Ed Hejlek: Great experience with Citywide, from start to finish. Our salesperson, Adam, toured our house and listened to what we wanted. When it came time for installation, Steve took the time that was necessary to trace all of the wires and re-integrate the hardwired window sensors from our original security system (that another security company disconnected without our knowledge during a so-called previous upgrade) into a truly upgraded system that includes wireless glass-break and motion sensors in addition to a mix of hardwired and wireless door and window sensors.
