Jordan Landeck: I had an unexpected issue (that could have been very serious / expensive & was completely an unknown to me) happen on a Saturday afternoon. I quickly googled a Chevy dealership as that’s what I have. I drove straight to Don Brown not knowing if the service center was open or not. It wasn’t, totally understandable to a Saturday. I spoke with the receptionist on the sales floor along with two sales associates. They were SO helpful. At one point I even said to them “I could hug you right now.” My car was inoperable until repaired and they gave me a loaner for the weekend and had me leave my car. Mind you, I’ve never been a customer of theirs and they obviously owe me nothing. First thing Monday morning I connected with the service center, they understood my concerns, and got to my car quickly. They called me a few hours later with what the problem was and how much it would cost. Another two hours and I got the call saying it was done! I am SO SO SO happy with the customer service at this dealership and will be returning to the service center for all future needs!

When I asked the mechanic about my brakes, he came back and said I did not need any new brakes. He said that the mechanic that checked my car said it was in excellent condition. To me, that means I can trust this dealership.

Ty Washington: Well, first off brought my car in a whole week before my scheduled appointment time, Larry still took my Tahoe in! I dropped my truck off on Thursday and got it back that next Wednesday, how great was that!!!! I wasn’t expecting the truck to be finished for at least a couple of weeks, it was finished in less than 1 week! My Tahoe looks like nothing ever happened! I am overly impressed with D. Brown, Chevrolet! I am now a loyal customer and will be taking my Tahoe back there for any services I need. Thanks fellas!!

E: They lied to me on the phone about having no admin fee. They also lied to my mom about having no admin fee. Their advertisements also show no admin fee.I put down a $1k deposit on those representations and drove 150 miles, only to find that there was a 500+ admin fee.Car is fine otherwise, but they aren’t exactly honest about their admin fees.Update: I called Kitty Harrison’s number a few times over a few different days to talk to them. There was no answer and I left a couple of messages without getting a response. Their response on here looks like they are trying to appear like they have good customer service. Farcical.

This delayed start resulted in a second day that I had to borrow a car from a family member.Also concerned that freon replacement was needed and no leak was found. I am pretty certain I will have to return in a few weeks when this charge leaks out.
