The building is a fortress so you can trust that your goods will be taken care of! Bruce is the man for drive shafts. They have helped me on numerous occasions with my 69’ Chevelle!

Rusty Stearns: I brought a driveshaft in i had already removed the u joints they installed new u joints and reassembled my drive shaft greased u joints and rebranded my driveshaft. I reinstalled my driveshaft and works like new no click or pop when accelerating no vibration smooth as it can get no complaints here i would use them again for parts or driveshaft work again, they also had it finished by the next day!!

William Fant: This place was ridiculous trying to deal with them. I bought a driveshaft from them for $500 for my car and did an engine swap later and needed to have 3 inches removed and they were not able to do it on the driveshaft that they made for my car originally. I brought them two other driveshafts and still were not able to work with me on these driveshafts. Their only option was to sell me a new driveshaft for over $500 again. This place is a joke.

Mike Alexander: Very knowledgable. I brought in measurements for a new driveshaft without knowing exactly what I needed. They asked me about my application and gave me their suggestion for the best route forward. 24 hours later I had a brand new custom driveshaft. The car runs great with zero vibrations in my completely custom setup. I'm more than pleased, I'm impressed with their workmanship. I should also say I looked at another custom driveshaft website before I went with driveshaftsunlimited. The other guy said it would take 8 weeks for me to get a driveshaft made. driveshaftsunlimited was also $10 cheaper than the other quote. You do the math.

Tanner Aljets: These people have the "NAPA Know How", and they were very kind, too.I saw a truck stranded while on my way home. They had side-terminal GM troubles--loose connection. NAPA first lent us a jumper pack. Then, once a security guard and I limped it into their lot, they let us use the GM side-terminal wrench so I could clean the connection up.Even though we didn't spend a dime (this time), they were very kind and generous. Kudos to the folks behind the counter for doing the right thing.(Forgot their names, but one guy had longer hair and glasses, I believe. The other guy had blond hair and was probably the manager. This was about 5:45 on 3-10-17. *edited 2023*)

My three stars is because of the online purchases........I specifically searched and ordered a certain part, but was sent the opposite part.I know these employees are in the receiving end just as it am so I wasn't upset at them.It was however confirmed by an employee that this had been an ongoing problem yet he depot apologized for the inconvenience which helps soothe the anxiety and frustration a bit.
