mike daus: Requested an online appointment and was told there would be a $65 charge to come out and give me an estimate for a disposal replacement and a faucet replacement. If I went forward with the work the $65 charge would be waved. I then called to set up the appointment and was told the $65 was actually $95.Technician arrived on time and was professional but I was shocked at the $698 estimate to replace a faucet and disposal. Maybe if they were supplying the fixtures but they weren't, I was.Took the technician 2 hours so $350 per hour minus some plumbing parts I guess. Wish they could have given me an idea of how much they charge over the phone but I guess that would cut into the service charge fees they get when they show up and tell you how much its going to cost.Services:Garbage disposal installation,Faucet installation

Anstes Robinson: On September 20th, 2022, Dave and Trent arrived at my home on time to replace my kitchen and bathroom faucets which were leaking. They also replaced shut off valves underneath both faucets and they also repaired my bathtub faucet which had been leaking. They were very professional, courteous, and they did a very good job. Jennifer LeeMoss: New gas hot water heater installed in March 2023. Paid in full. After installation, pilot light repeatedly extinguished. So far have had four service calls. The first, we were told it probably was a fluke/anomaly. The second, we asked for a replacement as our previous heater never had a bad pilot light in 10 years- Roto-Rooter refused and we were told the gas pressure into the house was likely to blame and we should call the gas company. Gas company came and told us that not only should Roto-Rooter have checked the gas pressure themselves, but that the pressure was fine and it looks like we were sold a faulty product. The third time, we again asked for a replacement, and Roto-Rooter refused, and instead replaced a thermocoupler. We are now waiting for them to show for the fourth time. Complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau. Do not use this company - they are selling bad equipment and will refuse to replace it and you will be left repeatedly finding out you have only cold water and wasting lots of time and money taking off work to wait for a company that will leave you holding the bagService:Water heater installation

Scott Umbaugh: Zach and Michael did a great job for me. The house was built in 1840, so you can imagine everything was not standard. They excavated the yard, repaired the sewer, were timely, efficient and easy to work with. They were happy to answer all my questions, and also did a great job putting everything back together. They were always on time and available. Roto Rooter also sent out a cleanup crew that did a good job too. He said the parts on the toilet needed to be replaced and I agreed, however, the price was approximately $300 more than I've spent in the past on an entirely new toilet. I explained this to him and he seemed unconcerned, stating that the price was non-negotiable and that he had nothing to do with it, that Roto Rooter had fixed prices for all parts. David Rygiol: We had a backed up pipe that was covered in a puddle so called them for emergency service. After waiting 7 hours longer than they said, they guy came out and said 1. Roto-Rooter, as a whole company, doesn't pump or remove water, and 2. He obviously couldn't snake the pipe if he couldn't see it. I called another company who was there in 15 minutes and fixed it. Robert Garrison: Our house is in small town DeSoto where the sewer lines date back before the 1900s. After dealing with roots in the clay lines for years, it was time fix the problem. Drew Duffner (Dr. Drew) responded immediately, assessed the situation and new what needed to be done. Drew being from DeSoto is familiar with the challenges of an old town and has the experience to update issues to current standards. Drew and his right hand man Ian jumped in and fixed our issue in record breaking time at a fair price. It's hard to find a good plumbing service in a small town that can correct an issue in a timely and professional manner and still give you the value needed.. Marscel was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He made replacing the kitchen faucet look easy, a day after I had bungled my attempt at the job and made things worse. Calling a plumber usually means there's something wrong - often bad wrong - but call Steve at Anytime and he will put you at ease and assure you the job will get done correctly. J P: Second time Anytime Plumbing has completed work at my home. First job was a sump pump replacement that went well. Last week they replaced my hot water heater and shortly after install a gas leak developed due solely to improper installation. Gas line fittings were barely hand tightened with no sealant around the threads...really thankful that I was home and happened to go back in the basement a few hours after install and smelled the leak early on....really unbelievable. No supervision whatsoever, just one young plumber handling the installation alone and Steve did not check in after install to see if everything went OK. Christina Rodriguez Basham: We needed our water heater replaced in January 2021 and decided to go with Anytime Plumbing after getting several quotes. Steve, the owner, and one of his workers showed up on time and did a good job. Though he tried to tell us it wasn’t necessary, we paid an extra $100 for a permit in case we decide to sell our house. Steve said he’d go to city hall later that week to get the permit process started. I have been trying to reach him since February about the permit with no response to email, voicemail or text. It’s been 10 months and I’m still waiting. It makes me wonder if maybe something is not up to code and that’s why he’s avoiding the permit. Paul Hillhouse: Had a months long exterior basement floor drain clog issue. Had another service come who used a snake for about an hour trying again and again to get the line opened, but without success. Afterwards I tried chemicals which would open the line to slowly drain but needed repeat application over the next few months. All very frustrating. Finally discovered Able Rooter online. They arrived early. I had requested a more expensive service option but Tom explained why previous snake efforts probably didn't work and recommended he first try a less expensive approach. As result he had the drain open in 10 minutes, followed by a thorough clearing and testing to make sure the drain would remain open. All for a lower price than expected. Quoted the price and the work Tom will get done which included the Hydro of my lateral line and send the camera down to check for cause and recommendation for fix if necessary. They were extremely responsive and at my house hydro-jetting the sewer line before noon that same day. They explained and showed me the issue with a camera for no extra charge. All around it was an extremely quick and seamless process, will definitely use them again next time I need the line cleaned out.

We called Ed Bellm, who have served our area for well over 50 years.Upon our original consultation, things weren't looking good--it seemed our plumbing concern (a corroded copper water stack) was going to cost us a great deal of money. When Chris, the company's owner, came out to give us an estimate for the work, he found that our water stack was not affected, but we simply need to attend to some atypical piping from the home's previous owners. I told him that was not only unprofessional for not letting us know, but also just showed no common courtesy. To that he had nothing to say. For this reason, I cannot recommend Plumbing Masters.

CJ Plumbing was not able to help out with the shower renovation in my old home (he explained that this work was primarily done by a carpenter and not a plumber since I wasn't revising the piping), installing a PRV, or sewer cabling, but he provided contact information for other contractors that do this work. If I ever have a large plumbing renovation job or buy a house that needs to be entirely gutted and provided with new plumbing, CJ Plumbing would be who I would call as their price for installing a backflow valve was very reasonable and he does not push work your way if it does not make sense for the application - I was very impressed by this.

Mr Jaggies wife Sara gave the company a 5 star review to off set my husbands 1 star review. The funny thing is if Mr.Jaggie was smart, he would have called me and appoligized for the way he spoke to me. This would have warded off the poor reviews he received from me and my husband. But whether it’s an ego problem or just plain ingorance, Mr.Jaggie hasn’t figured out how to handle customers properly and deserves the poor reviews he’s earned his company.

We spent just over $25,000 with this company on our home and when issues came up he was rude and hung up on us because in his words “your contractor hired him not you”. Well I wrote the checks to you Mr. Jaggie not my contractor! Here’s what you’ll get for $25,000+: leaking sinks, every shower and tub with the hot and cold reversed and talked to like you a piece of garbage when you asked for it to be corrected. WHAT A JOKE!
