Give them a call if your ever in need of plug wires to spark plugs to oil or exhaust Etc Etc. They have the resources to check with over 40+ different warehouses through out the US. I'm right in between Andy's Seasoning and FedEx on Chouteau down from the QT on Chouteau and Jefferson so fairly easy to find. Give them a call.. 👍

Tanner Aljets: These people have the "NAPA Know How", and they were very kind, too.I saw a truck stranded while on my way home. They had side-terminal GM troubles--loose connection. NAPA first lent us a jumper pack. Then, once a security guard and I limped it into their lot, they let us use the GM side-terminal wrench so I could clean the connection up.Even though we didn't spend a dime (this time), they were very kind and generous. Kudos to the folks behind the counter for doing the right thing.(Forgot their names, but one guy had longer hair and glasses, I believe. The other guy had blond hair and was probably the manager. This was about 5:45 on 3-10-17. *edited 2023*)

Schimera Blue: I went in this place and it seemed like the lady was nice and ready to help me so I went forward to ask her for the stuff for my oil change and I seen they had a deal for like 40.99 so that’s the deal she says she was giving me so so she went to adding things in the computer and told me my total was $76.00 so I say what happened to the deal and she said it’s because my oil is higher so I say take everything off except for the oil and the filter so I can see the total and then she says your total is 39.95 I say ok that’s all I want the she goes to get it with the biggest attitude and mind I wanted to buy spark plugs thermostat and a lot more things but she was so rude I just told never mind about the other things I will just get the oil and the filter and it just seems to amaze me how this auto zone is still up and running and the vibe u get when you walk in and the manager and this other lady is there it’s not welcoming at all it’s like what you want today really need to reevaluate who u pick as management

Caitlin Peterson: Literally every time I have to go to O’Reilly’s I have to get myself mentally prepared for the staff’s horrible attitudes. I’ve not met one single O’Reilly’s employee from this store that has a good attitude let alone actually help a customer. I totally understand somebody having a bad day here and there, but when it feels like one of the requirements for you to work at the store is you must have a bad attitude then it makes my experience pretty horrible every time. And I literally go out of my way just to avoid going to O’Reilly’s AutoZone and advance have been so much better and treat their customers 100 times better than any employee at this specific O’Reilly’s. Please don’t go here there’s always room for improvement, but it seems like everybody would much rather be miserable at the store, then try to make work enjoyable. Please have everybody either going to some customer service classes or therapy or whatever they need in order for them to all. Have a better attitude and actually want to support and help their customers. Every other shop does so, why is it hard for this one too? Food for thought.

Tiffany Miller: I absolutely love O'Reilly. My favorite locations in St. Louis City are McCausland and South Kinghighway. Not only are they super friendly, they are very helpful as well - anytime I have needed to work on my car in their lot and needed a tool or even a loaner tool they are more than happy to assist AND they don't charge you to use the loaner tools on their lot, unlike Autozone. (I don't know if that is for all their loaners but so far the ones I have used I didnt have to pay to use it on the lot.) Also, they don't make you feel as though you have to rush to get off their lot. Anytime I have ever needed to refund or exchange a floor product or backroom part, they honor their warranties and refund policies so it is never a hassle. Yesterday I was at the South Kingshighway location, I needed a lot of help as I had to put a serpentine belt on my car as well as get my battery charged, I was in and out of the store for hours on end for their assistance and they never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. They are a very professional staff. You guys rock!

Jonah let me purchase coolant over the phone and then hand-delivered it to me. Not only that, but because Jonah is also a mechanic, he was able to assess my situation and tell me when it was safe to drive again AND gave me recommendations for where to go for a radiator fix. He could not have been more helpful. Without him the situation would have been much worse.

Rosemary Jones: I stopped at this store after driving for over 30 minutes without air while the temperature was close to 100 degrees outside. My temperature gauge was not moving up. I was hoping to get advice on whether coolant would help The man behind the counter (as well as the man who was assisting customers) were of no assistance. I was frazzled and I am 73. These 2 factors led to them both ignoring me, my questions and need for help. My car was outside the window, the hood up. I asked questions about the coolant overflow and not once did they offer to show me which part on my car was correct. I assumed it was next to or near the radiator but wanted to make certain before I poured the $20 something jug of coolant into it. Though the same man had been helping a 20 year old with his battery issues, no one helped me. I was the ONLY customer in the store at the time. The cashier nodded in the direction of the aisle for me to grab the coolant - though I had a cane and was struggling due to the heat. !! Very rude and discourteous. Indifferent whether they made a sale.

No customers were at the counter, maybe someone was shopping but no one I could see. Not busy at all. I just needed to know if my car would make it home safely but they said it was too late to check. After they told me they open at 7:30am, I asked how long it would take. The man behind the counter said -oh it’s fast, doesn’t take long at all. So, he could’ve had it done by 8:50 with time to finish counting out that drawer he was in the middle of counting at 8:45.Why don’t they just lie to us like O’Reilly’s and say the machine got stolen. Again.

Christina Fabian: I absolutely love this location. I have been going in there a few times a year for years. Never once have they not helped me. They changed my wipers , and lots more. Yesterday I have a problem with my car not starting and ALEX was SOOO NICE, enough to come out and it was very very cold and check my starter I felt bad because it was so cold and He didn’t have a jacket on. I have family members who have also had him wait in them when they needed something. The other insuring parts store AZ, I won’t say their name will refused to come out even in the summer. They have such bad attitudes like I’m bothering them . Not Advanced Auto on Morgan ford. Alex was very professional, I even called back today for prices of starters and once again very professional didn’t rush me off the phone.

My three stars is because of the online purchases........I specifically searched and ordered a certain part, but was sent the opposite part.I know these employees are in the receiving end just as it am so I wasn't upset at them.It was however confirmed by an employee that this had been an ongoing problem yet he depot apologized for the inconvenience which helps soothe the anxiety and frustration a bit.
