The people are always so nice and helpful + they seem to actually enjoy being there (which can’t be said about all UPS Stores). I actually have another location closer to my home but I specifically utilize this one because of how friendly everyone is. And even though it’s street parking, I can always find a spot!
DeVona Lenard: I just walked out of this store & I had to write a review. I don’t come here often mostly for Amazon returns, but this store has the best customer service in the city. The line was out the door but that goes to show how good the are & it took less than 5 minutes to get in & out.
May Lin: The staff at this UPS store are friendly and efficient nine times out of 10. If there's a line, the staff will usually try to address those in the back of the line to let them know that they'll be helped shortly.

Dron: I went to this location yesterday for my Amazon return on a television. The two women that were working the register were rude and nasty. This is my first time doing a return on something like this, so I really didn't know the basis. Instead of them telling me AT FIRST that I needed to cancel the first pickup from home(I missed the pickup), they coldly told me that they can't do anything about my return. So me and my mother called Amazon. My mom was with me. They gave us the shipping bar code and everything was taken care of. The attitudes of these women were horrible. Although one lady did offer to help us but by that time Amazon picked up the phone and helped. Although this store is closer to my home, I would never do business with this location again.

Andrew Rapp: This is my goto place downtown for shipping and printing. I've been here a few dozen times and I've always had an excellent experience.
Alexander Davis: I worked with a FedEx Employee named Margaret (I believe). She was very unwelcoming and rude. I was a little uncomfortable with the passport renewal process and I was using the "Rush My Passport" service for the first time. She made me feel like I didn't know what I was doing, and whenever I showed her screenshots of the FedEx website and the instructions, she dismissed it. She almost charged me for postage despite already having a FedEx Label printed off. When the FedEx envelope was slightly damaged, and I requested another one due to the sensitivity of my passport, she became angry, and threw the envelope at me, and stormed into the background, assumingly where the manager was. I live next to this location, it's walking distance. I was very excited to have to this as my new FedEx home, however, after how they have treated me, I doubt I will ever return to this location. I understand I may have not been the most "savvy" when it came to the passport process, however, there was no reason for the employee to act this aggressive towards me. They were not busy. There was one other person in the store browsing, and there were 3 FedEx employees working.
Daniel Anderson: Everyone at this location is immensely helpful! I never have a long wait in line, they always greet you when you walk in (and a genuine greeting, not the pre-programmed welcome you'd get at, say, a Moe's). Getting packages delivered to my apartment can sometimes be challenge, so having my FedEx deliveries held at this location just make my life easier, and enjoying coming here makes a HUGE difference!! Thank ya'll for everything you do!

Only 2 other customers were served before I decided to leave, with more waiting behind me. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

This happened two days in a row. 4 phone reps were absolutely useless so I finally went in person as they opened as I'm self employed and my cell phone has my TTY program so I can communicate with my clients (I'm HoH). I kept being lied to by reps about what had happened and finally gave up and went in person.While the experience overall was absolutely terrible, the manager (I'll update with her name when I get it later) was AMAZING. It was busy, they were loading trucks, they'd just opened. I was only there because I am desperate. She still went out of her way and took the time to find the package instead of making me come back. She was great and was the first of 5 FedEx employees to actually provide info and help.

I was able to get my poster printed in a short amount of time and it is exactly the way I wanted and the quality of the figures on the poster are really good. Clinton Hunter: This store is unprofessional. The charge to send Amazon packages back, Amazon pays for some returns. The charge for tape too. None of the other UPS stores charge for tape. I will not be back there.

Base Less: Long time and loyal customer. I got my first box when the store was at Clock Tower as a Mailbox, Etc. They moved to their New Halls Ferry location, and I stayed with them, even with a change of management, I still get great and friendly service there. For those who cannot or do not want to receive packages at their residence, I highly recommend getting a UPS Store private mailbox. One stop, and I get everything at once.
