Kate Walter: From start to finish, from inspection and quotation to installation of a brand new direct vent unit, All Gas met and exceeded my high expectations. Tony was impeccably professional and helpful throughout and I’m already recommending him to my family. He and Mary in the office answered tons of my detail-oriented questions. Installation of the unit along with a custom surround was smooth as can be. Tony and Joe were super respectful and focused. Tony then spent time making sure I knew how to operate it safely before leaving. If I had 2 fireplaces I’d get a second gas unit 😀.

Robert Guadagno: This is for the second of three (3) total services. We purchased our South County home in July 2020. We used our Gas Fireplace a few times but felt uneasy about it because of its age and the fact that it only lit by using a lighter and having to use a key to always turn on/off the gas.The first was an initial (unreviewed) inspection of the Gas Fireplace, the tech advised us that the old insert without a pilot light or any other safety features would not pass the current code and technically should have been flagged by the county before issuing an occupancy (slipped through the COVID County Inspection cracks?). This is exactly what I figured before they arrived, so I asked what the price for a new modern insert would be as well as running a gas line for my grill. They sent me quotes for both, and both were pretty much in line with what I expected.Today (May 11, 2021), the tech installed the gas line for my Weber Genesis II S-435N, and what an amazing job!! Everything was exactly as I wanted, and for me, the price was perfect for the run (slightly above the initial quote because I paid with a credit card). The tech made a small hole in the ceiling, which I knew he'd have to do to get through the foundation to the grill that needs to be patched (they make the hole(s), they don't patch them), but the tech cleaned up everything as if he was not there at all (sans small hole).I'm looking forward to the third service installation once the manufacturer produces the new insert. I'm hoping All Gas can do that job before the fall, but they can't alter time or speed up the production of a supplier. We're happy to wait and equally happy with the services we've received thus far.

When he left, I felt confident about how to operate the fireplace safely and what it would take to keep it going safely. He left handwritten notes about things that would affect the fireplace's operation, that seemed to be based on his observations of what he saw in the house, candles, I have dogs, etc. Tony's expertise and skill level, I think, is top notch.

Took great care to protect my carpet in front of the fireplace before starting. Took the time to explain my system to me. Very professional and knowledgeable. How did he save my life? The prior owner had stuffed a towel in the vent presumable to stop a draft?? Anyway, he assured me the system wasn't working because it was doing (or not doing) what it was supposed to do since airflow was restricted. So saving my life may be a stretch - but I really appreciate him taking the time to explain it all to me and I feel very safe and assured that I can now enjoy my beautiful fireplace. Sunny Bunches: I met with Silvio for a worst case issue - all the cast iron under my house needed to be repaired and connected to a septic system. I met with 3 contractors. Flow King was extremely professional and were really good on their price. Silvio tried to save me money wherever possible since this was a huge job for a complex old house. In the end, I had to use a plumber my insurance company found but I would have used them. Yolanda Ammons: The experience from beginning to end was much less than desirable. Communication was subpar at best, and the work discussed during the walk through for the bid was completely convoluted in the written bid - mind you this bid didn’t arrive until after multiple phone calls where he ultimately stated “I’ll go out to my truck and write it now.” The timeline for the requested was work explicitly stressed prior to agreeing to their bid, and I believe it was only agreed to as a “money grab”. We had another highly professional master plumber come in after the work was completed and pointed out several points that should have been made by this company. Luckily, lesson learned so they will not be retained for our remaining 2 investment properties nor those in the future. It’s a shame that integrity means so little among those in this trade as of late.
