Which is truly great, raises are deserved for the hard work.However, as a client It can be stressful when you are constantly assigned different hairdressers with varying prices $ for the same service/quality.

Natalie Hogan: The only reason I ever came to this salon was to follow my all-time favorite stylist, Ariana C. She has done my hair for years, and although I have to travel 2 hours for my appointments and I end up spending a bit more $ than I’d like, I will never stop going to her. Over the years, we have tried various styles and colors on my hair - she nails it every single time. Once, she cut my daughter’s long hair into a pixie cut and it was the cutest cut ever! She can do it all. As talented as Ariana is, the thing that really keeps me coming back is her personality. Ariana is honestly one of the sweetest, most genuine people I know. I’ve met a lot of girls in the beauty industry and they are typically self-obsessed, vain, materialistic, and catty. Ariana is none of that. She is so warm and bubbly, always smiling, always kind. I’ve watched her interact with understudies and coworkers over the many years I’ve gone to her and she’s so helpful and kind to ALL. When I learned that Ariana had moved to CW salon from her previous location, I followed, but was a bit disappointed in the new atmosphere. MTV-style music videos played nonstop on a big TV - and I decided I unfortunately wouldn’t be bringing my teenage daughter back with me to any more appointments. The videos and the inappropriately dressed coworkers (seriously - one stylist’s dress was so short I could see literally everything) made me uncomfortable and I certainly didn’t want my daughter thinking these types of girls were trendy and cool. Ariana and her chill, friendly vibe, relaxed, tasteful style (she never dressed like a street walker) stood out from the rest. I recently learned that sweet Ariana is no longer working at this salon and I am so happy I don’t have to go to that place anymore!

Debbie Profilet: More like a club than a salon. Inappropriate videos constantly running on a big screen and scantily dressed hairdressers, all of which have bleached blonde hair, huddled in a corner glaring at clients like a bunch of mean girls. Overpriced and underwhelming. I will never go back.

Petra Hines: I am a African American consumer, and iI walked in today to schedule my every 6 month hair appointment for 6/23/22. A $2000 appointment with my usual stylist. And received a foolish call back from Chesterfield location, stating I could keep this consultation appointment but my installation appointment would be in August, I would not have extensions ordered in June and installation in August hair tinting would not match by then . I'm not sure what LEVEL this receptionist was. Also I was told I could have a cheaper level 2 stylist instead of my usual level 5 stylist, and I would have to pay 1/2 the stylist fee up front due to a tardy, last visit which was on a Saturday when the stylist only had to stay over 10 minutes, then the shop was closed no customers would be inconvenienced behind me. I usually pay every thing when due. Reprimanding customers for 10 minutes is petty and only sends your money and referrals to another company.

I recently moved and have a lot of hair that’s been messed up before so I SEARCHED for the right salon and found this one and found my new stylist Hunter. I set up an appointment and waited all month so excited because my hair looked awful and I have my baby shower and maternity photos coming up. Of course the day of I unfortunately had to go to the hospital and get checked out, thought for sure I would miss my appointment and be stuck with this God forsaken hair. I messaged Hunter letting her know and asked if she could just get me in for a haircut, anything would help. Finally got to my appointment an hour late and she agreed to do what she could. WELL she did much more. She cut my hair perfectly I may add and touched up my color exactly how I wanted. She has a ton of experience, including curly hair, and is very detailed. She spends time ensuring she understood what I was looking for in a cut/color every visit, and kept notes of colors used for future reference.
