Jackie Davis: Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I am greeted warmly every time I come in! They always inform me about the promotions they have- especially the clearance section. I LOVE that section. There's always such selection, even on bras and panties!
Shawn E: It caters to plus-sized women. I first saw this store online while browsing for swimming suits/dresses. Personnel was very helpful and I managed to find something I liked and it was 40% off! The prices were a little high for me, but in this case, it was worth it.

Kim brought me clothes to the fitting room and checked in with me to see how the sizes were working and she really made me feel special. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and I appreciate how genuine she was. Dria helped me at the register and was very helpful in explaining the rewards and assisting me with signing up for a credit card that Kim had suggested signing up for. They also let me know I would receive a reward since it was my birthday. 5/5 stars from us, we will absolutely return to this location. Thank you ladies for your amazing customer service!

gab con: i don’t recommend working here, they refuse to acknowledge when you quit so you don’t get any benefits. The work environment is miserable hence why they’re so understaffed. also, there was a bedbug in one of the shipment boxes so beware shopping here!
Destroy All Lines: This place is disgusting and the employee Judith is extremely rude and trashy. Just look at the place.

I do wish their sizes went above 2X, since the blazers I tried on were rather small for a 2X. Also, the fitting rooms were closed.

I've seen lots of different employees there over the past 10 years and my experience tonight was a great one! I was greeted as I walked in, by several employees (which is usually not the case for me) and it was close to time for them to close but I never felt rushed at all. Anna is the one who checked me out and she was soo incredibly sweet and such a breath of fresh air! She greeted me with a smile, made small talk during the transaction, and got me on my way. I got to my car and saw her run out of the store looking for me because I forgot to grab my small bag with sunglasses in it. She flagged me down and brought my sunglasses to me and I cannot express enough how grateful I was for that extra gesture to ensure my experience was great! I hope Anna is there next time I shop!😀

Veronica Guerrero: Hello,My name is Veronica Guerrero I was recently at your store rainbow store #01173, this was my fourth visit and I had just such a great experience my prior visits were really bad that's why I wouldn't visit you I live about 30 minutes from the location I live in Town & Country St Louis Missouri and I really like your Styles and pricing is amazing but I was hesitant because the last time I was here I asked a simple question about a style and the girl yelled at me everyone at the store seem so bitter and rude however this time it was an amazing experience I was trying on some shoes and your associate, Luisa @gravoisplaza came over and told me to try both on she encouraged me to keep looking if they didn't fit right she was so sweet and really cared about how I felt in them, she was very engaging I told her I had a upcoming trip to California and she even helped me pick out a couple more outfits I had never had that experience at your store and to put the cherry on top your associate Ota @graviosplaza checked me out she had the sweetest smile and ask me about my experience and then she had a friendly conversation with me if you guys keep this up believing you will see me again with company my friends love fashion and a good deal. The deals are good the fashion is great but your customer service today was outstanding and that's what really sold me thank you!

Kitty Conroy: Remember when customer service was a priority for the retail industry? Well Lane Bryant has not forgotten this concept. Incredible staff at the South County location! They are knowledgeable, listen and care about your needs and wants regarding what brought you into the store for the day, and best of all check to see how you are doing after you have started to try things on. Very respectful if you don't need anything or there to assist if you need different sizes or similar products. For me the prices can be a little high, but the quality of the clothes is excellent and I shop when there are sales or I have received a great coupon via email. Plus I love how the styles are current and not just a bunch of frocks that someone thinks is good enough for larger ladies. Curvy ladies rock and so does Lane Bryant!
Julie Kastner: I love going to the Mall in South County. Brittany is one of the sweetest sales clerks I have ever met. I had lost over 50 pounds and hadn't change bras in years and I went there and she was so good at helping me figure out what bra would work for me. Didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. She was willing to go get different kind of bras for me to try on and she was there to tell me whether she thought they looked good or not.

They've helped me with returns, to find the best fitting bra, and to help me find pieces that compliment my body shape and style.By far my favorite store bc of their collection, but also this location specifically is amazing. Always clean.And I also have a medical condition that is triggered by heat and changing rooms usually are so hot for me from all the movement. I relayed this casually to a worker, just commenting on the heat (nit a complaint, just conversation) and she put me in a dressing room that had a fan in it!! I can't say enough how much that means and how much more comfortable that made me as I tried on things.I don't know everyone's name, but I'm 99% sure I've met all the employees by now and have never once had a negative issue.

Dina Wilson: The staff was friendly and helpful and explained the fitting room regulations clearly. (Only 1 time in per customer with up to 15 items)I needed new swimsuits and was disappointed at first at the small selection. Sizes were limited, and not all of the tops had matching bottoms in stock. Luckily I was able to mix and match a couple cute sets (thank God there were some black bottoms in my size!) And was pleased that they all qualified for the 40% off sale!This was definitely a better experience than trying to find decent swimsuits at Walmart, but I wish there had been a few more options.
Just Elle: Went in there today to kill some time. I purchased two items. From the time I walked in I got greeted by everyone that worked there. The store is clean. The staffs customer service is wonderful and they told me about all the deals which I always knew about because I am an avid torrid shopper.

Brittney Lowe: One of the worst services I have ever had in a torrid store. A friend of mine asked for a sweater that was on display, we were told there was only one and the employee pointed to it. Shouldn't the employee showed where the item is? I had to return to one of the 4 employees standing around and ask about the sweater because my friend wanted it. After asking the employee didn't see pleased that we bothered her to look at the item. This store had 4 workers on the floor tonight and not asked if we were finding everything okay. I had to ask for a bra size check on the bra wall. The size was out but did the employee offer to order it? I would have left spending more money than I did. I also had to ask for a fitting room. If I didn't even need the bras I bought, I would have left completely and took my mpney somewhere else. There might be a pandemic outside but that doesn't mean don't tend to your customers.
