Hyatt Regency St. Louis At The Arch: what do users think?
Anthony Marill: It is not that the hotel is bad-it is than the hotel is Dangerous! THIS ONE IS DISTURBING! Was in my room at the Hyatt in downtown St. Louis, when the Hotel lost power. The room had lights but no wifi, TV or phone. The issue: the hallway was COMPLETELY BLACK, no emergency lights, no illuminated exit signs, ext.. I was thinking, if I did not have a light on my cellphone or my cellphone was dead & had needed to evacuate, it would have been impossible! I head from other guests the the stairs were 100% dark also. Update the next day, I did talk w/the hotel manager to ask about the hall (and Stairwells) being in total darkness. First he said it was because it was a city wide blackout. (it was apparently 3 or 4 blocks). He then mentioned that blackout like that are very rare. Again, so what. He then said the emergency back up generators never started. I then asked why no one, for over an hour never tried to manually start them, I got dear in the headlights. Give me break-
Jordan Lema: Had an arch view. It was pretty cool. Keurig pods in the room if you want to bring some extras. Good temperature/control. Very close to the arch. Convenience store, Starbucks, sports bar and Ruth's Chris Steakhouse built in.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
Chasity Provance: Very nice 👌Very nice and professional staff. We were taken care of during our stay. You can't go wrong with Hyatt.Rooms: Nice and clean. Didn't smell all shut up and musty.Nearby activities: The arch is within walking distance. Most of all they have one of best restaurants in town.. if you want the most tender steak you've ever had.Walkability: Very close to the Arch, Casino, and not far from the cardinals stadium.
tyrone watson: Great sports barNearby activities: The Arch and river cruiseWalkability: Close to the ArchFood & drinks: Great sports bar
Luis Antezana: Totally average experience, not bad not great, so that = 3 stars.Blankets are light as a feather, even two barely weigh anything. Climate control in the room actually works.Bars close at 11 even on the weekend, which is a joke when there’s a conference and people who want to keep going.Sports bar / casual restaurant was nice vibe. Happy hour is only $1 off beers, so it hardly matters, but at least the beers aren’t overinflated in price like most places.Location near the arch makes for beautiful views and convenient touring.
Brianna Cagle: Wonderful hotel in the heart of St. Louis! We were able to have a view of the river from our room, and it's within walking distance of the arch. We didn't have a free breakfast, but the restaurant had a nice buffet for the morning. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were in great condition. Highly recommend if you're okay with the price. The only annoying thing was that the self parking was full when we arrived, and they encouraged most to do valet parking for an extra almost $50. We were able to find a garage within walking distance for cheaper, so make sure you consider what you're willing to pay for parking in downtown.
John Manus: Wonderful staff, stay, and viewsRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Quiet …More
lawrence kubbins: Hotel is nice but surroundings are terrible. There are no places to eat and homeless harass when you are outside.Hotel highlights Great value …More
A R: Update since the manager posted they have taken appropriate action: none of the problems below have been addressed at all. Bloody pillow still here (added photo), AC still broken, TV not functioning etc.1. My room’s A/C didn’t work the whole time. Someone was sent to fix it twice and it would work for a few minutes then quit. Set to 67, feels like 77.2. Blood on pillowcase.3. Dirty towels from prior guest.4. Trash on floor from prior guest.5. The streaming app for the TV didn’t work in my room even after they said they fixed it.6. After 2 of 4 nights with all these issues, still not offered a different room.Worst hotel stay of my life; DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Celeste Peart: Rooms: Clean. Beautiful.Nearby activities: Lovely walking areas.
ADIBA DURRAJ: Rooms: Spacious clean and comfortableHotel highlights Luxury …More
Adam Thomas: Excellent hotel. Will stay here againRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Thomas Funke: Perfect place if you want to go see the arch, we didn’t hang out downtown because I don’t think it’s alive like Denver and other big cities. Parking opportunities and availability sucks and I didn’t know I’d have to pay for parking, that’s not good for people on a limited budget. Room was lovely. I’m sorry there wasn’t a breakfast included and no pool. So I made one visit, doubt I’ll be there again.
clyta Lunsford: Beautiful view of Mississippi river out our window. Very clean, nice king size bed. Great place to stay. Lots of traffic trying to get in to parking garage. It was memorial day weekend.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
T Mar: I filled out the bottom portion ahead of this so look below for room details. Not everything was bad, but the bad made the good things almost invisible. The worst thing about our stay had to do with the fact we drove up and saw the sign that said that self parking was full. This was a little after 5pm. When our check-in was 4pm....?? I think someone either exaggerates the parking capacity or they just need to make some adjustments. Because, it seems like someone wants to line their pockets in this instance. Now I should have remembered that going to a downtown location there would be parking issues but to get there and be confronted with a $48 valet parking sign was shocking. We chose to walk 2 blocks or so and park in a "public/private" garage and pay $20 bucks. Though the safety of my vehicle made me wonder.I am from a small town and parking is never an issue obviously, but if their website would at least MENTION something about the parking, perhaps I would have been better prepared. The staff showed by their reaction they were numb to the question regarding parking. Outside of the really nice girl(per my wife) that told her about the alternative parking down the street. But the room had a really good view(1858) and we had some great pics of the arch from it. But we saw a few spots with rooftop views and might make that our next stay when we go to St Louis again. We used to go each year prior to the pandemic, but this was the first time in 4 years so that was also on our mind when we were disappointed with our stay.Rooms: The view was really good. We could see the Arch and the plaza from our room 1858. Outside of that the room needed some serious attention. The fridge did NOT get cold enough to chill our wine. We don't drink very much but this was our anniversary celebration so we were not happy. There were dirty tables in the room and the toilet looked like someone had insufficiently cleaned a loose bowel in the toilet. There was a bag over our smoke detector, as well. I have had some things go awry in a hotel room before but this was definitely up there in unsatisfactory items.Nearby activities: Again the arch is the best and there appear to be a few things down next to the river like the tours and horses. But little outside of those things.Walkability: Can't get better than being across the street from the Arch. This is far and away the best feature that the hotel has to offer, IMO.Food & drinks: Very limited options. There is a Ruth's Chris steakhouse a sports bar and the hotel dining. The Starbucks is the best food attraction to me.
Mandy Bragg: The location is perfect if visiting the arch. The view from room 1097 is absolutely perfect. The room is very open, lots of space and there are 2 ajoining rooms on either side if traveling with family. The room needs new bed linens and curtains, there are stains on each. The huge windows are great, I'm sure it is a struggle to keep these clean, so depending on the last time they washed the outside, you may get some pictures showing the dirt a little more than the view. The room could use a good deep cleaning, but the fixtures & furniture are all nice. The hotel is inviting & comfortable and there are restaurants and Starbucks right inside. Breakfast is overpriced for a standard breakfast. Valet services are great for dropping off, although the return is a little odd as you have to go to a basement garage and wait, instead of the car being returned to the front door. The valet staff was very friendly though and efficient.

OYO Hotel St. Louis Downtown City Center MO: what do users think?
Qween Loyal: The let-out-couch bed top cover was badly stained and the trick is you cant see it as well until someone holds it ul and you take a light ( Phone, flashlight etc) and it will show up, the nightstands wasnt cleaned properly so im sure the whole room was a rish a job oh and know the difference between a housekeeper taking the proper time too clean the room and an housekeeper rushing to clean a room (I'm a housekeeper myself 😉..but other than that its a cool laid back hotel employees are great and my kids love the pool that also need attention bad
Ashar Organic: the front desk worker was unprofessional, sloppy, and just outright rude.Safety: not in the best area at allNoteworthy details: parking is $25 bucks even with a reservation
Stephanie Shipman-Barani: Serious bed bug infestation. We spent a chunk of time, money, and effort trying to avoid bringing them back home with us. We are still fighting to get a refund one week later. An awful experience that’s still ongoing. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhereRooms: 1/5 …More
Julie: I stayed one night with a friend at the OYO Hotel for the Seal’s concert at the Stifel Theater which was at a walking distance so the location was very convenient. From check in to check out everyone was so nice and helpful at the hotel, including the people at the front desk, the Titan security guys, the waiter at the restaurant and the employee at the breakfast station. Everyone had extremely kind words and seemed genuinely happy to help us.I recommend this hotel to anyone and hope you receive the same professional service that we did!
Jasmin Moore: The rooms were smoky, even though there are no smoking signs everywhere. When we opened the door to the rooms we were smacked in the face with the distinct smell of cigarette smoke. It was in the carpet, walls, linens, everything. We had to check out after one night because we had young children and older adults who could not take the smell.Rooms: Our party had three rooms. The rooms were very large, but we could tell it had been a while since they had been cleaned. The lamps were covered in dust. When we opened the door to the rooms we were smacked in the face with the distinct smell of cigarette smoke. It was in the carpet, walls, linens, everything. We had to check out early because we had young children and elders who could not take the smell.Walkability: Great location in downtown. Close to the Amtrak station, Cardinals stadium, and the Arch.
Lyndal Williams: My wife and I stayed there recently. Very clean, spacey and friendly staff.Rooms: Satisfactory, hallways need shampooed...but this hotel is a great place to stay downtown st louis...WIl stay here again in the future. Staff was very friendly.Food & drinks: Very limited places to get food.
Bethany Toner: Extremely friendly and helpful staff, both day and night, and a great value for the price. It's an older hotel and you can tell, but it's charming and the rooms are huge and clean. I felt safe as a solo woman here and everyone was nice to my dog. Will absolutely stay here when I'm in STLRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Josué Vázquez: Great location, friendly staff, helpful concierge, great facilities. Rooms are big and well equipped. I would suggest better cleaning in general. The outside of the entrance is dirty, the lobby carpet is dirty and smells bad. The room smelled dirty and no one cleaned during my whole stay, the gym lacks cleaning, the room toilet had a mal function. If those things are taken care of, it could attract more business.
Linze O: Roach, dingy carpet, mattress caved in, stains on walls and floor and furniture, along with what felt like a ghosted hotel, no more restaurant onsite, pool water was dirty, no towels, trash everywhere. Front desk guy working all three shifts, no break, no extra help, it's a sad hotel, I won't be staying there again. You can tell it used to be a very well kept hotel but not now, they barely scrapping by with business. Oh, no breakfast, halls reek of marijuana. Worst room ever, decent service.Room was horrible.Walkability: To the ice center.
A S: PARKING WAS NOT FREE ACCORDING TO THE ADVERTISEMENT-From out of town guest, please mark your entrance and exits clearly from the street. As soon as you're in front of the hotel, on the same side of the street, you've already passed the hotel entrance and garage. You can only enter through one door. Proper signage is better than looking confused at security sitting inside to signal which door. The revolving is clear. Do not use. Cone and all, put a cone in front of the locked door. At least everyone won't have to feel awkward. The gentleman who checked us in was intuitive to the fact that I was a bit uncomfortable, as I needed the facility. Husband finish checking in. Pleasant closing salutation. The ambiance was a bit off-putting. I was looking forward to the historical feel, but the upkeep left a lot to be desired. After getting off the road, the only amenities on our floor were an ice machine and a drink vending machine out of product. There is no information sheet for anything helpful to enjoy the stay. Thank goodness it was just an overnight stay.I liked the layout of the king suite for the most part. It was outdated and clean as it could be without replacing the furniture, carpet, and wall covering. Loved the directions on flushing the toilet to ensure it would continue working, although how I normally flush works perfectly fine.Checkout was perfect. Very polite and outgoing.
Minneyon Beauford: I enjoyed my stay just don't like that the customers have to pay for parkingRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Romantic, Quiet, Great value …More
Praveen Jayamohan: The hotel location was good (close to all activity) and the room was spacious. But carpet was dirty with lots of stains and the fabric on furniture was worn out and torn. Phones did not work to contact front desk and had to go to walk to front desk to ask questions. Definitely not a 3-star hotel as it claims to be.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Michael Gibilisco: Room was clean but poorly lit and a little dingy. Hotel overall lacked many in-house amenities available all day. Lounge and cafe had very limited hours and limited food/beverage options. No restaurant on premise. Had to move rooms because of a serious water leak in the ceiling of my bathroom, but staff was accommodating and attentive to the situation once made aware. Don’t feel I got value for what I spent for a 3-night stay. Bed was comfy and Wi-Fi was good. And convenient location to attend downtown events or catch a MetroLink trainWalkability: 15-20 minute walk to Busch Stadium. Across the street from Enterprise Center. Right next to the Civic Center transit station for easy access to train and buses. 10-15 minute walk to Union Station.
Jennifer Gribble: I just want to say thank u to the night shift!!! So helpful and caring!!! You went the extra mile for me and my family and we are super grateful!!!! If we're ever in St. Louis again. We Will definitely stop in again!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More
gail ann jacobs: Nearby activities: Toby Mac concert at the Enterprise Center. I really liked our room. The beds were very comfortable and I would like to come back to this very nice hotel. I will tell my friends that they need to stay there when they are in this area. Thank you for everything!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet …More
Deanna Murphy: The entire hotel is worn and dated. Wall paper is peeling off the walls, carpets are stained, and everything looks dirty. The only reason we chose this hotel was for its location to the Enterprise Center.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Julie Fox: Overall, there were only two positives about our stay. The mattress was good and the location was great for what we were doing in the area. We had multiple disappointments...our room was not ready at check in and they didn't do anything to rectify the situation; the jetted tub was small and there were no bubbles to use with it; the vending machine on our floor was empty and the lobby one only partially worked and there was no signage about the issues nor did the front desk person say anything as he watched us try to use it until we complained; one desk person had stated there would be coffee in the lobby in the morning, but there was no coffee and the small cafe was open, but the prices for the sizes were ridiculous; and the bedsheets had 2 black stains on them. These were the major issues with our stay. It was very disappointing for the price!Noteworthy details: See above...
Brenda Comans: When we checked in the front desk person appeared hungover (disinterested, half explained parking, did not explain lounge/food at all). The carpet was very dirty with mysterious stains, both in hallways and in the room. The parking garage is very tricky with lots of concrete columns. To end on a positive note- The security guard recommended a great BBQ place (Sugarfire) and had the weather been nice we could have walked to both the arch and Union Station, with lots of stores along the way.Safety: Gated parking and Security guard on site
Tanyell Palumbo: It was relatively quiet, but everything was stained, there were nothing but hand towels in the bathroom and no soap anywhere. It was very disappointing especially due to the price.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More

Jerry Pfeifer: Great place to visit going for another tour to saint Louis Union station this week 💕 see you there 💋
Melissa Hendrickson: Food & drinks: Good food 😋
Jason H: Great historical building with lots to do. Had a great time and loved the train theme. Had a couple of housekeeping issues. The people were very friendly. A lot of activities within walking distance as well.Nearby activities: St louis cardinals, blues, and soccer teams are all close. The aquarium is right there, ferris wheel, activites, city museum is also close, the arch is just about a mile or so away.Walkability: You don't really have to leave but there is plenty of things to see and do within a mile or so walk.Food & drinks: There are quite a few options, but there is potential for a lot more here.

The adjacency to the aquarium and other attractions were also nice.It is definitely a unique building with tons of character. If you are looking for a room only, I would probably find something better and cheaper elsewhere.
David Dick: Hotel is very nice and clean. My family enjoyed the heated pool. Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis At The Arch: what do users think?
Winnie Autrey: The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast and Happy hour staff was wonderful but the front desk wasn't very helpful when my sister's purse was stolen.Rooms: Comfortable and cleanNearby activities: A lot to do within walking distance and by the Metrolink.Safety: We felt very safe and secure.Walkability: We enjoyed walking down town, to the Arch and the Riverboat. The area was beautifully maintained.Food & drinks: Very good breakfast and happy hour food was enjoyable along with the complimentary drinks
malvie Smith: They need to change up the menu. They offer the same breakfast every day. Everything else was great, approachable staff at the front desk and in the restaurant. You are always greeted.Rooms: The room was clean, and there was no malodor.Walkability: It was within walking distance to the arch and the ballpark.
Jason Foley: This place is great, still here. The vegetable Florentine soup is worth a stay alone. One note though, the 2nd ramp in the garage is a little extreme, my car drug on the way in, not sure if anything can be done about it.
Ron M: There's nothing better than picking the right hotel for your vacation. That's what we did when my wife and I stayed at the Drury Plaza. It's not the newest or swankiest hotel, but it has charm and class enough. We splurged a little and got the upper-floor suite with two rooms (wife stays up late watching the tube, I sleep). I could only see a little of the arch from the room but trust me you'll get enough of seeing that. Although a little dated, the room was very clean and well furnished. Only drawback is that there's a major freeway not far away and even on the 10th floor we could hear loud trucks at night. Tip: always take earplugs on vacation!
Michael Fleming: Let me tell you they believe in the people they made me feel so welcomed I didn’t want to leave
Autumn Cohen: The staff is friendly and the hotel is exceptionally nice and clean. Our rooms were serviced regularly. The pool area offers a great view of downtown St. Louis and the arch. They serve breakfast and dinner with a small market available for late night purchases. It is expensive to get anything in there, but I had expected that. There is a parking garage located on floors 2-4 and rooms begin on the fifth floor. The pool is located on the 8th floor. It is a medium sized pool with two hot tubs inside. There is an observation deck located outside. This hotel is non smoking and there is only one location to smoke, directly outside the front door and fifty feet from it. The observation deck is absolutely no smoking.Nearby activities: The stadium is extremely close and if you're going for a game there this hotel would make it super easy to walk there and back. You can easily walk to the arch from this hotel and there are countless city parks within that walk.Walkability: There are probably 50+ stores and restaurants within walking distance of this hotel.Food & drinks: The Market located inside the hotel is very expensive but convenient. The breakfasts and dinners are adequate and have a good selection. Coffee is great!
Minat Verma: Very spacious rooms. Good service overall. Hope they have more options for vegetarian people for their breakfast and dinner spreads. A hotel this size should be able to take lunch requests. The evening happy hours are the best, great cocktail options.
Carmen Kelsey: We love Drury Plaza by the Arch. They have top notch customer service. We are never disappointed, and will continue to use them when we visit St. Louis! Thank you!Rooms: Rooms are always nice and cleanSafety: We always feel safe. Always staff around for anything you may need.Noteworthy details: Great breakfast and dinner served daily, very helpful and kind staff that work that area as well! We look forward to good mornings when we come down.
Alex Deprospo: Great hotel clean and large rooms some sketchy people outside at night asking for money and being aggressive to people on the streetRooms: Very cleanNearby activities: Lots of things to do walk across the street and you are at Busch stadium home of St. Louis Cardinals baseball teamFood & drinks: Great restaurants especially Carmines right next door quite expensive but excellent food
Tara Waldo: Staff very friendly. Breakfast superb!Rooms: Too much street noise, even on the river side.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Kid-friendly …More

Telina Adcock: My absolute favorite hotel is Drury inn. I didn’t get enough pictures. Room was great no view but that’s only thing. There is a pool, 2 jacuzzi’s, an amazing balcony outside of pool with seating and view😍. They have the best breakfast and dinner which is very rare. Took a picture of our dinner, they also have a kickback during dinner and give a card that allows 3 alcohol drinks per person if 21 years or older. Walking distance to the arch and other stores. Would absolutely stay here again always have the best experience with Drury inn 😍.
Karen Corkum: Great location for sightseeing and the ballpark. Safe area for walking and you can't do better for seeing the Arch. Hotel was lovely - especially enjoyed the pool and terrace. Staff were all so nice!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More

Holiday Inn Express St Louis - Central West End, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
Wirez GG: Great
Michael Strong: Amazing staff. Housekeeping staff, muchos gracias!!! Front desk; y'all were all just delicious. The rooms were like, so this is the new Holiday inn; I'm in.Rooms: Holiday inn size but, beautifully done. Attention to detail. Both spiffy and keen.Nearby activities: It's all just outside.Walkability: Walked almost everywhere and it was hot but, everything is just across the street or around the corner. It took longer to park or Uber than to just walk and, scooters everywhere!Food & drinks: The Brasserie! The pagan wine bar! The, the, everywhere!Everything!
leanna chapman: There is very little parking. But it is right down town. The rooms are nice and the staff is niceRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
T Martin: Elevator smelled like pot!! Room and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was literally a grab and go, lots of prepkgd options (not healthy), but no where to sit & eat or to carry it to your room, if you get not than one option. 😉 Location was interesting 🤔Nearby activities: Not too far from multiple things to see or do.
Kay Davis: Decent stay but if you’re driving a uhaul or hauling anything the hotel charges you $50 for parking. If you’re lucky enough to find a meter, then park there. The parking garage is very tight and the spots in front of the hotel are very limited. They do not serve hot breakfast as most holiday inn express does so that totally sucked. where the hotel is very compacted and it is in downtown STL so traffic is insane. Bathroom is small but super water had great pressure. I expected more for what I paid but I won’t choose this location again.
Route Sixty-Six: We found a room at this hotel on a very busy weekend in STL. Had there been other choices available we would have stayed elsewhere. The area is okay but the hotel is old and has been turned into a boutique type hotel. There is gated and underground gated parking but not enough spaces for everyone. We took the very last parking space one night in front of the building (not gated). There was no carpet in the rooms, only a throw rug between the two queen beds. I understand this hotel was newly remodeled but it smelled very musty in our room. The one bed was nearly against the wall/window and getting in and out of bed you would move the curtain where, had there been someone on the sidewalk just outside our room, they could have seen in. The room darkening curtain would not stay flush with the wall so it let in a lot of light from the street lights at night. There was a mini fridge and coffee maker but no microwave. The area where you hang your clothing has a bar across the middle so your clothing cannot hang down strait. It would have worked okay for hanging little kids clothing. There was a small vanity in the bathroom so not a lot of space to put your toiletries. No hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothing while showering. The old bathroom door opening isn't made to accommodate the barn door that was installed. It didn't provide for a nice tight fitting door or a completely private bathroom. We could not figure out how to correct the time on our clock and the front desk did not know how to either. The phone in our room did not work. The bed was comfortable and the dual head shower was nice.We did not realize the breakfast was grab & go and it was not mentioned as grab & go when checking in. Breakfast could be picked up (self-serve) in an unused hotel room. The egg omelets, sausage biscuits, etc. were frozen and there was only two microwaves in the room for everyone to heat their food before taking it back to their rooms. There was also packaged muffins, oatmeal cups, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee. We were quoted a price, stayed two nights and upon checkout found the price we were charged the second night was higher. When asking why it was higher the second night, the employee on duty gave an explanation of, "she said you were rude to her", referring to the employee that checked us in.So, unless you find yourself in the same predicament as us and there is just no where else in STL to stay, I would not recommend this hotel.
Patricia Clark: When you have been up 26 hours because your Grandaughter has been shipped to Children’s and this hotel opens their arms with a 6 am check in means everything. Clean comfortable room. Ken Bass: Absolutely, positively, without exception one of the most beautiful and best designed Holiday Inn Express hotels I have stayed in, Ever!! I didn't know about the "Indigo" branding, but this hotel is wonderful. The decor is pleasing and natural. The original building was the first motel built in St. Louis. The most recent rehabilitation has occurred during the beginning of 2023. The care, design, and attention to the surrounding architecture is amazing!! The hallways, rooms and bathrooms are Five Star! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This hotel has the best rooms in the entire Mid-West. I am not over describing the special and unique qualities, I am just amazed at how much care and attention was put into the rehab of this hotel. You will feel special when staying here. We were lucky and had Dori check us into the hotel and she explained the wonderful details of this historic building and neighborhood. We were also lucky to meet Mike, the most cheerful, polite, and knowledgeable staff member Ever! Congratulations to Holiday Inn for bringing together a wonderful building and Fantastic people! 🤗⭐🇺🇸
Stephanie Horne: Rooms: Our room was exactly what we hoped for in a hotel room. It was clean and quiet in the evening.Nearby activities: There is so much to do in the CWE!Walkability: Walked to the science center and planetarium. Then the other direction for dinner and dessert. The ability to walk to the metro makes just about the entire city with walking distance.
Victoria Llaguno: Facilities are impeccably clean. A nice room with a fridge, no microwave, but single serve tea/coffee station. The bathroom barn door has no locks; so NO privacy. Overall, a great stay.Parking is extra, but in a secure area.Great continental breakfast spread.
Bee Sam: Well, this place has a fee for car parking, no locks on bathrooms, carry out breakfast. I rather spend a little extra that gives me all this. Hopefully I remember to not book here next time.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Mikhail Foster: When I called to book my room, I asked about the amenities and they named off a list of things.• Continental breakfast• Microwave in the room• Netflix on the TV just to name a few and none of these amenities was there. They charged me for two days when I only stayed one day. I had a double queen bed room and I have to sleep on the other bed with my kids because I started itching 😤 I told the manager and nothing so we left early. They do not have any house keepers for over night so we couldn't get new sheets or trash bags for the room. I will never go back here
Isaiah Waistell: Dated building, room was decent, allowed our doggo, excellent staff they took care of our parking situation! Thank you guys!Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
