dennis hamon: My shipment delivery date has been changed 4 times. Ending with today. Between 10 and 2 I'm told. I wait to run errands until delivery comes. After waiting past the delivery time they move it again. Never using you again.You have wasted my entire day again.I will also never buy from anyone who uses you. You are absolutely useless.Dennis Hamon... customer lost!!!

monoXcide: SLOW!!!! I understand you're short handed, but it doesn't help when the lobby is out the door with people and you don't take it as a hint that you need to hurry the hell up! The lobby wouldn't be lined out the door if there wasn't just minimal effort being put into checking the packages in and labeling them at a sloth's pace. The only person that was in and out was the Imos delivery driver. Yes! To add insult to injury Imos was delivered! We see that the priorities are NOT serving the customers here. Time is money and if you waste one then you're wasting the other. I was 4th in line and waited an hour and a half before I walked out. Only 2 other customers were served before I decided to leave, with more waiting behind me. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
Deep Chatterjee: This seems like a central facility. Lots of parking. We made an error in address in one of our mails when dropping off. We realized it right after. The person at the facility brought out our mail and redid the address, which was nice.

Trent Whitham: Said they attempted my delivery but never actually attempted. No doorbell ring, no truck outside, no anything. Customer service isn't a great deal of help either, can't even call the STL center. All customer service could do is "contact the center and delivery driver to reattempt today". If it was stolen, we know damn well they won't.
Heather Hill: Waited for 15 minutes to be told my package had been sent back to the shipper. The issue wasn't as much with the store, but the drivers that "attempted " delivery but never called, like my delivery instructions stated to.

Flynn: My package wound up marked delivery attempted despite the fact it absolutely was not. This happened two days in a row. 4 phone reps were absolutely useless so I finally went in person as they opened as I'm self employed and my cell phone has my TTY program so I can communicate with my clients (I'm HoH). The package got put in a back room and never made it to the truck. I kept being lied to by reps about what had happened and finally gave up and went in person.While the experience overall was absolutely terrible, the manager (I'll update with her name when I get it later) was AMAZING. It was busy, they were loading trucks, they'd just opened. I was only there because I am desperate. She still went out of her way and took the time to find the package instead of making me come back. She was great and was the first of 5 FedEx employees to actually provide info and help.

Lucinda Hamilton: The employees are great! Very friendly and helpful. You can ship and pick up packages here. We wanted to ship something but didn't realize we needed shipping materials. They helped us locate empty boxes and bubble wrap. They put everything together and secured it with extra cardboard and tape. The employees are truly amazing! Highly recommend this place.

Not only did they watch me struggle with a very heavy package without offering any sort of assistance, they refused to take my Amazon return because magically today they stopped taking them, even though I’ve been here before and they told me that they don’t like to take Amazon packages because people take too long pulling them up on their phone but since I had mine ready to go it wasn’t a problem. I absolutely believe this guy lied to me so he didn’t have to take my heavy box.

Daniel Passer: Terrible service. UPS sent my medication back to the pharmacy without notifying me and now I’m out of important medication. They never notified me when it was delivered to the so called ‘access point’ and then sent it back. I went to the main office and somebody there told me to ‘do an intercept’ and I wasted two hours of my life dealing with UPS and their moronic forms and employees just to be told several days later that ‘intercepts’ are only something that can be done shipper side. Nothing but absolute incompetence you’d be better off sending your packages by horseback.

I have spoken with their customer service, they can’t hold it at a pickup location for me and won’t redeliver until Monday, when I won’t be home (it’s signature required..) customer service just keeps saying they have requested local dispatching to call me back but no one ever calls.An absolute joke.
