Gateway 180 Homeless Services: what do users think?
Tilishia Carson: Gateway180 was a life raft for me when I first got there. It was a little Rocky at the beginning, but it all turned out great for me! Through the RRH program, I was able to get housing relatively quickly. The staff was great! Thanks to Gateway180, I'm now in my very own place! So, the experience worked amazing in my opinion. I've learned it's all in what you make it!
Endiaa Dinero: I Really Appreciate The Help I Received Especially From Ms. Kandace I Came In Hopeless And They Gave Me All The Help I Needed And More When They Say Rapid Housing They Really Mean RAPID
Jessica Phillips: This is a really good place to help you get into your own place. They have wonderful stuff workers.
Brynae carter: Gateway 180 has helped me get back on my feet with the rapid rehousing program. They have amazing case managers that help you along the way to help establish stable living. Since being in the program I have learned so much and will be taking it with me on my next journey. Thank you so much for the support and to my amazing case manager.
Adrian Monique: - I was asked to leave with my daughter (I have and extremely strong personality and some couldn't take it)- Everything was sooooo amazing at first until it wasn't.- some of the staff are responsible for 60% of the "mess" between client's.- I feel like l was treated unfairly because BOTH parties should've been asked to leave. (Not just me)- some staff are more concerned about client's bringing in food versus when some client's do drug's/neglect their kid's & stealing.- The food is ALWAYS disgusting UNLESS being catered. (I told the lunch lady her chicken was dry & she said f* me) I hit a nerve... it was still dry though- Some staff have way to much authority especially when they start telling client's (I'll exit you out the program without being reprimanded or made to apologize)I would suggest if you become a client here is to keep your mouth shut.- majority of the staff don't care.- don't make friend's.- don't vent to anyone either. To the two drug user's that plotted against me, KARMA IS REAL 🖤🦋
Big Moon: Nice place
Stanley Johnson: One of the places I support to help others and whoever reads this post do the same in your community help those who have nothing. We are here to help each other.
Nakeyta Boerum: I enjoy the #vibe in Gateway! The fact that they understand the importance of making an individual feel like they are capable of doing better with their lives, that does a great feeling in my life😍
Elisha Scopelite: They are very rude and disrespectful
Nicole Duff: Tried to call too see if they could help. Phone not in service
Beronica Masterson: Completely undervalued ASSET 2 the community. They have snack time and a playground. 3 meals a day. I slept so good.
Mrs. Mica: This place helps single people and couple's that is need of shelter just call 211 united way or have a referral of some sort and your in... You get your own room 🛏️ beds for each family member it's awesome then been on the streets with your kids and all.....
Cari Duarte: As a prior resident at gateway 180 I will say, the experience with RRH has been a blessing. A stepping stone for my kids and I. My caseworker worked rapidly to meet my needs I remain grateful!
Tina Lilly: The food was okay of course it's not going to be as if we we're in our own home so I'm just greatful. The give a warm and safe shelter. They accommodate me with holding my bed with me having to handle important business outside of shelter. They are a great resource for those who are willing to take what they have to offer. Remember this isn't for you to live long term it's a stepping stone and they'll help you as long as your helping yourself in the process. Nothing in life is handed to you, you as a individual have to do your work as well.Thank you Gateway 180 staff I appreciate your helpTina
Cheryl Higgins: It is what it is. It is a shelter near downrltown St. Louis. I didnt see lots of people milling around or causing problems. It seemed pretty chill
M e “MotherOF3”: Very helpful
Brent Punch: Everybody is very friendly an elbow
carliss moran: Accommodatable..great staff
Klee Loader: Well because it's a women and children shelter their are always in need of some help.
Hazel Ruth Bradley: Lead me to better my family
Ashley Robinson: Staff is a little rude

City Hope St. Louis: what do users think?
Leprechan Boss: Great place!!
Nichelle Segar: Luckily, I've never had to use their services but I support what they do. I don't give to panhandlers anymore. I'd rather donate the money here.
Robert McCullough (Charlie): This place provides everything they can to men who are seeking assistance.
timothy rotter: This is one of the best homeless shelters. The staff is very nice. They have food service 3 times a day for residents. They do have kerferws, which is a good thing. Nothing great can come from night time in the city anyways. If you are a male and on the streets, you need to get in this program. The duration is about 90 days though. So work with the St Patrick's center for help with transitional housing, also.
Bernadine Thomas: Nice Employees
Jordi: Do they allow cats?
Creative Spaces: City Hope St.Louis is a wonderful place!

St Peter & Paul Shelter: what do users think?
Michael Williams: For now... Not 4Eva!!
Nicole Nelson: The best shelter I have ever volunteered at!!! The workers take passion in what they do and care about the unhoused
Michael Doskocil: You have me refuge when no one else would. You fed me, gave me a place to sleep, a d so much more. This Hindu will forever be grateful. May the gods bless you and the work you do.
Derrick Ibe-Williams (D): Nice place after being homeless.
Crystal Ybarra: These ppl have ran me in circles trying to get someone in their shelter. Literally I’ve done everything they have said and called them after just so they can tell me I have to call someone else. Thanks to them this man will be on the street tonight bc I can’t keep housing him. Good job
Kevin Brown: NICE PLACE
Charlie Resident: This establishment is amazing they show love and compassion for every person that walks through their doors. A very special thanks to Shawn, Larry, Tom, and every single person that takes time out of their lives to serve the suffering souls of the south side. When I was hungry and lost they put food in my belly and pointed my feet in the right direction. Angels do walk among us , and some of them can be found here.
Sean Healey: I am grateful for their help!
Centreis Brown: Loved it .
Katie Whitworth: Great shelter for the community.
David White: It only allows you too stay, but really don't assist in helping the homeless with transitional housing, or employment.
BJ Sanchez: THIS PLACE IS OKAY IF IS ALL YOUR GOING TO DO IS SLEEP HERE. DONT COUNT ON GETTING VERY MUCH HELP FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL
Joseph Taylor: Aww

St Patrick Center: what do users think?
William Douglas Holden: They really helped me when I was down and out and had no place to go... Now I have my own apartment and I'm on medication that helps me cope with daily living...They've also helped me get to a point to where I can begin my own business...After being shot in the head in 1985, dead for 5 minutes, - only to come back to life to suffer many years of a living nightmare, - Saint Patrick Center got me healed from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet !!!
sara jackson: Need 2 promote more and follow up more with clients maybe through email but overall Exquisite place 4 the helpless 2 redeem themselves. 💚
CJ Lockett: Love it
lennie smith: Decent help
Jennifer Jones: I've been there before and they were green I was only there for a few minutes yesterday we will be going back tomorrow so we'll see how that goes but I'm sure it'll be great
Nika Watkins: Very professional
Mya Holliday: I love them I actually need them
Charles Myers: So rude at the desk and they close earlier then they claim
Michael Smith: Ive been there three times trying to get help but they always seem to be closed. Ive tried finding a schedule for hours of operation, but to no avail. I need their help so i have no choice but to keep trying
Dorenda Stotler: Depending on who you get to see and who you are will be deciding factor for an FEW employees here. Single, homeless, two kids & our animals living in vehicle & was turned away twice now.. Yet, 2 different single men and 1 family I know have been helped by this organization.
Kenny Conry: I volunteered December 9 for a Christmas party that served 150 homeless veterans dinner with alot of extra clothes and hygiene supplies for the homeless veterans, I really enjoyed being part of the team that made everything happen
Vallorie Bailey: Awesome place for assistance. They have many programs to help anyone seriously looking to better their quality of life. Highly recommended!
Aleksandr Tsvetkov: Wonderful place to get aid. Very friendly staff and pantry is amazing.
Serena Harrington: Everyone is helpful 👍👍👍👍👍
Bruce Clemmons: Great place
Josephinx Ziesman: Hot meal, nice people inside!
56 Nato: They do not treat the poor very well at all its a shame the have all that money from Grant's but the the homeless still sleep in front of the building 😰😓😥😢
William Watson: Very short with answers. Went in to get rental assistance and was told no more help we ran out of money 2 days ago. Then I asked if they had other resources I could have to turn to for help and was told they don't have any resources i could contact. Needless to say I won't go back for help because they don't help at all.
CHARLES DARY: SO SO FAR
Christopher Perry: very helpful place
Getright Info: Can they help me get an i.d? I lost my social security card and birth certificate. I don't have any forms of proof of identity

Covenant House Missouri: what do users think?
Darrian Page: I don’t know why it for whatever reason but apparently the staff gets off on being rude and unprofessional to homeless women and children who are already beaten down enough as it is. Save whatever dignity you have left and find a different shelter trust me there is a better option.
Andrea Silerio: Some staff are very rude when it comes to talking to the parents of the young adults. My daughter is there and the couple of times she has called me Mr. Robert and both Ms. Destiny's were rude before I even had a chance to speak. I would be very grateful if I could talk to the head of the organization.
Chanel Walker: DUE TO THE LARGE NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS OF POOR STAFF, I WILL MAKE IT MY BUSINESS TO CONTACT THE CEO OF COVENANT HOUSE AND HAVE THEM INVESTIGATE THE MISSOURI LOCATION. PEOPLE PAY 19/ MONTH FOR THESE KIDS TO SEEK HELP. NOT BE TREATED LIKE A CHECK. CROSS YOUR T'S AND DOT YOUR I'S BECAUSE THEY ARE COMING. THATS A PROMISE
Storm Cosby: Staff is unprofessional
Jahleel: While I loved serving the youths, it was a very unsafe and hostile work environment…there was no crisis management training for dealing with mentally unstable youths…the pay was very low
gwen oliver: Drop an employee off.
Seren “Sophia” Akridge: Bad experience, a lot of the staff were disrespectful (besides the therapists/psychiatrists.) Was hung up on while attempting to refill my medicine and was left in a crisis. I'm finding a new place immediately... As a youth becoming an adult I would have hoped for better support but I would have been better off not even trying. :(
Model Liondeckers: I really like Covenant House progam. Good people and I like what they have done to help the homeless lives of young teenagers and adults. They have help them to get back on there feet. I am grateful for Covenant House staff's and what they have done for us.
Richard Ashley: This is a ministry which serves homeless and at risk young men. They do a good work!
Yaz Hermosillo: They saved my life got me on my feet helped me change my life around back in 2013 I believe I will never forget the people I met there loved Eileen guelich and other staff as well
Kasha Ranea: I am a previous resident of Covenant House Missouri, and lived in the Soulard residence. Miss Marsha was amazing. Miss tiffany was too, hahaha. This place took me in off the street, and helped me get on my feet. Now I am living the life i have always wanted, thanks to covenant house.
gege life: Good place to get help there
Paul Beck: Donated clothing. Staff was very nice and helpful.
Supv. T. Marie Brown: Bishop Robinson during a great work
Michelle Ware: I would not recommend this place to anyone! Most of the staff are disrespectful, especially the youth that resides there. There has been too much drama in this facility, when it’s supposed to be a place to try to get your life together. The staff has let youth stay there who were the cause to the problems that they have with other youth, and they barely try to take you places when they know that you don’t have a car but barely want to give you bus tickets. I wouldn’t prefer anyone to stay in this place, but if you have no choice, then I would say good luck I guess.
Darryl Walker: Great place, just call and ask for the wishlist like I did, and hit the store. You will be doing a good deed for some nice people.
Poetic Harmony: Helped me help others
Alex Wheeler: I live here and this place saved my life
Charnell Hurn: Not caring pple to the students very harsh
Rebekah Conway: Good youth shelter I reccomend for any transient youth.

Biddle Housing Opportunity Center: what do users think?
Derek Campbell: Great experience living there. Very safe
Dean G. “The seeker” Thurman VET: They provided emergency shelter yet because I was so exhausted from being denied for several days of other places to take refuge from the extreme cold weather that I was made to stay up to well over midnight that's all I'm getting about 5 hours of sleep I did back to have a seat or lay down somewhere they told me because of the City of Hope covert policy I had to have intake and they would get to me and just take moment which ended up being about 6 hours after arriving I do thank them for providing emergency shelter but I'm disappointed in the way they handled the intake and the handling of those physically exhausted from the cold elements that bus the little house and all those stores and make the Lord Jesus Christ extend the blessings of his father to everyone in the world and make St Louis the envy to make it a guidepost for other places noted for helping those in need of emergency shelter
Chris Mooneyham: This is a wonderful place that gives the opportunity of change and everyone's life it is in need of just a little extra help Happy Thanksgiving everyone be thankful for everything you have at every moment
Mike Wooden: I will be forever grateful for the Biddle House. But The staff there is very unprofessional and rude in my opinion.
Shelia Thompson: It provides resources for men in need.
Keith Herron: Very helpful and warm
