John Boxley: Good guy an good service had my truck done in a few hours‼️‼️🙂
Stacie Lacey: Very good business. The owner is very kind
Dre Miller: THIS GUY RIGHT HERE.. ARE A PROFESSIONAL SCAMMER..HE WILL LiE AND SAY HE CAN DO THE JOB .. HAVE YOU LEAVE YOUR CAR .. HOURS LATER CALL YOU AND SAY .. IM SORRY THERES A PROBLEM NOW I CANT FIX IT .. BUT STILL CHARGE YOU FOR IT.. I went to (custom sounds )and got it right done...
Darren Robinson: This Lil man trying to charge me 450$ to install my own amp and subwoofers with my own wiring. Lol 😆. .Then I asked him how much do you charge just to run the Hot wire. He said we Don't do that. Lol lol . Money Hungry 💰. Dude...it's 2022
lamont walker: I called the number listed on the building and when the guy picked up I asked were they open because they looked closed from the outside. The guy went on a rant about he looks closed because he don't wanna get shot and the neighborhood is bad. But he comes out , took a look at my equipment and says I cannot install. Didn't explain why and just walked off. I can tell between him being awkwardly rude and him being in the audio installation business but wouldn't do an install that this wasn't a legitimate business
Adam: Very poor service at ridiculous prices! Promise you quality and in the end my radio is worse than before..even after my 3rd time there for them to get it right! Save your money and time..I wish I would've read the reviews 1st🤦‍♂️
Terran Wallace: Horrible pitiful should be out of business
Christopher Cain: Really good service
Levar C: Didn't seem professional and immediately hit me me a highball price, higher than any other quotes in the area. Wasn't a good first impression at all. I was being lectured on how difficult an install would be on my vehicle, I'm good, I'll pass, the energy here was all wrong.
Terrance Smith: They were rude and hung up the phone an refused to answer a simple question
Jason Melton: Owner was an a hole
Ced: Coded my key fobs in about 5 minutes, & for less than half the price the dealership was asking.
Cori Winfield: Kinda pricey but very good work
Levi C: I needed a tire replaced and they were fast, friendly, and cheap. Couldn't have asked for more
Shaun McKee: Great car purchased!!
angel dyle: The owner is very very ignorant and very unprofessional didnt wanna back my warranty on a alarm he did had to call the police and everything ill never go there again CUSTOM SOUNDS ONLY...
Sean Berry: Completely Useless and unhelpful asked about Radio installation Owner look at my paperwork andSaid he could not help me and walked off
Gloria Vaughn: It's okay partially closed myst rung doorbell
Ms. Fowler: Folks very helpful.
John Garrett: They are very polite and curious towards people and explains everything need to be done I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Citywide Alarms: what do users think?
Samantha Chism: Our family has worked with Adam and the Citywide team for over three years. They have amazing customer service and top of the line security equipment. I am confident I am protected, and could not be more grateful.
Tiffani Frost: Trey was awesome. Very quick and informative made sure I understood every step! Am so happy I went with citywide!
Carlos Tilly: Never a question about if we were satisfied or not. Very late delivery. Very bad Customer Service. Very arrogant owner
Erin Wirick: Citywide did a great job and always got back with me in a timely manner answering my many questions! Adam was great in responding to my frequent texts and even came onsite. Zech, David and Taliah (at the office) were also very professional and a great help with my inquiries. The job was done well and their helpful and kind demeanor of good customer service was much appreciated!
Oleg Goncharenko: Don't hesitate to work with Citiwyde Alarms! I am a bad client since I don't buy fast and ask a ton of questions :-). Before becoming a client of Citiwyde Alarms I did a big research and had an appointment with all main players on the market. The whole Citiwyde Alarms team - Adam, Taliah and others are super responsive before selling and AFTER! Their customer service is awesome! Rest assured, Citiwyde Alarms will provide you the best security solution on the market, you will get great price, you can cancel contract any time and they will support you after sale.Thank you Citiwyde Alarms for making me a happy customer!
Darren Johnson: These guys are incredible! They handle security for our church and I am blown away with their technology and prices. They can even monitor elderly people living alone to make sure they take their medications and don't wander off.
Angelina Garcia: Kody and Trey were very professional they took the time to explain everything and were very patient throughout the whole process.Thank you guys hope you have a Happy holidays and keep up the excellent customer service.
Peggy Edwards: I had an alarm installed recently and found the installers to be professional and very helpful in setting up and explaining the system. I did have questions a few days after installation and the office staff proved patient, very knowledgable and willing to work me through my issues. I am very pleased with the system and the support that is provided. Thanks to all involved.
IRRECO LLC: Citywide installed an alarm system at our shop. We had one of those DIY systems. It never worked like we wanted and we never saved any money. Now with Citywide we get movement notifications detected by our cameras, access codes for each employee, and a reliable system. Top service starting in the office and all the way down to each technician we met. There are only a few companies that Irreco trusts enough to refer to others and Citywide is definitely one of them.
Ed Hejlek: Great experience with Citywide, from start to finish. Our salesperson, Adam, toured our house and listened to what we wanted. When it came time for installation, Steve took the time that was necessary to trace all of the wires and re-integrate the hardwired window sensors from our original security system (that another security company disconnected without our knowledge during a so-called previous upgrade) into a truly upgraded system that includes wireless glass-break and motion sensors in addition to a mix of hardwired and wireless door and window sensors. Could not be more satisfied with the product and the experience. If you are looking to install or upgrade a security system, do yourself a favor and call Citywide.
Ray Amanat: I have had the privilege of seeing Jim Fogal present about their alarm company and the different options you have to keep your home secure. I have compared Citywide to other alarm companies and hands down, they have the most modern up to date technology you need for home security. I highly recommend having them do an evaluation of your home to give you the best options available to give you peace of mind for both home and family security.
Craig Hoemann: Excellent service!! Bob was informative, easy to work with, and down to earth. No high pressure sales tactics and no nonsense. Trey and Adam were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and made the install process quick and painless. I really appreciate the experience and feel confident that my home is safe.
Jeffrey Solomon: The salesperson and installer were very professional and timely. The system is amazing and quite flexible, and we appreciate the amount of control we have remotely. Both the salesperson and installer arrived promptly as scheduled.
Patricia Sohn: We've had a pleasant experience with Citywide Alarms staff and services. From our first meeting with Adam to discuss our security needs to the final installation, it has been great. The crew who installed our equipment were friendly, knowledgeable and just plain fine young men. Our installers Chris, Trey, Zech and Austin, showed patience and support with us as they educated us on the security equipment. I highly respect Citywide Alarms' team for their professionalism and expertise and highly recommend them for your home security needs.
Gina Bailey: We just wanted to let you how much we appreciated working with you and your staff. You were very knowledgeable about your products. You listened to our wants and came up with a great security system to fit our church's needs. Your staff, from the office (I think it is your sister) to the installers, everyone was great!I have to give a special shoutout to Chris and Trey. They were awesome, funny, down to earth, efficient and very enjoyable to be around. (As long as I fed them snacks, they were happy!) LOL!Again, sorry for the delay, but wanted you to know what a great company, great products and awesome staff you have.
Travis Mahler: Wow! I am simply blown away. Just the fundamental differences alone between having a local family-owned security alarm company handle my home’s security system versus all those DIY alarm systems...those aren’t even in the same league regarding security.~~Starting with Jim Fogal (the President of Citywide Alarms own Father); he came to my home and walked the perimeter of it with me, to evaluate my risk points. Then, we sat at my dining room table and he personalized a security plan specific to my home...meaning we discussed what was needed/what was not needed and then he put together the blue print that would be my home’s security platform. Not once was there that annoying “pushy salesman” feeling. He left my home and I felt excited in knowing that I was an integral part of securing my own home. From there—only from having firmed up my proposal on Friday—on Monday morning promptly at 10am, as scheduled, two very clean-cut, well-mannered, and very knowledgeable men arrived at my home to do the install. Here’s the thing; they weren’t just “the install guys”...meaning, in my opinion, I felt like they were very well-versed in what I had specifically selected as my personalized alarm plan.In other words, at no time did I feel like they were left out of the loop because they were asking me questions about what I had discussed on Friday with Jim nor were they were calling back and forth over to the company to see what was discussed next.Folks the Citywide Alarms company has this process of security homes figures out!It is streamlined to perfection, to make homes so intelligent, without making the homeowner feel less intelligent. It’s super affordable and I slept great last night! Thanks Jim and Adam!!
Lynn Downey: Had them install my alarm last year and had a small issue with a lock. Trey the technician came out the same day and fixed it. He is very professional and happy to answer questions. The entire staff there is fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an alarm.
Heather Kemper: Thank you so much for giving me a peace of mind. The installer was incredibly patient and kind -- will most certainly be recommending. :)
Chet Plegge: I just had a system installed this week and could not be happier with how the install went start to finish. With all the concerns about Corona, Adam was able to do the building check from the exterior, and his original quote over the phone was what the ending price was, and he never tried to up sell, to make an extra buck or two.The two installers Austin and Zech, arrived on time, worked patiently to solve an issue where the main panel was going to go due to our older house, and worked together in a professional and respectful manner while doing the install.
Robert Marshak: Citywide Alarms provided home security on our new residence and did an excellent job. Adam Fogal came out and gave us several options and explained everything. He provided us with a comprehensive package that does exactly what we wanted. The technician who did the install, Steve, did a perfect job and provided a tutorial for us that made it all easy to use. The app on our phones allows us to remotely arm and disarm the system- a real plus. Highly recommend Citywide. Excellent service and ongoing support.
Nicole Parlow Hayes: I had the pleasure of working with the Owner Steve along with 2 employees Adam and Austin. I was impressed with this company from start to finish. I received several quotes on alarms and cameras and there was not one other company that held a candle to Citywide Alarms. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, reasonably priced, and trustworthy! Hands down the best!

Central District Alarm Inc.: what do users think?
Randy Ingmire: Often frustrated with customer service. Unexpected billings not told about when we signed the contract. And today, payment "return to sender" by U.S.P.S. because mailed to address on return envelope sent with bill and not new P.O. Box. No apology for inconvenience from customer service person. It was all Postal Service fault. I was told just resend to either address. Which address? Small things, but they add up.
Steve: When it comes time to cancel your services, the company will try to charge you more than four times what the the equipment is worth. It will takes threats of legal action to come to any resolution with this company. Stay away. Better service and ethics are easily found elsewhere.
Jj Rr: The lot would better serve the community and neighborhood as a park and public parking lot.I don't know if they're any good at security, but they certainly secure their parking lot from use by anyone, ever. Bad neighbors!Ha, remember when they built an expensive building (that doesn't fit Dogtown) then secured their parking lot with cheap chains and a gate made out of a 2x4 and a bucket? Classy.
Tom Simer: The Best of the Best why would you go anywhere else? Call CDA today for all of your Burglar, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and more, We do it all!
Maranda Bantle: Its a wack job family owned company that will offer employees bonus and never pay them when the job is complete. They will have you sign a contract cash your check immediately then take 2+ yrs to do your install. Then have us emplyees lie to you every day. Better to just find a company that has a manager capable of ordering parts and getting the job done unlike the one this company offers. SPEND YOUR MONEY AT ANOTHER COMPANY. THIS ONE WILL ALWAYS DISAPPOINT YOU THATS A PROMISE.from an ex employee.
Brittany Perry: Trusted small business! Why be a number when you can be you?
Tommy V: I don't know what all these other reviewers are talking about. I have always had a good experience. They monitor alarms on one of my office buildings.
Nick Funke: Terrible customer service.
Todd Golden: Great sales, great service, great people to work with.
Timothy Hydar: Terrible customer service, wiped all our users and could not arm the building because of short sighted untrained staff. Rude and doen't care about customer service.
Corrie Petschonek: Lydia is incredibly rude and not helpful in the least. If this company ever expects to get more than one star reviews I would suggest getting rid of her and train your staff to be friendly, helpful and just decent people.
David Ruggeri: Do some research and you can find numerous better companies. I am a current customer and am canceling my service and switching to a different company. I have had several small issues over the past few years, but nothing that would warrant leaving until now. Our alarm was beeping and I called and asked what the issue might be. They told me they would send someone out. I stated that if we can trouble shoot this over the phone I am happy to do so, but they said it was no problem and they would send someone out to make sure everything was working properly. The service tech came out and said it was a bad battery and replaced it. Well a few weeks later I get a $103 bill for changing a $8 battery. I called billing and was told by the women in the billing department that she will look into this and call me back soon. Well she never called so I called back the next day. She explained that the charge for a service call was $95. I stated that the service call was their idea and that I could have changed the battery myself as $103 to change a battery seems excessive to me. She told me that there is nothing she can do and I have to pay that bill. I told her that I will pay but will be canceling my service, to which she replied "Ok, I need that in writing. I will be looking for your letter." She literally could not have cared less. After I hung up I decided to call back and speak to a supervisor. I was told that Bridget would call me back "very soon." Bridget called me back and seemed to not care anymore than the first employee.I did some looking around and found many great alarm companies with better technology and options.
Cameron Wiss: Rude phone people. Not very professional. Would very much recommend alarm 24 over them. Much happier now
Jody Botto: This is the worst security in the business. They will not always call when your alarm is triggered and they give you a card with a ridiculously long password and will not let you personalize it. The people are rude and their billing is even worse. They have you sign a 5 year contract and try to come after you even if you have reasons like: the alarm doesn't work, you never called, you called the police but never called me.I have ADT now and there is no comparison.
