Maggie McDermott: Alexander, Logan, and Jolena were all so incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! We went during the Memorial Day sale and they had mimosas and pastries available while shopping which Logan quickly offered us, which made the experience even more fun. Despite the store being busy, all 3 of the team working made themselves available to help us and answer any questions we had. The store was clean, organized, and had such a calm but fun atmosphere. I was also able to stack my birthday discount with the Memorial Day sale discounts which surprised me! Great location, great staff.

Natural Soaps: The store manager, Tony at Lovisa Galleria is a phony and a fake and a disgrace to all Store Managers. He doesn’t train his workers properly and they look overworked when they are there. They don’t even know how to do refunds or ear piercings after months of working there. I spoke to one and she makes minimum wage and the workers get an average of 7 hours per week and he changes those 7 hours every week so they can’t even have a consistent schedule. How can they support themselves on such low hours and low pay. It’s really sad for all of them.

Corrine Loeffler: Shopping with niece at west county mall store. When we went to register to purchase a headband and earrings the total was significantly higher than expected. Clerk stated oh our prices went up but we have not changed the price tags yet. Corporate won’t let us remove the items until priced correct so we go by price in computer. The price on tag was 20.99 and the register price was 24.99!! This is bait and switch tatic. The two clerks continued their discussion about their outfits for dates and said there was nothing they could do about the price that the computer was correct price. Left with upset niece without headband.

I put the earring in and immediately have a reaction. And now my ear is bleeding. Luckily it is not infected but lying just to make a sale is not worth it
