Cory Russell: It's really a shame. Dr Raza is great. I've followed him to two locations. He's attentive most of the time but his staff leaves a lot to be desired. I've had to go back to have labs redrawn. I've gone ofor a test and the test was completely skipped and waited another 6 months to get the test only to have them never call me back after getting the results. The staff gets defensive when asked what the problem is. Everything is chore there just to see Dr Raza. He's a great Dr but I don't think it's worth the headache his staff gives me.
Tammy Worley: I worked here for 15 years and I put my two weeks in and two days short of my last day they let me go with full pay I was not terminated but was very upset I was not able to say goodbye to everyone and have an exit interview which I believe I was entitled to I would not recommend working for this facility.

Sharon Heidemann: I love my physician at St Louis Medical Clinic, and the staff I encounter in person there are always nice to work with. Today I tried to call them, as this is their preferred method of contact. If there is another method, I am not aware as the website does not list any email addresses or alternate method of contact. My referral that was supposedly sent at least two weeks ago has not been received by the specialist, and the appointment is tomorrow. I called my insurance and fortunately for me, I no longer need a referral. I find it hard to come to terms with a medical office that NEVER answers the phone and rarely, if ever returns calls in the time frame that the recorded message says you can expect a callback. I love my Dr. but absolutely despise the phone system and those who control this office. Definitely not patient oriented, as I think most people call because they have a medical concern or need, and apparently those in charge of the office don't give a rip about patients and their needs.

D Lands: My husband and I have been going to St Louis Medical for over 25 years. Doctors come and go just like at Siteman Cancer Center. Doctors move and change careers just like anyone else. Dr. Di Valerio takes time with us and does tests, if we agree with them, to prove and/ or help to diagnose conditions. I've had other doctors in the office consult together while I was in the room and able to ask questions with because my health, I've been told by multiple physicians in every place I've been, tell me my health was complicated. I have had 2 different cancers and still have 2 multiple immune diseases and a brain tumor. Even though my primary left who I really liked I stil trust these physicians.

Jeanne Groves: I give Doctor Ying Du 5 stars. She keeps a close eye on all my shot and tests, gives me all the results right away. She listen and answers all my questions and concerns.
Kaci D: I wouldn't even give this office 1 star, or should I say Dr. Divalerio and his secretary Mary.. if you want an office with compassion this is not it..They seem to have issues communicating with their patients and dealing with Mary is nothing short of a nightmare.. my mom has been a patient for 25+ years, we all the sudden hear from home health that she is no longer a patient, Weird we just saw him Sep 10 and instead of a phone call, maybe some referrals to new physician and an explanation why, we had to call and get accused of lying to her and she said she sent a letter telling us he is no longer her physician!! After many years and many visits to be treated like that is unacceptable, I guess Mary doesn't have loved ones she has to look after or care for and you can sure tell
Katie Hardiman: Terrible. My husband had a sudden medical issue and he needed to speak to Dr. Brick or Dr. Raza. He left 3 voicemails (no one ever answers the phone at the clinic) requesting one of the doctors call him back. After waiting 4.5 hours without a call back from the office he went to Total Access Urgent Care where he was given the medical attention he needed. This is not the first time we experienced poor service from this medical office. I encourage you to consider alternative medical care.

Mark Balaski: Doctor wasn’t interested in previous lab work because it wasn’t done at Quest. Wanted me to repeat labs prior to follow up visit. I went to lab and they had no orders. They tried calling office, but all they get is an answering machine. Dr. Du kept telling me I might have narcolepsy. No confidence whatsoever. Will not return.
Katheryn porcelain: Good luck getting them to return any of your calls. They didnt hesitate to call me back when making a appointment as a new client. I've been calling for over 3 weeks to get my orders sent over for my physical therapy with no luck. They called me back once and the phone rang for 2 seconds before I could pick up and they hung up and didnt bother leaving a voicemail. DO NOT GO HERE especially if you have serious medical problems that need attention.

Leslie: My father sees one of the doctors here, and he signed me as one of his family members to get information. I've tried to call their office several times to get information, and all I get his voice mail and no one ever calls me back. I agree with other review, communication is incredibly important, and they get an F on that.
Jen Clark: Dr. Du has been fantastic at working with me on trying to figure out my autoimmune issues. She spent an hour with me at my first appointment, and had clearly gone through my previous records. She listened well to my medical history, and asked great questions, without rushing me. She responds quickly to messages, and I can't recommend her highly enough.
Derrick Collins: Dr. Brick is a compassionate and well knowledge Doctor.
Joe Henry: Communication between a doctor, their staff and the patient is the most important part to a treatment plan. This place is terrible with communication. Does not return phone calls, messages or the like. IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with!

Marian Moore: They are a bilingual clinic with main menu in Spanish, but staff are versatile & communicate well. I think that they may be able to find interpreters for other non-English speakers, also. I would call and ask any questions & they probably can refer clients to necessary services. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I really like them.

C Pope: This is fundamentally an indigent care Outpatient Clinic run by Internal Medicine residents and their attending physicians. If the other reviewer was in the ICU it's extremely unlikely they were attended to by members of this clinic. I had a very unhappy experience there where I was treated like a list of medical problems and everything I had to say was disregarded. I would not return to this clinic under any circumstances. Do what you must for free care but that is the end of it for me. I left there very upset.

Kenya Hobson: The doctors are students which they don't tell you that when you make the appointment, they say communicate with your doctor from my chart but I was really annoyed that all these on call doctors that don't know me is trying to answer questions and dont know whats really going on and that I thought I was talking to my doctor but if you haveg good insurance just go somewhere else I use to speak highly of barnes and there physicians well after going here my mind is changed! The office was suppose to get a authorization from my pharmacy the insurance company said they never got the documents to approve my medication the student prescribed me

The only reason why I am giving 2 stars instead of one is just because my mom's first Dr. Stephen Fuest was excellent, always careful and would call me after each test with results.3 weeks ago they sent my mom to an ER. NO follow up or whatsoever, no call back even when I asked them to call me back. Ok, our doctor was out of town.Now they've changed dosage of her medicine out of blue and of course she needs refill (instead of 100 mg pill they changed to 25 mg). Spent 27 minutes on the phone waiting for somebody to answer untill they just hang up on me. So very dissapointed 😔
odinwarriorsgirl: Some of the staff have been awesome BUT they are HORRIBLE about medication refills for essential medications and they’ve forgotten me in exam rooms twice.
Steven Mcphee: Has wrongly billed me for preventive care services 2 out of 3 visits to this clinic. Apparently talking about the medications that have been prescribed to you on other visits without any adjustments made kicks you out of the free annual visit. It took five calls and several hours of work before I gave up and paid the bill. The only way I will return to this hospital is unconscious in the back of an ambulance.Not worth the trouble or money to be treated by a 25 year old fresh out of med school.
Lauren Stoetzer: I called on a Friday after being out of blood thinner for 2 days...the pharmacy had been trying to contact them regarding a refill for the 2 days prior. The girl on the phone argued with me and basically called me a liar and stated that the pharmacy hadnt contacted them. This I know was a lie because the pharmacy did receive something back that stated that the drs name was wrong on the prescription order. Unbeknownst to me (and the clinic didn't bother to call and inform me) that the dr wasnt there anymore because she graduated. Someone should have called me! I left a message and stressed how important thus refill is because it's BLOOD THINNER. I was informed to go to an emergency room. I never heard back from the clinic so I had to call an on call dr in another clinic on Saturday and he easily sent the prescription for me to make it til my next appt. I have never felt so mistreated over a medication...it is not a pain killer and my condition is documented in my chart for almost 2 decades! I'm done with this clinic.
