pain and suffering. WE DID NOT HAVE THE RING ON THE ONE DAY YOU SHOULD HAVE IT. OUR WEDDING DAY. If it was inspected properly after soldering- someone would have noticed a MISSING DIAMOND in the band! Instead it ended up lost and not even fixed until a week and a half AFTER our WEDDING. RUN don't walk, AWAY from this establishment and all other Kay's, Zales and Jared stores.
Erin Cruse: Never going back to this store again. Bought a wedding ring from them and went to go take it in for a 6 month inspection, come to find out they put my wedding ring under someone else’s name. The manager handled this very unprofessionally and treated us like he didn’t believe that it was our ring. When it’s clearly under our name on our billing information and email with the receipt. They cleaned the ring but would not inspect it since it is not under my name… all I ask is for understanding and help in this situation and the manager gave us neither. Very disappointed with how this was handled and not even an apology for their mistake.

Nick Sanderson: I genuinely could not recommend the team here enough. Ajla and Rose went above and beyond to help me find the perfect ring and explore all of my financing options. When we ran into issues with my banking information, Ajla waited on the phone with the lender for over 30 minutes while Rose kept me company and assured I felt comfortable. In the end, we got everything worked out and I’m going home with a beautiful piece of jewelry. This team is the BEST!

Phillip Binger: Been going here for years have spent thousands until last week I went looking for a chain I found a 925 sterling silver cuban link vchain weighs 60.2g I thought I got a really good deal until j looked and silver is .78c a gram so your talking 60 bucks in silver and thats being generous I instantly felt like I was ROBBED also ONLY CERTAIN DIAMONDS ARE CERTIFIED all others under 8 or 9 thousand the un certified ones are "lab crafted" ok so w that being said they also state 30 days return at any time I took the chain back and was told they did NOT have enough money to return it under 500.00 354 to be exact......so it is not return any time bc they will issue a "check" which takes about 2 weeks KAY JEWELERS IS A RIP OFF AND JARED AND ZALES ARE ALL OWNED BY SAME COMPANYBUYER BEWARE
Angel Marie: Was given jewelry from Kays that I get inspected here. Staff is always nice. Will say the one time I wanted to get something from here they basically pulled out and iPad and had be look on their website. So that was a bit of a let down cause I could’ve done that at home.

My diamond has came out twice already which I barely hit it on anything and asked them to fix it in the being to make sure it was tight and this wouldn't happen. Well it did. I went in on Tuesday with the store manager and I guess her assistant saying I can do a trade up or exchange and did not explain that I would have to basically buy a whole new ring. What is a trade or exchange if you have to purchase a whole new ring? Learn to explain better to customers as I'm very unhappy and I'm sure they won't fix it correctly again.

Lisa: I purchased a Levian sapphire necklace in June of 2019 after being told that they had amazing customer service and made really great quality products - and they ought to because $$$. Less than a year later and after no significant trauma to the necklace, the chain had stretched out so much that I could slip it off over my head and the pendant hung down inside of every v-neck shirt. I took it up to Kay’s and the manager Amy promised she’d figure something out to fix it - I was even willing to buy a new LeVian chain. She sent it to them and they were going to charge me $220 for a new chain, I approved this and they told me I could come pick it up. When I got there, LeVian had sent it back without the new chain. At this point I had been waiting two months. Amy said she would replace the necklace and was extremely accommodating. After a few hurdles, broken necklaces, and shipping delays, I got a brand new necklace with a perfect chain. All thanks to Amy. She was so nice and apologetic through this ordeal. It took 4 months, but I have a brand new beautiful necklace! I highly recommend Kay’s and Amy.
Stanley Johnson: The service was excellent. The staffer who waited on us was professional and friendly. He went the extra mile in trying to find the ring we wanted. The ring was not at that location, so he searched for the store that had it. It was sent to the South County location and I received a call the next day informing me it was in. I got it a few days later. The staff on duty when I got there were equally friendly and professional. This was the second time we got a ring from that location. It will not be the last.

If you're not going to be open, please update your website and save people from making multiple trips to see if you're open. Remove the signs from your store as well.
E S: Worst quality products on the market. I bought a bracket for $400 and it broke in less then 30 days, they then sent it out to get fixed and it broke again a few months later. I also bought a neckless for $500 which also broke in less then half a year. The managers didn’t want to fix it only if I payed extra. Not worth it for the trash products they produce. They will never having my business again, I’ll be getting a wedding ring else where.
Max Andrews: Terrible, deceitful place, if I could leave 0 stars I would. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. They conned my son into a year long payment plan that will almost double the price of the item he bough. Even after asking questions that definitely would’ve stopped the buying process, the worker brushed it off and said something to distract him from what was actually going on. Then upon trying to return it, they examined the watch heavily for at least 10 minutes. There is no transparency or customer care at this establishment unless you are giving them money.

The man that is the assistant general manager who came in from another location on 5-18-2023 was making inappropriate comments on my outfit and he was saying that I was taking money from him. Extremely unprofessional considering I just spent 6,000 dollars at that store. He wasn’t polite and was overall a horrible person and does not need to be working in customer service. Least of all for Kay a place where my family and I have always loved shopping from. I am considering returning everything I bought as a gift and never giving them my business again.

The only thing that didn't make this absolutely perfect is that the company had to switch out my old diamond and replace it is because they chipped it. But once again they was honest and fixed it. steve lough: I’d give zero stars if I could. Cassie was wonderful up there however the manager, Celina is not. To start with we purchased a wedding ring and band from Kay. We have had nothing but problems with them. They are both “the Leo.” The diamond in the inside of the ring has fallen out 3 times now. The ring has been in for service 3+ times. When looking at it now it’s not even round. Celina tried telling my fiancé and I as well as her mother that over time after wearing it that it will become out of round. The ring isn’t even ten months old now and she has only been wearing it for about eight. The latest time we picked it up and it’s still not round and also the scratched the inside terribly. The pictures I’ve provided were just taken and we picked it up just a couple hours ago. I tried to get them as clear as possible but this isn’t right. I wouldn’t suggest anyone go there. Nobody should have to deal with this. We’re about 100 days from our wedding now and who knows when they will make this right.

When we arrived there was a sign on the door that stated “will be back at 12:30” at the time we arrived, it was 12:15. We stood outside of the door to observe the sign and noticed someone in the store, we thought that they might be on lunch so we did not disturb him. We decided to wait the 15 minutes in our Vehicle. Before we even got in the car we observed the employee remove the sign from the door and add another sign stating “will be back at 1:30”. Obviously, we did not stay an additional hour, so we decided to go to Jared instead! And boy did we get a great deal! Thank you so much Cindy from Jared for taking such great care of us!
