Blaine Folsom: You are better of not even wasting your time going here! They would rather spend time talking spending our tax dollars then helping a struggling person. If you have a SNAP interview you need to make sure you show up before noon because they are far to lazy to do it after then! Mind you I have called and tried completing the process multiple times waiting on hold 4 hours before being hung up on, tried setting up appointments, etc. I was there at 3pm and I am a single person and you can’t tell me that an interview would have taken 2 hours to complete.

I've been moved lower in the que than when I began the call.I'm following up with them because they claim a human is stealing my card. So I was told the card would be sent to my local office. 2.5w & nothing. I've had to reapply twice thus far because of the same card issues for over a year. I've come to accept that the program is intentionally setting humans up to die from starvation. Showing a complete lack of respect for disabled persons. I'm legally disabled and something tells me the state is violating the ADA. They shame our nation & our state out of prejudice towards the downtrodden.

Based Nationalist: I think all White people should be aware of this. I am a Public Safety Officer for the county and city of St. Louis, while I was on duty this lady that was trying to get food stamps and a state employee got into an argument. I was told by several state employees that she had to go so I escorted her off of the property, she complied so there was no physical altercation. I'm the Officer that did my job and I'm the one that can no longer work at this facility but the Black Officer that sat there and did nothing the whole entire time can stay and be useless, miss Brown (the manager of this state facility) is 100% a racist.

Karen was very nice and quick to help, and it took us about 5-7 minutes from the beginning to the end to complete food stamp interview. I understand that it was beginning of the day and not so crowded but nevertheless we are completely satisfied with quality of services we received today.

Sydney Burns: I was told my estimated wait time on a call was 10 minutes. It’s been 1 HOUR AND 30 MINS and nobody has picked up the phone!!!!! Come on now.

La Sìrene: I’m only giving this office the score of a 1 because I HAD TO! Absolutely RUDE UNPROFEASIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. I came in today to ask a simple questions about a couple of forms I had to turn in and the old lady at the desk name ELAINE JOHNSON WAS RUDE AS EVER, she does not deserve to have a job the way she talks and treats the people that come in the office especially me! As I’m trying to ask her questions about my case she constantly cut me off, would not let me finish what I was saying or trying to explain to her just pointed me over to a wall of papers and told me to go over there. I had a few questions about the forms in regards to my case in particular, and since she was so rude I did not want to encounter her again so I simply asked the security guy Chris because it was just a simple question as I’m asking him she yells from the across the office “ what are you doing, you do know that he is a security guard your talking to , if you have questions you need to talk to someone who works here! “ so I figured hey maybe she’s willing to do her job and help me now so I made my way back over and as soon as I approached the desk she was extremely rude once again ! “ I already told you what you needed so I don’t know why you’re over there still asking him he doesn’t work here you can’t talk to him about your case!” So I asked “ well are you willing to listen to my situation so that you can help me ?” Again , she points at the wall and tells me that’s all you need!” This was a horrifying experience of not being treated as an adult or better yet even a human being. I really hate how the people who work in these places treat the people who need to come there as though we are nothing! I have worked my whole life and the minute I need help and go to get it , I have to deal with arrogant unprofessional rude and just plain mean people, like ELAINE JOHNSON. I felt so disrespected I wanted a number for a manager or someone who’s in charge of the office just to let them know about my experience with this lady because I have never encountered anything like this ever in a process environment and I was givin the info card number where I had absolutely no way of contacting anyone in regards to my situation. I’m still hoping to speak with someone who will be able to do something about this but, until then google is my only way to get the word out there . I will be looking into how to report to the BBB Just haven’t figured it out just yet, but I am very disappointed with the services I received today from that lady in the office ELAINE JOHNSON, most unprofessional being I have ever met in my life, like who raised this lady? Wolves and monkies in the jungle, she has absolutely no home training or professionalism.

alex kholostov: No one answers the phone and you are not able to schedule an appointment over the phone. When we got there the wait was super long. (I’m not a patient person) When we got called to the desk, the worker was very nice and was able to answer all questions and explained everything in detail! (The 3 rd one from the left to right) She also gave us her direct number in case we have questions later.Most of them seem to work so slow, snacking, drinking, walking as slow as possible, typing slowly… and talk loud - everyone in line can hear information about the person…

Kae Garrett: an absolute waste. i always have like 100+ customers ahead of me IN THE MORNING. i have to wait on hold for like 2 hours, this time i waited on hold for 4 hours just for them to tell my food stamps were denied because i make over the limit for 1 person. what limit??? the one where i wasnt in work for months because i got a traumatic brain injury and i was struggling to afford therapy i desperately needed to get my life back or the one where my job cut my hours even more to where now i have to figure out how to pay the rest of these medical bills, doctor visits, and survive all while struggling greatly with my living situation??? honestly let me know. you don’t care about your people and your service is a waste of time
Brittney Duvall: This place is straight ignorant. I tried calling prior to coming here and they send you to an 855 number with over 300 people in front of you. So I took a bus 2 hours to get here. I got here at 12:02 and I can't get in because they close for lunch now apparently so I have to turn around and go straight back home to get my son from school. They close way early so I can't take a bus back over here in time this evening. I applied for my benefits online and done everything they asked then they don't add my son to my case so it's their fault. This is horrible customer service. They had well over 30 people in there I don't understand why they can't spilt their lunch in half. Like half the office now and the other half in an hour. I'm so upset for real. I tried to appeal their decision but guess what the number they gave you nobody answers. So sad.

Christina Marie Fabian: They are a lot faster then they use to be 10 or 15 years ago. I know a person commented they were upset because they waited 25 minutes at the office and left. Years ago it was a whole day process. Now they have ways to reapply and do your interview over the phone. With that being said I have held on hold for a few hours. There use to be a recording that let you leave your phone number and you wouldn't lose your place in line and someone would call you back. But they don't always give you that option which is why I had to go to office. I was lucky that day because I was called to a window in a few minutes and did my interview right there. It seems like they change their system Alot. But it still beats going down early in the morning and not leaving until afternoon back in the day..
Cathy Duffie: We have an urgent medical need for my brother. I have been on hold for an average of 4 hours every day for the past 5 business days to learn that the place I need to reach cannot be reached until his application is processed, when the reason for trying to reach them is to escalate the application process because of an urgent medical need. Three starts for this review because every time I reached a customer service agent, they did everything in their power to try to help me or get me to the right person. The system just doesn't work well.Update:. I walked into the resource center on Lindbergh. They took me in immediately, processed the application and completed everything within an hour. Also, I sent a note to Governor Parsons office and he responded and had someone call me. She had been extremely helpful, and have me her direct office number. They have been very helpful. The people have been great. They just have horrible processes.
