Jordan Landeck: This specific UPS Store has the BEST customer service of them all! The people are always so nice and helpful + they seem to actually enjoy being there (which can’t be said about all UPS Stores). I actually have another location closer to my home but I specifically utilize this one because of how friendly everyone is. And even though it’s street parking, I can always find a spot!
DeVona Lenard: I just walked out of this store & I had to write a review. I don’t come here often mostly for Amazon returns, but this store has the best customer service in the city. The line was out the door but that goes to show how good the are & it took less than 5 minutes to get in & out.
May Lin: The staff at this UPS store are friendly and efficient nine times out of 10. If there's a line, the staff will usually try to address those in the back of the line to let them know that they'll be helped shortly.
Tendo Nalyaali: Bri is an incredible employee. I had two other people/ kids honestly who were supposed to help me first and they were just really rude and immature and then there was Bri. Please please please give Bri a raise and recognition, when I come back if she’s not helping, I’m not doing business because honestly she’s been the only adult there capable of solid business.

yaya hey: I must show my respect to those hard working UPS staff,I mailed a mail on Dec 15 to Denver,and the return mail happened to meet the “bomb cyclone” and Christmas holiday,I was expecting getting this rush mail after Christmas holidays since the tracking system showed delay possible,but unexpectedly,I received the return mail on Christmas Eve noon,thank you the whole UPS team being so helpful,the return mail was delivered couple of days before the estimated date,No words can express my gratitude,thank you UPS!

Dron: I went to this location yesterday for my Amazon return on a television. The two women that were working the register were rude and nasty. This is my first time doing a return on something like this, so I really didn't know the basis. Instead of them telling me AT FIRST that I needed to cancel the first pickup from home(I missed the pickup), they coldly told me that they can't do anything about my return. So me and my mother called Amazon. My mom was with me. They gave us the shipping bar code and everything was taken care of. The attitudes of these women were horrible. Although one lady did offer to help us but by that time Amazon picked up the phone and helped. Although this store is closer to my home, I would never do business with this location again.

Dropped the claim when I called them out on it. 2. Tried to give me someone else's package with same last name, claiming the sender had misspelled my name. Not secure, predatory, do not use!!!
Clinton Hunter: This store is unprofessional. The charge to send Amazon packages back, Amazon pays for some returns. The charge for tape too. None of the other UPS stores charge for tape. I will not be back there.

Base Less: Long time and loyal customer. I got my first box when the store was at Clock Tower as a Mailbox, Etc. They moved to their New Halls Ferry location, and I stayed with them, even with a change of management, I still get great and friendly service there. For those who cannot or do not want to receive packages at their residence, I highly recommend getting a UPS Store private mailbox. One stop, and I get everything at once.
Alysia Brown: Horrible customer service. Was left outside in the cold while worker stayed on phone. Store hours state opened at 8:30am. Was there st 8:45 am and still would not open the door. I will not be returning. I deserve to be treated better.

Sharron Parchmon: This store is unorganized and has VERY POOR customer service. They lost my package and stated that I waited too late to come get it. I came the day my packaged was delivered and was told to come back because they didn’t see it. It’s been a week and my package has yet to be found.
Sydney Smith: The Asian woman working up front has horrible customer service. I will be filing a complaint. The way she treated us was horrible. She refused to sell us a box and told us that our package wasn’t going to be shipped even if we purchased a box at another location. She lied and said that only the earth city location does the returns. This is a blatant lie. She simply didn’t want to do the work. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully by an employee and if she was in another neighborhood dealing with a different clientele her attitude would be totally different.

Frank F Kling: Of the various UPS stores where I have done business, none can compare to the UPS Store on Tesson Ferry. The owner, Cal, makes certain the store runs like a well-oiled machine. In addition, the staff are always professional and courteous.
Joe Brown: Very unfriendly. I had an Amazon return that was in the shipping box that just needed to be taped shut. This UPS store wanted to charge me to package the box. It only needed a strip of tape… I much prefer using kohl’s for my Amazon returns. I won’t be coming back to this location. It really gives a bad impression for the UPS and Amazon brands.

David Johnson: I showed up on Saturday, March 11th between 2:55 and 3 pm to find the door locked despite it not being 3 pm and there were 3 people at the front counter just looking at me, while standing and doing nothing. After a good minute of me looking back at them and tapping my wrist, i pulled out my phone, preparing to call ups customer support and only then did one of them finally come to the door, ask if my package had a label already and (thankfully i had an amazon qr code) and he then reluctantly took the return. Im guessing if I had had no label, I would have been turned away. I try not to show up that close to closing time unless i have to, but life happens sometimes and this package was urgent. I can understand not wanting to serve someone in a restaurant that's about to close with the extra cleanup involved, but in this case, I already had a qr code, but even if I hadn't, i work in a warehouse and I use ups shipping software daily. Its not that hard to take an extra minute to enter an already packed box into the system. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the employee did take my package instead of turning me away. Question to the owner: Is it standard procedure to lock your doors 5 minutes before close with 3 employees just standing at the counter and staring at customers needing to drop off last minute?Update, reply to owner: To owner, if the locks are automatic, then your clocks are off by a few minutes. My phone read 257 pm when i was about to call customer support. So either your clocks are off, or the tmobile towers are off. In any case, Im not a fan of being treated like I am doing something wrong when i show up during business hours. And I know when I am being called a liar like I am pretty sure you just did. But dont worry. I wont show up so close to close again, and it wont be at your store. Ill go to Gravois. And FYI, I had planned to come earlier, but I got held up by something. I am downgrading to 1 star.

Sam Kadera: I went to return an Amazon Package, I put everything in the box and did not tape it. I was unaware, but I saw a sign that said I could pay $1 for it to be packed. I was unaware because at Kohls it doesnt need to be taped. ANYWAYS.. The lady at the register very rudely said oh do you see that, pointing at "customer packed", do you see that right there, nope its right there it says customer packed. I was unaware to tape it prior but the lady was very rude to me in front of everyone.. I wont be back

Caroline Renfro: Not only could I not return my item through amazon, which could have been more Amazon’s issue than UPS; but the man who worked there was super inconsiderate of a mom with a child. My 3 year old was looking at the cards while I tried to figure out why my return would not work and he told me to “please watch her, she is messing up all the cards.” She was looking at one card from the display.
Stephanie Akridge: This place was WAY better when Rick worked here… I came in this morning to return an Amazon purchase and was told they couldn’t send it back because it was unpackaged, which is incorrect. I’ve been to this location multiple times and returned stuff and they package the items themselves. This is the same process at kohls as well. When I told the worker that I’ve done this before, his response was “that isn’t true”. Don’t give this location your business…In response to owner reply,I know that Amazon accepts two types, but the person didn’t even offer to look at the code on my phone. So how would they know what type of return this is? Once I came back home, I reviewed the return instructions and it specifically says “do not box or label your return”
sunkara madhuri: Very good experience. I needed to notarized some documents almost nearing to store closing time. But store manager helped me notarized the documents with out being angry. They were kind and helped me sort out my paper work before taking money and closing the store. With out that my documentation would have been delayed for immigration. Thanks a lot sir.

Eric Deisner: I would like EVERYONE to know that this is the BEST UPS store in St. Louis. Not only are the staff extremely helpful, but they are also very knowledgable. I interacted with a few members of the staff recently. ALL were very courteous and professional. The main employee with whom I interacted was a gentleman named, Rick. Rick helped us to recover some critical items that we had recently left behind on a vacation. The service was beyond excellent. The time it took to successfully retrieve our precious items (kids' favorite pillows!) was fantastic. Rick took care of everything very quickly and provided us with everything we needed to keep updated on the package. We now sleep much more comfortably due directly to Rick and this UPS store. If you're needing UPS, I highly recommend using this particular location! THANK YOU, Rick and evryone up at UPS @ Tesson Ferry Road!
