Katie Ghersi: For Delivery Drivers: every number this place gave our team to contact them either goes to the wrong person, or nowhere. I can't do my job if I'm not given the proper resources.I called each number on the list they gave me, ending with the last, Ken. Ken's voicemail message ran through a single number, not on my list, to call instead for receiving.We are driving, unable to write down a number. I called back, seeing if I could catch the number this time and maybe remember it to call. Ken picks up and yells asking what the **** I want, and I let him know I'm trying to deliver his order, and he said he yells back the number is in the voicemail, I explain my problem with that and he hangs up.I will never deliver here again, and I'm writing this review to warn other drivers. These people are not well adjusted.After having arrived, you go through an alley and just park in the alley to get unloaded. We couldn't even open our doors all the way, the alley was so tight. We have a 53' reefer and a sleeper cab.I wouldn't recommend it.
Im Great: Harold's was fabulous & the florist/designers were amazing to work with. I called for beautiful blue hydrangeas and they said they had some but when I got there later in the day, they sold out that quickly. Of course they showed me some gorgeous blue roses 🌹 💙 and I fell for it- hard!!!They suggested the delphinium, carnations, belles of Ireland, palms, and some other greens. They made the most ethereal floral arrangements. I can not wait to come back for more!

Barbara Butler: Where do I start... there are a couple nice people here but everyone else seems to be rude or have something wrong with them. Whenever I call to ask what roses are in stock and their prices (because they change due to holidays) I am, majority of the time, greeted by someone so rude. I am hurried off the phone without the information that I wanted, and then have to call more times to get my answer. The only nice and patient person I have dealt with is Michael. Very, very nice and understanding with me. If this store was filled with more Michaels, it would make me want to return. Now lets talk about the roses. Not all the roses are bad, there are plenty of pretty roses to pick from if they're not already taken or held for anyone else. You can go into the freezer and get your roses or desired flowers. Say you pick out a decent pack of 25 roses seeing the top few that have their protective pedals slightly worn. You get to wherever you're going and soon find out that the roses you can't see packed at the bottom are rotten and weak. Then you call back telling them about the issue, then they offer to substitute the ones that are bad with equally as bad roses. Usually when you think of a FLORIST, you think of professionals that care about the roses or flowers that they're selling, as well as their customers. After all of the countless times I was mistreated, the thousands of dollars I have spent here, I have had enough of terrible flowers and staff. I will take my time and money else where. If you read this review before going and think this can't be accurate, then go waste time and find out yourself.
grazyna Szachwis: I'm a customer fo a long time with the Harold's Wholesale Florist.They use to had nice flowers, you can buy a bunch of 25 roses for reasonable price. I was happy to buy over there, you can go inside the store, and choose any color you like of the roses, not anymore. They don't let you go inside to make own bouquet of color roses. Only you can go to the large refrigerator, and buy already wrapped in the carton, you don't see the condition of the roses, because they are wrapped so tide, that you see only the top of the roses. This is like buying something wit closed eyes. My mom she had a birthday, so I decided to go to the Harold's Florist to buy roses for my mom. I bought three bouquets, each for 25 roses, and payed over 160 dollars, happy that will be beautiful roses, like I use to buy. I did open up the wrap, the roses was rotten brown, the leaves was falling down, the petals was falling too. I was so disappointed, the roses didn't stay even 3 days, they didn't' blooms the flowers fall down, they looked terrible. I did bought the roses on Friday,O Monday I took the roses back to the store, show what kind o flowersThey are selling, They only said ooo, they didn't even said they are Sorry,for selling this kind of flowers, not mention about return the money, or even give me a discount, or give better roses for the money I payed. I will never go back to this store anymore. NO STAR FOR THIS STORE.

Mia Kloth: I cannot say enough good things about Hailey and the business! We used them for our wedding and they made it so easy. I ended up making several changes and Hailey was always welcoming. I even had specific vases I wanted to use and Hailey had no problem creating gorgeous centerpieces with them. I’m so obsessed with how my bouquet turned out too! I also felt like it was very reasonably priced.

After an unfortunate chain of events, at the last minute my clients were left without centerpieces and bridal party flowers for their twice-postponed wedding (different vendor). With 36 hours notice Sara was able to pull together bridal party flowers and centerpieces and AND have them delivered to the wedding venue. The flowers were perfect, and the crisis was averted in the best possible way. Can’t recommend them enough!!!

Michala Holmes: We used soulard florist for our wedding flowers. We had sunflowers and burgundy roses and the bouquets and pergola arrangement were absolutely beautiful!!! The sunflowers were giant and so pretty-I could not have asked for better flowers! The only reason I give 4 stars is that her communication was a little scattered which made me nervous since I am very Type A, so just be aware of that. However her customer service was great and the flowers turned out amazing! Also an incredibly reasonable price compared to other vendors, which I really appreciated!

Celeste Lang: They saved my day and my son's dance! I purchased the worst corsage I've ever seen in my life. I ordered the corsage ahead of time to pick up on the day of. When I picked it up, I was devastated that it was only a couple hours until the dance and I now had to find someone to make me a new one. I called always in bloom and they said they could make it and have it ready within the hour. It was so beautiful and elegant and everything I could've asked for! I would give them 10 stars if I could and I definitely recommend them!

Debbie Kinsinger (Two Blind Guys): I recently ordered flowers to be delivered to an employee of mine who had a recent medical situation. She was in a lot of pain when the delivery person arrived. She said he was very patient and understanding and brought the flowers inside for her as she was not able to. He was very professional. The flowers were delivered in the time frame they stated and they were beautiful. They lasted for a very long period of time! I will definitely use Always in Bloom for my future floral needs and will certainly recommend them to others going forward. The service and product provided by this local florist was exceptional in every aspect. Job well done !

She is easy to work with, very experienced with knowing what we wanted. Many guests complimented on how beautiful the flowers were.
