QI LI: I believe Maplewood Dmv was the most professional place for processing driver license in St. Louis. This week I drove my friends to Maplewood Dmv twice for renewing their driver license. On Monday, they help one of my friend to renew her driver license efficiently. Today I brought my roommate who has similar situation with my friend to here for No real ID driver license renewal. But the lady who in charge of my roommate's driver license renewal today was extremely rude and sarcastic. They refused to help my friend renew her license and demanded us to contact the Jefferson public line ourselves. And then I brought my roommate to south Kingshighway license office, the lady there only took 10mins for finishing her driver license renewal after knowing our situation.

I've never had to change my name on my license before, so I read every line of the MO Driver's License website so I was clear on what I needed. The worst is waiting in line and being told you don't have everything you need. This is exactly what happened to me today. I told her what was online and even pulled up the site. Instead of being understanding of the miscommunication, she was extremely short, on edge and dismissive of me. It also seems like he attitude was a complete waste of time because she still issued me a new driver's license. What a shame. I'm not going out of my way to be treated poorly ever again.
Wesley Hastings: Waited 2 hours yesterday for a license renewal, had to leave due to work. Waited 2 hours again today and when I finally got called the woman was the rudest person I've ever interacted with at a business. Responded extremely rudely when I asked how long a Real ID was valid for, then raised her voice at me when I politely tried to ask a question about qualifying mail for the Real ID, told me to "stop being hostile, Jesus..." 0/10 worst experience possible. Find a different DMV in the area, trust me.

I was pretty shocked to receive such personalized service. I texted her back letting her know I’d be there right at closing time. Lauren was actually waiting at the door for me when I came by to pick them up. This place is the best and Lauren is the greatest❣️

As a newcomer to the United States, I expected to be treated with respect and understanding, but unfortunately, the staff at this office demonstrated the complete opposite.Upon entering the office, I was met with a cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. The employees appeared disinterested and lacked basic courtesy. I approached one of the staff members with a question, hoping for some assistance, but their response left me feeling even more frustrated and disheartened.Being new to the country, I was not familiar with the imperial system of measurement used in the United States. When I asked the staff member to provide me with the conversion of my height and weight from centimeters and kilograms to inches and pounds, I was met with a harsh and dismissive response. Instead of offering help or understanding, I was reprimanded for not already knowing this information, with the staff member emphasizing that I was in the United States now.The lack of empathy and unwillingness to provide any assistance was shocking. I had simply intended to check some information using Google, as any reasonable person would do in today's digital age. However, instead of offering any guidance or understanding, the staff member's disrespectful behavior continued to escalate.To add insult to injury, when I attempted to show them a bill with my apartment address for verification purposes, I was abruptly cut off and asked to leave. It was an unnecessary and unjust reaction, considering I was only seeking help and clarification.My experience at this office left me feeling not only mad but also deeply saddened. As a newcomer to the United States, I had hoped for a warm welcome and a positive experience with the people here. Puskar Bhattarai: The worst ever DMV experience ever. I recently moved here from another state. Just to switch to the Missouri title, I went there 5 times. They don't give the information about the documents properly. When asked, they present you a piece of paper and when asked some questions for clarifications, the lady in the counter keeps on yelling " Everything is right there on the paper". I have never seen such rude behavior by any staff anywhere in the US. Right to information is violated there coz you can't get the information clearly there.

I went to 4628 Kingshighway DMV, they issued the permit within 10mins on the basis of same documents which Lindell road DMV didn’t accept. This office should shut down for their unethical performance. They never answer the phone calls too. I’m giving 1 star as there’s no option for zero. PATHETIC
Harshad Ingle: Definitely, the WORST DMV office in the city. The staff is extremely rude, insensitive and you'd be lucky to get a straight answer from them for anything. You are better off going to another DMV office in the county, especially if you are an immigrant this DMV office does a fantastic job to make you super uncomfortable and not shy away from making rude comments. The city will be blessed if this office is shut down!!

Ulysses Smith: This place is full of incompetent people. I came in for a drive away permit and the lady literally said I needed the car registered in my name first. Like if you just think about that for two seconds that means I wouldn’t need the permit! People are really letting brainless individuals work in government facilities and have the nerve to argue with you. Thank god the manager at least fixed the situation but I would’ve wasted thousands of dollars depending on those idiots. 🤦🏽‍♂️

Their procedures for getting people in and out are effective and they always strive to make things better. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area who needs the services of a DMV. Gayle Mofilco: The staff at this office are outstanding! They were clearly understaffed on a Saturday morning (June 3, 2003), yet they were efficient, courteous and very helpful to a handicapped woman who had been called before me. I promised them a good review because they are awesome.
B.J. Duke: Today 6/2/23 these people were rock stars in the face of misinformed and unprepared customers and of course it was not the customers fault but the DMV team. This is a thankless and high pressure position and environment that they function in and no wonder staff get burnt out. The hourly rate $18.50 should starting pay and employees can only grow. SHAME ON MISSOURI CITIZENS! GROW UP AND SHOW SOME COMPASSION AND GRATITUDE.
Michelle Collignon: AMAZING! Eyrene, Veronica and Jessica are the BEST! No one wants to go to the DMV. However, with these three ladies it was wonderful! I bought a brand new car and the dealership put my address incorrectly on my Title Application. Veronica was so kind and told me exactly what I needed. She also put me back in the queue since they were extremely busy.I had to go back to the dealership and get new paperwork.When I came back, Eyrene took care of me right away. She not only took excellent care of me, she was so nice and pleasant.I know it can’t be easy working at the dmv. There were crabby customers and all three ladies had respectful customer service to each customer.Eyrene gave me great news! Since my address was incorrect, when she did correct it she told meI was getting $600 back because of the address change being in a different area.I can’t say enough about these three ladies. I know being short staffed and constantly busy is not easy to maintain excellent customer service. These three are such a breath of fresh air at the dmv.

Don Sextro: Time to renew D/L and so I arrived around 2 pm. yesterday. Registered for spot in line on the computer screen as I entered office, its a little under the radar, but it turns out to be pretty ez. Expected a wait but was surprised by delightful staffer who was joking & pleasant. We completed all checks & eye tests in about 10 mins. Wait was 1:30 but didn't seem as long with first class treatment. Highly recommend this office!

Erin C: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I sat for an hour to wait my turn after only having one employee working. She kept telling people how they have no employees. Finally when it was my turn she lied to me when I asked if a plate renewal or transfer was cheaper and she said renewal. Later I find out that was a lie. She then refused me after I told her I didn't have my most recent personal property tax receipt. Turns out I don't need it if I'm transferring but she failed to tell me that. Oakville office earned my business. They have several people working and even a person at the door checking your paperwork before you sit and wait. Only waited 15 minutes there. Also they might have more employees if they paid more than $12 an hour. White Castle pays more than that.............

I felt like if I have to keep this picture for 3-6 years it's least let me see if I want the picture or for him to take another picture.
