E F: On May 9, 2023, I went into Walter Knolls to purchase ribbon. I made a bow to put into a plant only to discover I had misplaced my scissors.One of the workers from Walter Knolls saw that I was searching for something & asked if he could help. I asked him if he had scissors I could use briefly. He says “ here, let me help you with that”. He took my bow and plant inside to his designer, Maury, who did an excellent job at clipping the streamers on the bow and placing it in the plant. Maury also added a touch of greens that gave the plant a great look. Maury, you are the best. Thank You Walter Knolls for going beyond to help save my day. I am a regular customer and have always enjoyed the friendliness of Your Staff💕💐Esther
terry costello: Getting into this alley with a 53' trailer is some work! Staff are great but the tight turns and cars parked on the streets make for a strenuous time! Had about 7 guys to help us unload the load of flowers in about 20 mins. Very nice people!

Such a polite gentleman explaining that he was at my door for a flower delivery. I unfortunately wasn't home at the time so he kindly asked if he could leave the flowers and balloon at my front door which was OK. He also was kind enough to tell me Happy Birthday! I have never purchased flowers here but I am now! Beautifully & carefully wrapped which was excellent.To my brother...THANK YOU and this was definitely a pleasant surprise & has definitely made my birthday that much specail.🙏🏽

H G: Horribly rude. I ordered flowers for an employee who had a baby, and was quickly inundated with endless emails and paper junk mail. I never signed up for any promotional materials and was very put off with their aggressive marketing. When I called to ask to be taken off the lists they put me on, I was spoken to very gruffly. I made the call from my open office, with others listening, and was pleasant and polite. The customer service man on the other end of the phone was immediately defensive and personally offended and kept asking me for my account - which was confusing because I did not have an account. He never asked me for my name or email, maybe that is what he wanted. I became very flustered with his condescending tone and short retorts and calmly said that he had been rude and that I'd call back later to talk to someone else, but he hung up the phone after I said "rude". It was a horrible experience. I very much hope they did not also inappropriately bombard the flower recipient with unwanted junk mail also, how embarrassing that would be for me, who just wanted to congratulate them. I was able to send an email requesting a stop to their marketing materials and received no reply but the junk mail has ceased, thankfully. I've had 10 more staff welcome new babies since then and you better believe I did not order from WKF! I've told the whole admin team of our 200+ employee office to never use them.

And they look beautiful in the preview shots I received from my photographer. Sue at Water Knoll Florist was fantastic to work with - accommodating and super easy to get ahold of. I couldn’t recommend this florist enough!

KJallDAY: I have gone to Riley’s on several occasions and every time I leave empty handed. The larger blonde woman is there and she never wants to provide me service and on several occasions won’t speak or ask me if I need help. Today I asked how much for the smaller bag of soil, she said they don’t have any…I was staring at 4 bags under the counters. I said they are right here. She steps out and says I think $20 I’d have to look it up…I stand there and wait…I said ok are you going to look it up or should I just go with your guess? She said to me I’m in the middle of doing something. I stand and wait for about a minute or two and she’s continuing whatever on the computer. I was fed up and just left. No other customers were there she could have helped me and then went back to whatever she was doing. My boyfriend goes there often to get me flowers he said there’s a nice gentleman that always helps him. I wish I could say the same…maybe she doesn’t know any better but it’s just rude!

Celeste Lang: They saved my day and my son's dance! I purchased the worst corsage I've ever seen in my life. I ordered the corsage ahead of time to pick up on the day of. When I picked it up, I was devastated that it was only a couple hours until the dance and I now had to find someone to make me a new one. I called always in bloom and they said they could make it and have it ready within the hour. It was so beautiful and elegant and everything I could've asked for! I would give them 10 stars if I could and I definitely recommend them!

She said he was very patient and understanding and brought the flowers inside for her as she was not able to. He was very professional. The flowers were delivered in the time frame they stated and they were beautiful. They lasted for a very long period of time! I will definitely use Always in Bloom for my future floral needs and will certainly recommend them to others going forward. The service and product provided by this local florist was exceptional in every aspect. Job well done !

Everyone who attended commented on how bright and colorful it was! It was a bright spot for a somber event. My experience was positive all the way down to the nice boy that carried them to the car. I told her my budget and told her to do what she’d like. She absolutely blew me away with her creation on the spot. She was a true artist with her arrangement. She also took the time to explain care instructions. I buy flowers weekly and made a note to my husband when we loaded up that it had been so long since someone took the time to tell me how to properly care for an arrangement.Overall, they’re extremely friendly, much more reasonably priced than others in the area, and acreage beautiful arrangements. I’ll be back and recommending them highly.

I ordered a tulip arrangement from Botanicals Design Studio (BDS) for an anniversary that was delivered on the wrong date with flowers that I thought wilted quickly. Within hours of notifying the company, I was contacted with an apology and a promise to correct the situation. I appreciated that BDS recognized that they were a part of my anniversary and took that responsibility seriously. Mistakes happen, but knowing this company is committed to it's customers would persuade me to use them again in the future.
Cara Johnson: I had a small civil ceremony with 8 people at an outdoor park. I was not making the event into a very big deal, but did want a few long-stem flowers to carry during the ceremony and planned to build my own arrangement. I stopped in Botanicals Design Studio while Dean was there, and he was absolutely incredible to work with! Once he realized why I was shopping for flowers and got a sense of the colors and types of flowers I was interested in, he worked his magic to build a beautiful bouquet and showed me how to carry the flowers throughout the ceremony. Dean helped me to feel like a beautiful bride and it was clear he has a real talent arranging flowers! I highly recommend shopping with Botanicals Design Studio. The bouquet is now a beautiful flower arrangement that continues to remind me of what a fun memorable day we had.
