Byron Claude: Store is actually open when it says it will be open. (because today, this gets bonus points with any business.) Amidst a terrble inflationary period, SAVE-A-LOT appears committed to keeping pricing as manageable as possible all things considered. Their food is quality without as much "down-weighting" as other food-groups are doing, and price-gauging is not prevalent. Five stars becomes attainable through the fun employees here who seem well versed on stress-handling technique... EVEN conveying the idea to customers... which is innovative, remarkable, and frankly... NEEDED today. In a world where I can't afford therapy, there is something to be said for the cashier with a cool disposition and the reminder: everything is gonna be okay. No need to stress. The idea is maybe exclusive to this exact business location... but needs to be adopted universally across our community and culture. Location is clean, well-maintained, and provides inside security much of the time. Would appreciate pricing on clearance items. (That is the only constructive criticism I can find, and it took much thought to squeeze that out... does not take away from the well deserved 5-stars.)

Christian Life Ministries: May or may not wear masks. Went to this store.because it was closer than Schnucks and it was very rainy. I purchased bagels, orange juice and cream cheese. Had to return orange juice and bagels. There were no questions asked, manager friendly to handle replacement, exchange or refunds. The food was not spoiled: the bagels were "original" plain but they were salty. The orange juice was not from concentrate but was very tart with an over ripe taste. They were just unappetizing to me.

Gregory Chandler (AlternativeOne): It's my neighborhood grocery store and it has enough of what I need. It's convenient cause I can walk to it in 5 or less minutes but I often go on a skateboard so it takes 1 minute to get there. It's a clean store but the entry doors have plywood on them. Probably the result of some crime that happened, but It really ruins the look of a really nice store. Food is expensive and I do own a vehicle so it's mostly the convenience of being so close that I can walk that I shop there. I would prioritize the better quality more known brand products from the larger grocery stores in the area. But save a lot is there when I need an ingredient or two real quick.

Autumn Jones Bowman: I’ve been twice now and the first time was a week day they closed 30 minutes before they said they were closed the second time was a Sunday which they now close at 9pm on Sunday and they closed before 9pm I know I’m coming last minute uti work so if I come at 845pmreally even at 8:50pm I should be able to get in I realize they want to go home but if your store is supposed to stay open till 9pm then it should stay open till 9pm period I can’t close my job early and if I did and someone came they would be upset as well on top of it I legit wasn’t even shopping I just needed to pick up a Amazon order it’s not like I’m trying to grocerie shop for the week I’m not that rude I know some people are but that is not my case

Buster: The location was very convenient for me in my area but the shells are nearly half empty a great deal of the time but some of their competitors are having the same issues with keeping the shelves stocked so I don't know if it's a lack of staff or if they're having problems getting product to the store regardless it's aggravating as a consumer when you go in to buy your groceries and you leave with about half of what you went in for so I'm not sure what the problem is but I really hope they get it fixed because they got some good quality food with some very good prices but like I said they're not the only one in their category that's having this problem.
