Caitlin S: I haven't been in the store, but I have been corresponding with a customer service representative through e-mail after a purchase I made online.I WILL NEVER SHOP COTTON BABIES EVER AGAIN.I ordered daytime and nighttime organic flip diaper inserts. They came with no original packaging - just thrown into a USPS bag. They are also NOT what I ordered. The tag clearly states 100% cotton - not 100% organic cotton. The other flip inserts I have state 100% organic cotton CLEARLY on the tag. When I bring this up to customer service through e-mail (SINCE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE) they tell me that they remove the original packaging to reduce waste and that the inserts are definitely organic cotton but the tags just so happen to be a misprint. REALLY? So you thew away my original packaging BEFORE I had a chance to throw it away at my own home (not sure how this is reducing waste) and the tags happen to be a misprint. Seems like they are trying to pawn off the NON organic inserts as organic and threw away the packaging hoping I wouldn't notice. According to customer service, even with all these issues, if I want to return them I have to PAY to ship back. So I paid for these items to be shipped to me, and now I have to pay to return them when they ARE NOT WHAT I ORDERED. If this is not an OBVIOUS LIE I don't know what is.I have never written a negative review before in my life. But I will be finding every possible platform to warn people about this company. I would have given this review ZERO stars if I could have.

Unfortunately the diaper I love is no longer made (there is an updated version) but she made sure I got what I needed. I’ve been a long time user of the diapers and feminine pads and these products are really great. If you follow the acre instructions these will last you for years.

We walked in and were completely overwhelmed with all of the colors, styles and options they had to offer. We were greeted by an amazing woman named Sarah. She walked us through all of the styles and options, and helped us pick out the diapers that would be best for my family.I will forever be loyal to CottonBabies! While I can always go online and order anything I need, I much more enjoy taking a trip to West County, to see our friends, and check out what is new and happening in the store.The customer service is exemplary, and the efforts of making cloth mainstream is outstanding.The girls are more than employees, they are friends. I recommend stopping by if you're in the area, or if you are thinking about using or switching to cloth!

I told them that they needed to post that they were not open to the public, but it still says that. They sell subscription kits of fabric. I don’t know how that works at all.

D W: Fabric does not come in continuous yardage, but in 1 yard pieces.I ordered 5 yards of fabric for quilt backing. The yardage came in literal 1 yard cuts. I assumed it would be continuous yardage, and it was not. In all fairness, the site had posted that information deep in the description. Good price and shipping, but for this reason I will not be shopping for quilting fabric at this site.
