Pastor Bradford: Great place. I only give it two stars because the checkout protocol is very clunky. This morning i spent 30 minutes in line and barely moved. I put my cart in the cooler, informed the manager, and went to Sams Club. On any other day checkout usually has an issue with the item count on the receipt versus the count on the cart...both of which are in the control of the cashier. It usually takes several minutes and another employee to figure it out. Sad, because the products are great and prices competive.

Christina Evans: i just called the store to see if they had any chicken Philly meat in stock before I made the trip to the restaurant. A woman answered the phone and literally said rudely, “we encourage our costumer to create an account. It is 2023”. Then she proceeded to hang up the phone. Absolutely worse customer service.I had planned to purchase a lot of Philly meat for the superbowl abut due to her rude and unprofessional attitude, I will not be patronizing this store anymore. In 2023 or beyond.
Bradley Barnes: Limited selection of most items. Good prices and large quantities can be gotten. Long check out lines are common best time to go is lunch time. Customer service has improved and the fresh seafood department is top notch. Food prices continue to rise, most items have at least doubled in price over the last year and a half. Still experiencing limited supply, however the staff is friendly and helpful.
D'Erikka Shaeffer: Actually 0 stars & I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. I went to get some supplies for my restaurant . Within 5 feet of checking out, I was approached by the security guard in a tan vest with his hand out and never said a word to me. I noticed that he had watched my entire transaction from where he was near check out. Upon my attempt to leave and with his hand out, I handed him my receipt (assuming that’s what he wanted) and his behavior during this interaction implied that either I had stolen something and was attempting to walk out WITH a receipt in my hand or the young lady cashier had given me something for free. I asked several times if there was a problem and he ignored me but felt the need to put his on his hand on his hip like he was reaching for a gun, poor intimidation tactic 🙄.. he Never even said a word to me acknowledged my concerns. After a few minutes and another coworker being called over, he eventually “let me go.” Just handed me my receipt back, rolled his eyes, and still said not a word. I called the store manager several times who refused my calls but according to the receptionist, “they have issues with this particular guard all the time.” I stayed calm the entire time, I just wanted an understanding of what their procedures are and an explanation of their employees behavior. None the less, I will not shop at this location that is comfortable accepting my money but have unfair/ service upon exiting.Upon reading other reviews, unprofessionalism and an overall lack of appreciation for their customers isn’t going to change anytime soon. I strongly suggest spending your money elsewhere. Maybe then they will reevaluate operations when finances are impacted
Makipa Transportation LLC: Seating drivers here for 3 hours doing nothing is never kind, we make money only when our wheels are rolling , I don’t understand why I should be backed into a dock and seat for more than 3hours without anyone getting in the trailer , 6 simple pallet of cheese shouldn’t take this long to be received, this is wrong in soo many ways , worse restaurant depot have been too so far .

Allie Rodgers: Very clean and well organized. Shelves are fully stocked which made getting in and out pretty easy. Cashiers were friendly and check out was made quick. Pretty impressive for a Saturday and only one cashier. Maderia did a good job keeping the line moving.

She is an asset to the store.However, the freezers in the back were leaking all over the floor, with only broken-down boxes to soak up the water. No idea if the items were safe to buy. I didn't risk it.I had also heard that Dollar Tree had pride merch, but I didn't see any at this point (late May).

Dawn O'Brien: They are open! They opened about 2 weeks ago. Apparently, they had to replace their roof and ceiling. They are waiting for new supply trucks.The employees I met there seemed to be hard workers, and gave great customer service. Great attitudes, very helpful.If this energy continues, this store is on the road to a great comeback.

It is a necessity for people living on a budget to have some sort of value option, but inflation will be taking the Dollar Tree. They should change the name now that it is the $1.25 store.

Kylene Herr: Staff member was so incredibly rude and this store was an atrocity. I came at 8:30pm and immediately upon entering an employee yelled at me "WE CLOSE IN 5MIN." That's interesting, because your hours say 10pm on Google, which is why I came. She proceeded to do the same to every single person that walked in the store. She continued to pace around doing nothing aside from yelling at people that they need to hurry up, meanwhile the store was an utter and complete disaster to say the least. Nothing had been stocked or reorganized, the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in weeks. As someone who has 15+ years experience in customer service and works full time in marketing helping businesses succeed, I feel compelled to give this advice-- if you hate customers, for the love of god, DO NOT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Especially in this job market, you could get essentially any other min wage job your heart desires that does not require interaction with the general public. I waited a couple of days after my visit to decide if I wanted to leave this review and Im still so annoyed at my experience that I decided it was necessary. I welcome any manager or corporate personnel to reach out to me for more detail if you would like.

Coco Kennell: Came here 10 minutes before closing and the doors were locked. The employees looked while I pulled on the doors and several times asking them to let me shop since their hours stated they closed at 8 PM.
Ayumahani Sigu: Came here because I needed to get some washing powder to wash some very important items of mine arrived at 7:46 and the sign said that the store closes at 8 PM now when I walked up to the door to be let in I was told that they close their doors at 7:45 mind you by the time a manager came to the door it was 7:47 pm and she told me that because its 7:47 they cannot let me in. Think of how petty that is. I proceeded to let her know that I only need to grab two things only, some washing powder and fabric softener, because I really needed to wash and they still did not let me in. There was a guy that was willing to let me in and she told him no. I come to the store every weekend and I’m always spending money with the store and now I’m really feeling some type of way because I felt like the managers and employees were being petty and trying to prove a point. I was nothing but nice and kind to them but after this exchange I def let them know I will not be coming back to shop with them again. I will not be coming back here anymore and I will not be spending money anymore at the store do not come here very rude very ghetto very unprofessional. They just lost a customer who lives in the neighborhood and tries to help this neighborhood thrive by shopping in the neighborhood. I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere. Very humiliating experience and I’d hope the district managers will take my experience seriously.
H S: I have been to many of Dollar Tree Stores and must say this store has one of the largest selections I have come across as well some of the most friendly staff I have had the pleasure to speak with. The staff were knowledgeable on where the items were that I asked about, the created an inviting environment with their greetings and smiles and some how these staff members got every cart that had 20 + items through the pay line and greeted the next customer to check out. I gave the 4 only because it had been a busy, busy day there and some customers had knocked over displays or knocked items off the shelves onto the floor.

Stephanie Travis: I went to the Aubert location in St Louis. We got there at 7:53 and the lady said they were closed. I told her that we had 7 minutes still because their hours say that they are open until 8 p.m. I told her that my kids were going to be heartbroken and that I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Several ppl were complaining and asking why. It's rush hour on a Friday. Ppl are getting off work & trying to get home. The workers have no sense of urgency or show any consideration for the customers. I only experience this in urban stores(the hood). I NEVER experience this in West County, South County, St, Charles or O'Fallon Illinois. It's disgusting that ppl arent treated the same in areas of lower economic means. Don't worry, tho. I won't be spending my money there again.

Nikki Nicole: I went to this location on 04/21/23. The cashier did not even speak to anyone( correction) any females entering the the store. She proceeded to role her eyes at each female entering the store. I also witnessed this same cashier flirt with every male entering the store. I went to the self check out, and received a message on the screen to wait for cashier. I waited for 10 minutes while this cashier had a private conversation on her cellphone about why she was mad at her baby daddy (cashiers words not mine). When I inquired about assistance through the self check out, the cashier let out a loud sigh, as I interrupted her conversation. She proceeded to talk on the phone while fixing the issue with the self check out,then walked away. I will never patronize the particular Dollar Tree again. Of course upper management will not care until others do the same, and it hurts financially.
Alen K: Very unprofessional management. They did not want to give me an interview even though there was a job posting online. I had school at the time and was checking what times would work. I was called rude because I was asking general questions on the job posting which were not provided online. Half of the store is just birthday cards and confetti now.

Where before you could get a gallon of bleach for a dollar now you get a half a gallon of bleach for a dollar 25. So technically their prices didn't go up $0.25 they went up 75% I still shop at Dollar Tree. Another thing you can't call them on the phone because their line is always busy. An amazing person: There was a rude employee. I will not be returning to this location. Whatever question I asked, the employee acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and almost fully ignored me. Also, the job postings could be a lot better because it does not list the specific job title nor times wanted for that position.
The Black Sheep: One of the biggest Dollar Tree stores I have been to. Fairly well stocked as well. Surprisingly they had enough cashiers to where there was no long line to check out.
