Aviane W: I went through FTD, and they used this location as a 3rd party to deliver my daughter 1 dozen long stem roses for Valentines Day. And they were not fresh our gorgeous at all. Horrible!!!! I asked FTD to use another local florist in the area, this place is NOT good. We are use to beautiful gorgeous roses that don't look like the dead.

Jessica Spragg: I ordered flowers for an apartment resident and they were delivered on a Friday to the apartment office per the apartment's policy. The apartment never notified the recipient. I thought the flowers had not been delivered so called Wade Florist on Monday since they were closed over the weekend. After talking with them and then having the recipient go to the apartment office we discovered what had happened. Wade Florist had asked me to let them know if the flowers were found. When I called them back they offered to resend a new bouquet at no cost to me. I offered to at least pay the delivery fee which they also declined. The new bouquet was delivered the next morning and was beautiful! It was no fault of Wade Florist and they still did everything they could to ensure a fresh, beautiful delivery. Tamara was very helpful and lovely to work with. Thank you, Wade Florist, for your professionalism!

Celeste Lang: They saved my day and my son's dance! I purchased the worst corsage I've ever seen in my life. I ordered the corsage ahead of time to pick up on the day of. When I picked it up, I was devastated that it was only a couple hours until the dance and I now had to find someone to make me a new one. I called always in bloom and they said they could make it and have it ready within the hour. It was so beautiful and elegant and everything I could've asked for! I would give them 10 stars if I could and I definitely recommend them!

She said he was very patient and understanding and brought the flowers inside for her as she was not able to. He was very professional. The flowers were delivered in the time frame they stated and they were beautiful. They lasted for a very long period of time! I will definitely use Always in Bloom for my future floral needs and will certainly recommend them to others going forward. The service and product provided by this local florist was exceptional in every aspect. Job well done !

The larger blonde woman is there and she never wants to provide me service and on several occasions won’t speak or ask me if I need help. Today I asked how much for the smaller bag of soil, she said they don’t have any…I was staring at 4 bags under the counters. I said they are right here. She steps out and says I think $20 I’d have to look it up…I stand there and wait…I said ok are you going to look it up or should I just go with your guess? She said to me I’m in the middle of doing something. I stand and wait for about a minute or two and she’s continuing whatever on the computer. I was fed up and just left. No other customers were there she could have helped me and then went back to whatever she was doing. My boyfriend goes there often to get me flowers he said there’s a nice gentleman that always helps him. I wish I could say the same…maybe she doesn’t know any better but it’s just rude!
