Tyler Robinson: I'm particularly picky on pants and how they fit. Patrick was awesome in helping me understand the process over the phone and Manny worked with me in store trying on different sizes and fits until we found the perfect one. They also provided information on businesses Bonobos partners with in the area for alterations. Pants came super fast. I must say, I am very pleased. Will be buying a pant in every color I want.
Marcia McCabe: Doug was tremendously helpful to my son, who will soon be graduating from college. Doug expertly sized my son for different types and styles of clothing, and provided many tips on dressing for different professional situations. Clothing at this store is great for young professionals- very nice quality and not too expensive. Recommend this shop most highly!

Drew Hahn: I stopped in to this Bonobos while visiting from Southern California hoping to elevate my wardrobe. I know VERY little about clothes and style...luckily, Mr. Doug was here to get me set up. I tried on a plethora of choices, Doug worked with me on sizing and fit for a lot of the items. Needless to say, my wardrobe has been updated and looking slick. Now, I can order new clothes and all of my sizing is on file! I would recommend this experience to most everyone, especially if you're stylistically challenged. Thanks Doug Ong!
Kevin Ford: Absolutely with out a doubt the very best men's suiting store in St.Louis. Amazing attention to design and details. Impeccable services from the staff. Is it expensive? Yes, but it's the BEST.
Edward: Ordered a jacket in the store. Looked nice. FedEx lost it. Bonobos hasn't responded to emails or phone calls about the lost jacket and I can't get a refund, now I'm out $150 and I have no way of getting my jacket. The number to the store goes straight to voicemail and the 800 number they left hangs up automatically. Pretty bad service. I'd say skip it, unless you like throwing money away.

Scott Sandler: East West is a critical store in St. Louis, They’re ahead of the curve in men’s fashion. I buy a lot of my clothes there. Roy and Trevor are on the pulse and know what’s happening in New York, LA, London and Tokyo. You’ll walk out of there looking better than when you came in. Yeah, good clothes made in the USA, or in a non sweatshop environment are going to be more expensive. Support this shop and pay a little more. These clothes will last you a lifetime.

Price a little high but have been going there for about 3 yrs and never disappointed. You will find things you don' t see elsewhere. Also good for all age groups since a mix of traditional and new styles. It's worth it to go by.

To be able to come to a store in the Midwest and get a taste of the east and west coast clothing market makes this place a true gem! Ive ordered a few custom suits from them and the first was a beautiful tuxedo for my wedding. I wasn't happy with a small detail about it and they sent it back and reordered a new suit free of charge. The quality and service of this store is unbeatable.

David Kraemer: I no longer needed a suit order that I placed and naught and wanted a refund. I called the office over 3 times to get a refund issue but was told they will discuss with the manager. I eventually had to email the support email to address the issue. Customer service is below par. Would not recommend.

I ordered a custom Suit Supply suit from a Canadian location for my brother’s wedding in St. Louis. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the suit pants, but the St. Louis store was able to save the day. They put a new pair of pants on hold for me, did a rush sizing the day before the wedding, and had it tailored the next day (morning of the wedding). The manager also went out of his way to help get my refund processed from the Suit Supply in Canada. They truly went above and beyond! And the suit looks great…

Pamela Howard: My son had a horrible experience here. He bought a suit was told to go up a size in pants and they would alter them to fit. When he picked up his suit they refused to let him try it on. He was told if it wasn’t right they couldn’t fix it in time anyway .He got home and put on the pants they had been hemmed but not altered. Would not recommend this company.

The store has a long relationship with an alteration shop on the same block so it is easy to get everything to fit just right. This is a family owned business, one that I am proud to support. I will definitely be bringing my dad here to be outfitted for my wedding.

Olivia Schulte: Incredibly rude and short with my fiancé on 12/14/22 (I was present for this interaction). He was picking up a suit for his friend’s wedding. The larger older man from the get go was rude, being really snippy while asking questions. When my fiancé repeatedly told him it was his final fitting, he cut him off and said “well you’re way past that point. You have 30 days from pick up to get it tailored. You’re way past that point and we had messaged you in November.” When they left my fiancé the message, they did not specify how long he had to get it tailored. On top of that, both of his parents died 4 days apart at the beginning of December, following being in the hospital since end of November. There was no way for this man to know this, however, a little bit of empathy goes a LONG way. Working in customer service, you can never assume the worst in people and should treat all your customers with respect, unless they are being disrespectful to you. Also - when he got fitted, the gentleman who fitted him kept giving him grief about going up a pant size….who does that? When would that ever be okay to essentially make fun of and shame someone for going up a size? Avoid this place.
Cavan Helmering: Absolutely fantastic. My boyfriend and I were looking for a tie for his fraternity formal and the sweetest man helped us, looking through every tie and comparing them to my dress so we could get a right fit. I admittedly did go back to switch out for a different tie, but he was again happy to help me. Amazing ties and staff. Will definitely be going here for all of our tie and suit needs. HIGHLY recommend!!!!
Daniel Morgan: I love this store! tl;dr The staff is very nice and helpful and the suits are a good price.Everyone was very friendly and had good advice. The location is interesting and feels classy and old school. The owner helped me pick out ties! Although, I believe I heard an older gentleman mutter something about "wrapping it up" since I was spending a fair amount of time looking for a lot of ties. But I got a bunch of solid looking ties with their bundle deal. Great place overall and I'd go back again if I needed anything else.
Madison Rybak: STL suit company helped us pick the perfect black tuxedos for an affordable price for all our groomsmen. They have more suits available and ready to ship more quickly compared with tuxedos, but all of ours arrived on time. STL Suit company would be a safer option if you choose suits over tuxedos as well. All the groomsmen looked great in their tuxes and some had it altered for an affordable price at STL suit company. One groomsman's pants didn't fit and they exchanged them within the same day. Their employees were all familiar with our wedding and could update us every time we called to check in. The tuxedo delivery date was pushed back twice, thus we received them a month before the wedding when we picked them out 6 months prior. There was some anxiety on our part regarding the tuxes arriving on time. The company can not guarantee that the tuxes would arrive by wedding date, and told us if they don’t arrive we would move to a back up plan. It is also the couple’s responsibility to ensure everyone gets measured, sends their sizes in and either calls to pick it up or calls to have it shipped. Overall happy with the product & customer service, but would have liked a guarantee that tuxes would be in on time to avoid stress before the wedding.
Tina Hill: If you go here make sure you only work with the (what we can only assume is the) younger brother. The older brother is very arrogant, opinionated, rude, and lacking knowledge on the product. The younger brother very laid back, didn't tell us our opinions were wrong, and didn't insert himself in every comment. If the younger brother is smart he will put the older brother behind the scenes to do the alterations and never speak with another customer again!
George Napier: The staff is extremely helpful. I had no knowledge of suits. Styles, fabric, single or double cut, proper sleeve length. Nothing! They walked me through everything. Oh and did I mention. You can walk out with a full stylish suit, alterations, and accessories for a very reasonable price. Go see for yourself.
Evie Beeman: Came in here with my fiancee and our groomsmen to look at suits and there were about two other customers in the store. We were met by the staff with rude looks and at one point some dude with a ponytail physically moved a groomsman out of his way, rudely said “EXCUSE ME” and rolled his eyes. At that point we were ready to buy a couple suits but decided to leave. Afterwards I realized that their website asks for no large parties, which was our mistake. So I called and apologized. When I apologized, the man on the phone told me it was alright because when we were in there it wasn’t busy and we came at a slower time of day. Once I very calmly told him we were disappointed by the way we were treated his tone completely switched and said that it was a Saturday and the staff had other customers and they “couldn’t babysit us for 3 hours.” We were there for about 30 minutes with nobody helping us. So he initially acknowledged that it was slow but then said the opposite once he was called out for his unprofessional snooty behavior, and then invited me to come back (why would I ever give you my money after this experience lol) then hung up on me. Seriously the most stuck up staff especially considering the inside smelled like cigarettes and the employees look like they should be working at an adult video store. I work in customer service and would never dream of physically moving a customer out of my way or speaking to a customer like that especially someone that is getting ready to celebrate one of the most exciting days of their life. What an absolute joke.

Ok not a big deal. Then just started staring at me until I bought what I had and exited. Left such a bad taste I had to go back in and return what I got.
Gregory Clark: The people working in the store were very polite and helpful. The merchandise leaves a lot to be desired. Of the 4 polos I purchased in January two have torn. I take care of my clothes, they’re an investment. I expect polo shirts to last at least a year, though I have several that are 3-4 years old. I cannot recommend purchasing from here if you have longevity expectations.

Mike Schrand: I went to buy a suit as my previous suit was far too large after losing almost 100 pounds. I consulted with Loren Leiser, and he was fantastic. He patiently walked me through, trying out different sizes, finding the right size for me, and eventually helping me pick out a separate blazer pants, shirt, tie, socks, and shoes, which fit my needs. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because there were no suits in my size. They could not be ordered at all. I find that a little disappointing. However, I’m very happy with what I ended up with in the end, and I am overall happy with my experience at DXL.
Daniel Lalor: I shop here a lot...I have bought suits..casual clothes...pretty much everything...I always have a great experience.. on my last trip something was off...the store was empty...at least two people working...I received no help...I had to stretch to reach shirts that were way to high for a customer to be pulling down...I let myself into the dressing rooms...took my purchases to the counter...and waited...the employee at the counter stood with their back to me for several minutes until the second employee finally took pity on me. My transaction was quick and I was out the door 150 dollars lighter without so much as a " thanks for coming". This is not my usual experience. for what this store costs ..I expect better.
Steve Sizemore: The customer service is great. I have been there a few times and each time I was greeted and helped by a nice and knowledgeable sales staff member. The selection is wonderful and the quality of the clothes is well worth the price. They carry some higher end name brand clothes like Vineyard Vines, and Nautica, they also carry other brands like Reebok and True Nation. They have business casual to sporty clothes all very high quality. I'm big and tall so this store has clothes that actually fit well. This is my new go to clothing store. Highly recommend to the big and or tall person.

Michael Moore: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️What can I say? DXL has been my go to for years now. The Brentwood location has a great variety of clothing to choose from. I really like the Vineyard Vines collection! That’s not why I’m giving 5 stars. The staff and customer service has always been friendly, helpful, and sometimes entertaining. There’s never been an issue I couldn’t get help with. From lost receipts, to recommendations on a tailored suit, to what’s on sale, to having an order shipped to the store Shannon (store manager) has always taken care of me with no fuss. I feel like the crew here actually enjoys being at work, at least when I’m there they do.🤷🏾♂️ To the store manager Shannon and staff thank you all for always making me feel like a valued customer. 🙏🏾

The doors are locked and their flashing sign says that they are open. We came there twice on two different days after 10am to explore the store and the doors were locked. This isn’t good business practice in my opinion. You open when you say you open not when you choose to do it other than your store hours that you have set. You could of at least left a front door note for your customers but that wasn’t even respectful enough to do…

Brandon Mccoy: Crimson Serpents Outpost had been on my must visit places in STL when I visited my in-laws. We didn't get to visit STL in 2020 but had a chance to get a visit in 2021 and the outpost was a mandatory place to check out. I'd been perusing their online catalog in anticipation of my visit and was very excited to spend some time looking through their collection. The other thing I needed was a replacement belt. I picked up some denim from Railcar Fine Goods and some Blundstone boots. I ordered two belts to be delivered back home to Ohio. The belts came today and they are extremely high quality and gorgeous. If you are looking for quality made goods, this is a must visit.

Julie McGhee: It’s really nice to finally have a men’s boutique with quality options in STL. You’ll find options for clothes, shoes, belts, hats, masks, soaps and gels, etc that you can’t just find in the mall. Not to mention the staff is very knowledgeable about their products and you can always count on a great conversation while there. They have custom leather works which is great for gifts. They do have a few lady options but primarily guy/unisex options. It’s nice to be able to count on the quality and options Crimson Serpents offers. Thank you for all your effort!
